I purchased DVDs and several were defective, and they did not respond to requests to replace or refund. No response at all. A very disreputable company. Buy your DVDs somewhere else. BEWARE.
Bought a hard to find dvd from this web site and they sent me a burned dvd. No cover,, blank case. They were advertising the case & brand new movie. Not a burned dvd(which is against the law to sell anyway because of copyright laws). This Zeus place sucks and I will never order from there again!
I ordered on April 26, and paid the shipping expecting to get my item within the 3-5 days I was quoted. Flash forward 2 weeks still haven't gotten it. I had bought the DVD as a gift for my mom, a movie that she has searched for, for years. The owner, MIlo, was super unhelpful. He didn't even seemed to care. My card was charged that day and basically he kept my money but didn't send me my product.
I called my bank this morning to cancel the order, since he didn't seem to care.
Next time I will be checking the reviews first, I was just so excited about seeing the old DVD.
Do not use this company. I ordered a DVD months ago and the status hasn't changed on the phony shipping statement I received. I can't seem to get a response from the emails I've sent, but I get a terrible spam email everyday from that address. Scam, they should be ashamed.
I ordered 2 DVDs from Zeus in July 2021. I received an email saying that my DVDs had been shipped. They didn't arrive so I sent a message to Zeus from their website and by email. No response. I tried calling, repeated the messages and email several times but not reply at all. They took my money but no DVDs and no communication.

I placed an order for 4 DVD's, the funds were debited from account on same day order placed. I never received a Thank you for your order confirmation email. The telephone number is a non working number, The many emails I submitted are not being responded to. Finally I gave up, called my bank and filed a dispute claim. Let see if that gets Zeus to submit my order or return the funds to my bank.
I ordered 3 dvds from Zeus. They arrived rather quickly in the cheapest way possible. However, one did not play at all. I mailed it back at my expense over 3 weeks ago.So farII have not gotten a replacement, and my e-mails were totally ignored.The phone number they list is totally fraudulent. I am also upset that this unprofessional site was linked to me from EBAY, when I was searching for an older film.
Received a badly damaged dvd and case. No response from use via emails (one account on their website doesn't exist), or left voicemail messages. I think the DVD was purposefully damaged too because the outside of the envelope has a dent that looks like only an instrument could have made. I'm a Sennior on a fixed income and I was so looking forward to seeing a rare movie. Probably lost my money via PayPal.
If you're looking for a single DVD and willing to pay the undiscounted price you may do okay here. But I placed two orders for multiple DVDs using the many available discounts and after several months I never received anything. No response to multiple emails. Finally filed a complaint with my credit card company and got a full refund. Very frustrating.
Ordered 3 DVDs from this company, had my checking account debited immediately. Received two of the DVDs (bootlegs) after emailing asking about them. Still no word on the 3rd after multiple emails inquiring about it. I'm resigned to eating the $12.99 on that one, but I'll never do business with this guy again.
The person who runs the site sends out these elaborate email blasts advertising DVD's for sale with photos and text and a beautiful presentation. They come on a regular basis. But when you order something from his website (www.zeusdvds.com), he doesn't send the order or respond to emails. Why doesn't he just do a blog and forget the sales? In any event, stay away -- you won't get your order!
We ordered a DVD on Fri. Dec 18,2015. It was never sent! Paid by credit card $9.99. Not good business practice.
Called for phone number and BBB states that this is not an accredited business. ZEUS is a SCAM
Here it is a month later, credit card charged and not one word from Zeus DVD's even though I have contacted the site four times with email. No response. I finally contacted my credit card company which refunded my money. I would NEVER do business with these/this people/person again.
I'm a pretty good customer here. Not happy with there customer service. Have a bad disc that hasn't been replaced. I also ordered three dvds back in December 2018. Still waiting. I've written several emails which were ignored. I didn't ask for a refund. I just wanted what I paid for. A couple of years ago I had a simpler problem which was resolved after several emails. I can't recomend these guys. Like I said the customer service is bad and the phone number I tried was for manic Jack.

I have on order two dvds. It's been 12 days since the order admittedly not a long time like other reviewers here. I only ordered from zeus for the first time because the films are impossible to find anywhere. They have not replied to emails. I should have checked them out first but I took a risk. I normally don't use credit cards with outfits like this and use a green dot which means they can't charge back the vendors. I'm willing to wait a while longer before I file a complaint with BBB. Be very careful with this company if you want to have a dvd that only they appear to sell.
After multiple complaints and several months the DVD finally arrived. Orders of DVD's from European vendors take less time. Lousy communication, with one email returned unread. The copy was viewable, but I doubt that I'll buy from this site again, it isn't worth the trouble if I have to make a complaint to receive what I ordered and payed for.
I bought $52.95 worth the DVD's from Zeuz, and a man who works/owns there named Milo on May 6,2019. He NEVER has sent me my DVD's and it is 7/22/2019 today. I have sent multiple emails to try and get either my money back, or the DVD's... to no avail. This guy is a scammer, and can't be trusted. I am trying to file fraud as of now because it is going on 3 months with no response from Zeuz, or Milo. However, they do keep sending me emails wanting me to buy more DVD's from them. I highly recommend you go elsewhere, unless you just have extra money to throw away. Stay away from this site!
Bought a few, seemed legit, ordered a bunch (19) DVDs, and that's what he was waiting on. Never received the DVDs, no response to email. Says he's a retired guy with a hobby? Nope. Just another ripoff.
I placed an order for a DVD on the 22nd. I got an email instantly saying it was awaiting shipment. Since then it never moved. I contacted the website 5 times requesting information and never got a single reply back; then stumbled over here to learn to my dismay that I had been taken by a scam artist.
Thankfully, I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. They're closing the card and I'm going to get a refund in a few months once the bank investigates and tries to contact the company. (Good luck!)

I have been waiting for three months for two movies from this site and still no answer from the company. I know they are still in business because they send me weekly emails of their latest movies. Now I didn't pay a lot for my movies but that's not the point. I did pay good money and I expect to get what I paid for. I leave messages on the web site and I don't get answer from there either.
I ordered a DVD just over a month ago, it took about a month to arrive. It had no attempt at making a cover, just in a thin cheap plastic case. The DVD had only the company name on it. I played it... Horrible. Many years ago I taped the same movie on VHS off of TCM, my old VHS copy was better than this one. Remember bad reception on an old black and white TV? This was it, exactly. It had diagonal lines running through it, for the entire length of the film. That will teach me to read reviews next time. This guy shouldn't be in business.
Ordered 2 Oct. 2017. Order completed 4 Oct 2017. Still no DVD as of 18 Oct 2017, nor answers to my emails. The ONLY reason I risked it was it is the only place that has the movie I ordered, save overseas and those disks won't play on my DVD player... UPDATE - I received the DVD in the mail today. It appears to function correctly. It does have French sub-titles, but they aren't very distracting. I'd rate this vendor at 2.5 stars if it would let me. Given the problems he has had, and his apparent lack of customer contact, I would recommend to HIM to amend his website and remove the claim of two day or less order fulfillment. To potential customers, I'd warn them to not expect rapid delivery, if there is delivery.
Ordered two hard-to-find DVDs from this seller. Seller was quick to withdraw money in payment for my orders, but then nothing. My orders were marked "awaiting shipment". All attempts to ask the seller about the status of my order went unanswered. This website is a SCAM, so don't be fooled. AVOID ZeusDVDs.com unless you are eager to throw away your money. If it were possible to rate this business ZERO stars, I would certainly do so.
I know there are a lot of negative reviews but I have to say that although it took a little while to get my movie (about a month), it came and the quality was fine. I have been looking for this movie for over a year. I could not find a DVD anywhere and then found Zeus and took a chance. Glad I did.
I ordered a movie from them 2 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. They took the money from my account don't have a phone number to contact them. Does anyone have their phone number. Tired of waiting. They are horrible.
In August I ordered 2 DVDs. After emailing Milo many times often with no response I got them in early October. I watched them the next day but both are badly damaged and the last 20 minutes to 1/2 hour move one screen at a time with no sound. I have played many DVDs on my player before and after and I have no problems what so ever.
He has a return policy listed so I immediately asked for the order number I needed to return them for replacement. He does not answer me and at this point I can assume he never will.
Milo sends emails almost daily of new DVDs he has available so what is this about?
