The Owner Milo has refused to answer my many emails or calls about my order #******* and has not given me a mail date or tracking number. I have asked for a refund of my money as I still have not received the DVD and he has not responded. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I 'm making a complaint to the BBB about them as well as notifying my credit card company of this

There's a rare movie that I was trying to find, and I am happy to have found it on this website so that I can finally watch it. However, I have two very serious concerns with the quality of this website.

First, it took 32 days for the seller to ship the product. It took several more days to receive the product from the post.

Second, I feel that the product was misrepresented. I believed that I was purchasing an original copy of the DVD I wanted. I received a cheap burned copy instead. Nowhere on the home page or the product page was it listed that a (possibly pirate) copy of the movie would be delivered. After receiving the product, I found a small sentence on the "about me" page indicating that many of the products have been "preserved as direct film transfers." The price was VERY high for something was not an original. I question, if the original product is not being delivered, why bother sending a physical burned copy at all? Just let me download the movie and burn it to a blank DVD myself.

Recommendation: Only use this website if absolutely desperate to see a movie that is simply unavailable from all other sources.

Don't give your money to these crooks... you won't get anything for your money except empty promises... they don't answer emails or messages... they are crooked

Ordere a dvd - got an update awaiting shipment - that was a month ago. Have emailed this Milo person a minimum of 10 times - no answer - no dvd - don't waste your tie with this rip off

I'm pretty much resigned to losing my money. No reply to messages, No reply to emails, still getting heaps of junk emails from them, No dispatch of DVD's. It looks like a Scam to me.

Dec. 29: Well, things got better. Since then, we got the product. It would work in my DVD player, but the guy who paid for it couldn't make it work in his. Sooo, they sent another on spec. It had a playing problem, but we're still working the situation. I'm impressed with their willingness to keep on trying.

Being a fan of the movie and watching it multiple times from childhood, I bought 1 for myself and my little brother in Guam. The movie had commercials and the screen view was cut in half so you did not see everything. It came in a flimsy case, not the standard box case you see for any other DVD purchase. If I knew the quality was this BAD I would have saved my money. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from here. This is JANKY to the extreme and REGRETTABLY a WASTE of time and money. I'm HIGHLY upset about this. They should thank their Savior they do not have a physical location near me. I would have to have went in and RAISED HELL til it was heaven, to get a refund for this MESS.

I was daunted by the hysterically bad reviews, but Zeus was the only game in town for an old TV movie from the 80s that i wanted to see again so i had to roll the dice. Glad i did, because the experience was frankly pretty flawless. I wouldn't have complained if the quality of the transfer was an atrocious mess of scan lines, but it was actually taken from a recent-ish TV broadcast so the quality could not have been better for an obscure low-definition movie that's more than 30 years old. The title is even printed on the disc, and it comes in an actual DVD case as opposed to the jewel case or worse that i might have expected. Shipping was only a couple of weeks to Canada as well. Zero complaints from me, to be honest, i'm really grateful i was able to see this movie again ("Alex: The Life of a Child") as it was never released on video and can't even be found on youtube. Don't be put off by the reviews if there's some old movie you're hoping to see-- it could totally be worth it to take the chance on Zeus DVDs.

Took my payment after two weeks of no follow up emails I started asking for updates, after a week of asking the order was changdt to "compete" with no dvd, no answers and no response of any kind

Recieved one order of a rare title where's jack even a good print ordered a second title the silent forbidden paradise and never got anything and never heard back

The DVD I received would not play. The company does not respond to emails. At best utterly incompetent, at worst thievery. Warning, do not do business with them.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It took a little bit of research as the company is listed as Jubilee, the link is below if you would like to file one as well. Like everyone else, I ordered movies, never received them, never received any responses to my emails. I refuse to "be patient" as one other review stated. If he could not handle his business, then he should have shut it down and at the very least been honest with his customers. If he has enough time to send out emails trying to get us to purchase more of his movies, he has time to apologize for his inexcusable behavior.

I ordered two DVD's and after a month and a half of never getting the DVD's I sent them three emails about never getting my order. They never responded and to this date never got the DVD's and they got my money. STAY AWAY From this theif!

I ordered a DVD of "Patty Hearst" from Zeus DVDs on August 24,2021. It is October 15,2021 and I have not received the movie or tracking information. I have left messages on www.ZeusDVDs.com three times, and have left messages twice on their voicemail, with no response. I ordered $70 worth of dvds, I really wish I would have read the reviews for this site first. It took 3 months to arrive, and that is AFTER I had emailed him and bugged him 3 times as to where my order was. He flat out lied to me saying that he shipped it and Corona Virus was delaying the shipping. And I do understand delays in shipping, fine, but not MONTHS later. Low and behold, I finally do get a package with my DVDs almost 3 months to the date of placing the order. It was 4 days shy of 3 months. It only took 6 days to get here. Doens't he realize when I get the package and the tracking number on it I can see when it was shipped? HE FLAT OUT LIED when he shipped the order out. It took him 11 weeks to ship it and then I got it a week later.

And that is the good part of my experience with this Scam artist. They came in a plain case and plain DVD-R, which I did expect becuase at least if you dig through his website for about a half hour you know that is what you are getting. But the quality of these movies are horrible. In some cases worse than VHS quality. 2 of the movies are not even watchable, it is like watching the movie underwater with a camera and the sounds are very muffled you can't even make out what they are saying.

If you want to have some fun with your $70, you are way better off burning some $10 bills and driving down the freeway throwing your money out the window. You will get a lot better entertainment that way for your money.

I order 5 DVDS IN APRIL HAVE NOT RECEVED ANY, SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AND LEFT PHONE MESSAGES NO RESPOSE AND PHONE NUMBER IS NOW INVALID NUMBER. HE TOOK MY ONEY WHEN I PLACED ORDER AND NOTHING, THE MAN BELONGS IN JAIL...

It took a couple of weeks but the dvd arrived in great shape. Like he said he is retired and one man business. Be patient.

Where is my order from 5 weeks ago? It only took moments for them to charge my VISA! Never again will I deal with these crooks; Beware!

Ordered a DVD October 15,2018 it is now June 2019 it's been eight months and still haven't received it he was very quick to take my money though do not order from this person!

Great old movies to be found from this company. Thank you for the movie A Ticklish Affair. Very quick service. Would buy from again.
