I am a regular customer at Z Gallerie and brought most of my items online. I always love the quality of their items so it is one of my preferred site to shop. I recently purchased the Leopardo figure in gold and it arrived broken, It was in styrofoam but I knew something was wrong immediately when I picked up the box because I heard the sound of small pieces shifting inside. I called customer service and Karla processed my exchange. I received fast responses and had a confirmation email on its resolution within 30 minutes of calling. I am very impress with how Karla appreciated my business and took care in processing my claim. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer at Z Gallerie.
How do I give this miserable company 0 stars? If you want a terrible experience just dare to purchase anything from Z Gallerie. We had a dresser delivered damaged on three separate occasions. They now owe my wife and I money but refuse to settle. You can call their so called help desk only to get a person who acts like they care. They are clearly coached to get you off the phone while promising to get back to you with some sort of resolution. It's nothing but empty promises. Do not order anything from this company.
I spent a lot of money buying a bedroom set from Zgallerie and the drawers of the night stand 6 drawer chest broke within a couple of months and bc their stupid warranty didn't cover anything past 30 days they refused to send a technician in to fix it. Save your self the headache and money and go with someone reputable. There is a reason they closed a lot of their stores.
Fredy Romero professionally and thoroughly answered all of my questions about the merchandise, delivery and return policies; and getting me the sale prices. He also saved me $160 by informing me of a store pick up option to eliminate shipping, which also solved delivery timing issues. Terrific support!

Categorically the worst on line retailer phone in service ever. Try calling *******748(the number they give you to call on your email receipt). On hold for 20 min. Then I click on contact them and they have another different number of *******288. On hold another 38 minutes. All the time on hold they play this truncated shrill static music that I can only guess is meant to irritate the customer so they will hang up. I feel bad for the customer service reps because the people must be really angry when they finally get through to them. Shame on ZGallerie for treating their lowest paid employees this way. Here's a thought: My call is NEVER important to you if you make me wait on hold for over 10 minutes or make me wait hours for a return call. Some overpaid honcho heads should roll at the Z!
I would have given zero stars but that's not an option. I ordered a Christmas gift for my Godson in early November. It is the lion security blanket. I paid $10 on shipping for an item that was only around 25 bucks. I still had not yet received my item let alone any intel on shipping. I called and requested a refund for my shipping as I paid almost 50% for shipping on something that wasn't even there in time. They would not refund me shipping. Today I received the item and it is a glories piece of garbage. The lions main is matted and nasty looking. And it is LITERALLY MISSING AN EYE. I could not be more disgusted with the service and the product was absolutely pathetic. I will never be purchasing from here again.

Customer service team is well trained, but the workflow to get answers is not efficient. I am constantly being told to wait 1-2 days for an update. I ordered a sofa on April 9 and it is the end of June and I still have not received it. They only communicate between departments by email which is not the best way to get answers quickly

This company has no integrity. I placed an order in November 2020 and waited until late March early April for a cabinet. I spent over $20,000 on furniture. I finally called them to find out where the other cabinet was on deliver. They informed me that I needed to pay an additional $107 so they could order and deliver this cabinet. How ridiculous is that? No one bothered to call me or email me. I told them I wanted to talk to a manager or the CEO. No one called me. I finally told them to refund my money On the cabinet that I had already paid close to $1400 for. I will never shop at Z Gallerie again. Broken pieces were delivered including a dresser, buffet cabinet and a broken mirror.

I had the opportunity to apply for credit on line at zgallerie recently. For some reason I was having trouble completing checkout with Citizens Bank. When I called Zgallerie I spoke with Fredy Romero who went above and beyond in helping me by walking me through finalizing the checkout process and explaining to me how the credit card that I was approved for works. He also took care of placing the order on his end, which took me several attempts to do!
Thanks to Mr. Fredy Romero everything went smoothly and expeditiously! A job done exceptionally well in my humble opinion!

They make it PAINFUL to return anything. I purchased two pillows in December; they didn't go with my decor. To return them, you must CALL and talk to a customer service rep, who grills you about why you want to return the items. You can't just go online and download return forms and a shipping label. It is now March and I have talked with four different customer service reps; each one gives me a different reason why I didn't get an email with return instructions. I finally wrote a letter to their company headquarters. Who knows if I will hear anything. But I suspect this company makes it so challenging to return things, that most people just give up.
I bought some stuff from the website, due to a glitch on their own website they charged me twice for the same order. Called them and they kept me on hold for an hour and refused to cancel the other order and return my money. I will contact the consumer agency about this issue.They do not even deserve one star.

Z Gallerie is not a good company to do business with - they sell discontinued defective products! 44lb mirror fell off with defective inadequate mount fell off wall and damaged my floor and leg - Ricardo Diez provided worst customer service and doesn't care about ZGallerie customers or the harm they inflict on people!

Listen and listen carefully... This company can give two $#*!s about its customers... They overprice the shipping charges and call it a "white glove" service... There shippers are horrible, got mud on my carpeting, delivered a lean mirror that was dirty, and left my home... Spent $249 on shipping and "white glove service" on a mirror that was $449. I called customer service to let them know I had stains on my carpeting and I spent 2 hours cleaning my carpeting their only comment was "I am sorry we cannot take responsibility for what our shipping service does." So basically "$#*! you"... I have spent tens of thousands on furniture from Z Gallie and was planning on more as I furnish my new home.
To the management of Z-Gallerie... You should be ashamed of yourselves... Best of luck to all but I am done with the Z-Gallerie purchases.

These pillow cases are very expensive, they don't fit a standard regular and king size pillow. It's a waste of money. The matching Duvet is also to small. It's ridiculous!

I purchased 2 sconces, something like 80$. One the back was bent and I really didn't care for color. They don't pay for returns nor offer a label for a fee. I paid 48$ to return. I must say it's been my stupidest buy. My fault didn't read, who charges full usps price for a return!?. I would never, never buy anything from them again. Customer service monotone no help as to its bent, let's get you a label for idk 20$ bucks….:.

Don't make the same mistake we did, this company is robbing their customers. We spoke to a de-escalation dept representative; Ricardo in our case, who sounds like a broken record, completely unhelpful, who "offered" us a "one-time exception" by trying to take 50% of the purchase, how is that helpful?
Nowhere on their site stated this. Their items are pricey to just give them thousands for nothing, and they're "helping you" how?
We are moving, and will no longer need the couch with their unknown delivery window of 6 mo. We started the cancellation process, a week after the purchase was made, and their window for cancelations is 14 days. The couch order is under "pending fulfillment." but our money is gone. Nothing stated you couldn't cancel; their restocking fee of 25% applies if the product has been shipped, ours isn't even made, where does 50% come from? He was unreasonable, kept going in circles hung up on us twice, and claimed we were being "hostile" because I asked him "What would he lose by helping us if the store didn't belong to him?" He claims he was the highest we could go when we requested to be transferred if he wasn't able to assist us; we asked about options and nothing. My husband offered to pay 10-15% and He still would not bouch. Two hrs of our life, we will never get back. Would give them negative stars if I could. Watch their bot, will be just as unhelpful!
We want a refund for our order, can Zgallery give us our money back?

I emailed Z Gallerie Customer Service, inquiring about a sofa I purchased. I received a response the next day early in the morning, which happened to also be the 4th of July. Gabriel was very informative and I was pleased with the outcome of our conversation.

I placed an order on January 12 and I still have not received my items. I've called several times and each time I was promised that the items would be shipped within 24-48 hrs. Zgallerie has beautiful items but they also have the worst customer service and the items are overpriced. I found pictures at JC Penney for 19.99 but they were priced for 89.99 on Zgallerie's website. I will never order from them again.

I bought a painting and it was left at my door, OBVIOUSLY damaged. I wasn't home. You could see the painting from the outside because there were three five inch open holes in the box. I immediately called and they said I accepted it. It was $800 and (1) they were not necessarily going to take a return and (2) IF they do, I have to figure out on my own dime how to get it shipped back! They do not stand behind their merchandise at all. Buyer Beware. It is absolutely outrageous and I am posting this because I don't want this to happen to others.

Went to the gallery and purchased a big red fish for 400. Asks me if i would like add a small blue fish to go with it. I tell him no. What comes in the mail? The small blue fish. Tells me that is the one i selected. Tells me i took it over to the counter! Wow. Don't trust the folks to mail you anything.

We ordered a high end game set and paid expedited shipping prices. After the order didn't arrive as advertised we checked on their website. It was on backorder until mid January but they never communicated this to us. We called them and they acknowledged it was on back order. We offered to keep our order in place if they would refund the shipping charges. They refused so we cancelled the order. Now we are awaiting a credit to our card.
This isn't a trustworthy company that promises immediate shipping, takes your money and doesn't perform. We would not recommend buying from this company.

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from Z Gallerie. It took months to receive the items and now it's a year and I'm still waiting for a few items. Z Gallerie said the items I'm still waiting for were delivered but I never received them and received no notification they were on their way.
I checked my security camera and my neighbors and a large area rug was never delivered. I received a picture and the glass was smashed. Z Gallerie was nice enough to replace that picture. I ordered a standing floor mirror. When the shipping company received it it was smashed and they it felt it was unsafe to deliver. Now the mirror is unavailable and Z Gallerie wants to charge me the difference for a new mirror. The decorators in Miami were very nice to help me decorate my new home with their designs. That was the only positive experience I have had. I want to decorate the rest of my home but now I'm very hesitant to use Z Gallerie.

I don't even want to give one star to them. My computer was loading and by mistake, I placed two orders and called them immediately to cancel them but they did not listen. They sent both of them and charged the shipment twice. I sent them emails and called them but they did not help me at all. I wanted to return both the orders but they were not ready to return the shipment cost. I still have that stuff packed in the box. I do not want to use it. Such a bad experience Lost my money.
