I purchased DVDs and several were defective, and they did not respond to requests to replace or refund. No response at all. A very disreputable company. Buy your DVDs somewhere else. BEWARE.

After sending numerous e-mails about the status of my order, none of which were answered, I finally received it a MONTH later... with Italian subtitles, which makes it completely useless to me. Needless to say, this was not mentioned in their listings. Luckily, my credit card company refunded me the money, but I advise everyone NEVER to use them!

Just like everyone else on here I was looking for an old movie not able to find elsewhere, I did not check BBB first just ordered it. I totally wasted my 12.99, glad I didn't buy more as I never got anything from them and they would not respond to my emails. I say shut them down!

After writing at least five emails to zeusdvds.com and receiving no response I have now filed a dispute charge with my credit card company. Hopefully they can get the almost $21 refunded to me or at least the two movies I ordered.
Ordered and paid for two movies on June 7,2019 and as of 8/19/2019 still have no order or even a response from MILO THE CROOK. I truly can't how some people can live with themselves when they are virtually stealing from other hard working individuals. This is coming from a person who has been in Retail for 50 years.

I ordered two videos ($20.98) on 6/7/19 and my credit card was charged immediately after purchase. To date almost two months later I have not received the DVDs or a response from this business. I have sent them over five emails with no response.
I also attempted to send a complaint to the BBB in this district but that also a fiasco (answered all of the required sections but couldn't send). The state of Florida must hold the highest per capita of crooks.
I have ordered from this person before and received my orders within a month. Now I will no longer be ordering from him since the time frame is totally unacceptable and he bills the credit card immediately. Very poor customer service.

I made an order on November 26,2018 for 8 dvds totaling $47.74. You have had my money for 181 days and ignored 14 requests for information on my order. The website has said my order is "awaiting shipping" since I placed the order. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. There is no excuse for taking money and ignoring customers. To add insult to injury, I receive multiple emails weekly advertising sales from the owner. If he has the time to send out advertising for new products, he should have the time to answer one of my 14 requests for information on my paid order. Those who claim the owner is a retired man operating this site as a hobby should also understand the hobby changed to a business when he accepted our money for these products. I want my order to either be delivered or my money refunded, however, I have never received any reply from my repeated inquiries. Ignoring a customer is not a healthy way of operating a business.

Ordered 2 dvds back in the middle of May and its now the middle of July and I still havent received them. I have sent 4 emails and have yet to receive a reply to help me find out where they are. Horrible just horrible

I wish I had read reviews prior to my purchase. I placed an order on 12/6, for which my account was debited. It's 12/23, and I have nothing to show for it and the recipient of my Secret Santa gift will get a punt to cover for the lack of what was a carefully-planned gift. The worst part for me is the lack of communication. I have called and emailed, but have received no assurance that my order was, or will be, filled and no information about delivery status.
Is this company legit?

It arrived relatively quickly so I must be lucky on that score. However as far as the quality is concerned, I was exceptionally disappointed. Audio no problem. But dear Lord, the visual quality is almost unwatchable! Vertical thin lines all the way down the picture creating a barrier for a clear view of exactly what's going on. Never seen anything like it.
Well I had another 2 orders to go but luckily I hadn't finished ordering them. I just now cancelled them. The Photos are beautiful. Pity for the reproduced picture on disc! HORRIBLE! Has anyone else bought this film? Have you experienced the same problem?

My order shipped in one week and arrived (Florida to California) in another week. That is very great service! The quality of the DVD was very good in both sound & picture. I would not hesitate to order more from the seller.

I ordered the Movie Smokey, then I checked the reviews and thinking I would never get it...But to my surprise I received an e-mail saying it had been shipped, and it did come and quickly...It was a copied version...

On November 22nd I ordered 2 DVDs for a Christmas gift for my son. They took my money and to this day I had received absolutely nothing. I left several voicemails and called far too many times with no response. 5 months later and still nothing, if you're smart you'll order from anyone but them - they simply don't care! My order number is *******

Tip for consumers:
DON'T DO IT! No customer service at all its been over5 months and I'm still waiting.

I rarely if ever use my credit card to order online material. But I saw a movie online that I really wanted and decided it was worth the risk. I had seen Zeus' ads before on the internet, and even though I am normally more cautious and investigative I decided to order the movie anyway.

Well, the movie came as ordered, and the quality wasn't all that bad. On top of that it was delivered within a week's time. Pretty quick turn-around time, if you ask me. But about a week after that my bank calls me and says I have what they say appears to be fraud charges trying to post to my account. They aren't from Zeus or even a company situated in Florida, but instead were from a smoker's club based out of Michigan. (I don't smoke, by the way.)

Ironic? A coincidence? Possibly, by some slim margin. But, as I said earlier, I rarely IF EVER use my card like this. So odds are there's a connection. BEWARE, CONSUMER!

Well, title says it all. I ordered the movie "The Grey Fox" on May 12th and here it is July 2nd and no dvd. No answer to emails. Maybe I will try communicating one more time. This will be my last order with them.

Placed 2nd order 3/20. As of 3/31/19 no response to emails, web site shows not shipped. First order was slow & mediocre product. I guess there's a reason for the low prices. I have informed "Milo" that if the dvd does not arrive by Friday, I will be filing a dispute with Visa.

4/18/19: Thanks to this site, my bank refunded my money & VISA likely hit "Milo" with a hefty chargeback.

I say thanks to this site because my bank told me that with a debit card I would usually be out of luck, but because so many of you reported the same thing that I did, they felt strongly that I was telling the truth. I got a full refund. All it took was a 10 minute call to the bank & about 2 weeks.

Don't let him get away with it. For every chargeback, he loses at least $12; possibly more.

Avoid it like the plague.

On August 27,2021, I ordered a DVD of an unavailable TV show I hadn't seen since 1966. September 1 I received an email stating the item had been shipped but no tracking number had been assigned yet. I thought this was strange but figured one would be assigned soon. On September 20, I sent Zeus this email "it has been 19 days since I was told that my order has been shipped but I still haven't received it Should it take that long shipping from Florida? " Magically, the next day, USPS messaged me that a tracking number had been assigned in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
When I received the DVD today, September 29, it came in a plain black case with no media art on the outside at all. When I played it the quality was terrible. It looks as if the DVD was recorded from a bad VHS copy of the original show, complete with commercials from Singer company. I'm glad it only cost $12.99. Don't waste your time or money.

I accidentally ordered the same DVD and could not cancel the first order, I paid for the second order, Zeus kept telling me I owe them for the first order. I tried to email them to explain what happened that didn't work. I still have not received my dvd and the payment went through on 7/21/21. Don't use this company. It's a racket!

Ordered one DVD as test, web site said orders shipped one to two weeks! It has been two months and no shipment. Web site says awaiting shipment. They go my money and no Product sent. No response from emails. Don't buy from Milo.

This company is a mirage. I paid for a a DVD two months ago:, have sent 3 emails & called twice.
No response/no delivery. I'm filing a complaint with the Floride Atty. General. ZEUS is mythology;
Mortals Beware!

I ordered 5 movies on May 06,2018, it is now June 12, and no movies, I have e-mailed them several times and they have yet to respond. This very bad business, I don't know how they continue, but I guess I do because there are dummies like me who want something bad enough that you believe you can get them from places like this. Shame on me, I got scammed.

I ordered 2 DVDs a month ago and contacted the business repeatedly. I wasn't aware of all the negative reviews and kept waiting for the DVDs to arrive, They never did, even though being informed by Milo he was "catching up" on orders 3 weeks ago. Cancelled the order through my credit card company and will post as many negative reviews to warn other customers.

I have received 3 DVD's from Milo at Zeus DVD, 2 of which came rather recently and were of good quality. But an order of "ANNA" made March 21,2018 is yet to arrive and it is April 27 as I write this. I also have 2 recently placed orders which are not late yet, and have apparently been shipped according to his website. Time will tell. I will not order any more until all this is resolved, if resolution is possible.

On April 30,2018, I ordered two DVDs_ Funny Valentines. I just received ONLY one of my DVDs on November 8. ON top of that, the DVD was in poor quality and had TV commercials running throughout the movie. It was recorded from BET. Hell, I could have done this myself. So where is my other DVD? And if you were going to do a recording, why didn't you simply make 2 copies? Very tacky business and a rip off at that. I waited 6 months for this? Invoice was a printed copy in which it was faded and not able to be read.

The cd i receive was not what expected. Whoever burned this they did a poor job. The movie was dark and i was unable to really see it. This is the worst cd i have ever received and will not use your site ever again and i will not recommend anyone to buy from you.

I ordered a DVD on January 24,2018. I was sent an email on January 25,2018 saying the DVD was shipped. I live in Massachusetts and the DVD was suppose to be coming from Florida (305) area code. Like the other people in their reviews, Zeus seems to be a scam. We haven't received our product.

Worthless outfit - owner David Miller runs a number of sites just like this and they're all doing the same thing - taking money and generally not bothering to fill orders - many years ago, I did actually get stuff from them and the quality wasn't entirely bad, but somewhere along the way Mr. Miller seems to have decided that just keeping the money and not shipping stuff worked out better for his bottom line - if you want to take a chance and order something, make sure you're using a credit or debit card that will refund your money when you don't receive your merchandise - I made the mistake of recently ordering something using my Discover debit card and was told that they can't refund me - I'll be cancelling that card soon.

I was going to order a rare title on CD from this person (I assume it's just a guy that burns CDs from his hard drive, sells them for $9.99 a pop, and calls himself a "business". In any case, I got curious and decided to look for some customer reviews before I gave up a credit card number (I got suspicious when they didn't accept Paypal) and I landed here. A bunch of one star reviews claiming the guy either sent them sub-par product or never sent anything at all. I also saw ZEUS DVD listed on The Better Business Bureau site as having nothing but complaints. No Thanks!
