I found this to be very time consuming and in the end have a resume that still has not produced interviews. I am an older workforce candidate and have a wealth of knowledge. I requested a skills resume and received it of push back on that request. Instead I have a chronological resume which does not represent me well. When I asked for a revision the end result was a resume with job history moved around... Do your research for the best bang for your money.

If you are not good at writing a resume, they can help you with the format and finding the right words to put things together for you.

However, my experience is:
1. I was assigned a resume writer who is not familiar with my field. The first draft I received was extremely disappointing. It seems he just took my resume and reformat it.
2. You will need to review the resume and raise sensible questions to improve the content.
3. The good news is, my resume writer is patient and answer the questions. He made changes requested. But I still hold my doubt in the final resume whether it could have been done better. I think it will be different if it is written by someone who knows my expertise and fields.

It is ok, but why would I pay for someone who does not know my field at a higher price.
I pay for a professional service expecting someone who is skilled in resume writing and know my field but end up with feeling having a graduate who knows to do the right thing, but still learning.

I did not use zipjobs services and they refuse to refund me. They follow up with excuses on my refund. They suggest me using it later or for someone else. The support number is intentionally set up so no one answers you calls and it goes straight to voicemail. On phone with credit card company right now trying to dispute it. They have a number that rings 1-2 times and then a voicemail. This way they don't have to take angry customers call and screen who to call back.

The first author assigned to me was not American and was unable to write. The second writer was better but still did not have any expertise to lend me. The presented service is nothing like the service delivered. The cover letter, despite precise feedback, continued to come back with the verbatim comments I was making. There was no thought put into it the only regurgitation of the same information I was providing. Their service is not full of experts but low wage employees abroad. I am 100% unhappy with the service.

I have been out of game for a while now. I was able to give all the information i knew about myself and the tech who did my resume did a great job of putting it together. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a hard time expressing their job qualifications.

I had a bad experience with my first writer. I ask for a second one. The second one was a hundred percent professional. Did a fabulous job. Whipped up a nice document. Over all I'd say it's money well spent if your not the strongest English major. I think it's $#*!y they try and charge you 50 bucks to talk with the person.

I really appreciated the experience that was brought to the table by ZipJob, and Christy was a great fit for me, and after we chatted over the phone, she made some recommendations and direction for my resume. I would recommend to anyone, not sure of what you want your resume to reflect; then purchase the phone chat option. I had a resume done and that was okay but I then bought the linked in product where it became apparent that it was just some template approach where the seem to use catch all frazes and following some kind of basic layout. The continue to put jobs in the wrong order describe duties incorrectly and list positions out of order and even sometimes blend the descriptions together. They closed my order without telling me. Then the reopened when I complained and now I'm thinking, now that they emailed me this survey, that they closed it again. The writer told me he was still working on it and I had just replied with feedback. I want a refund! Waste of money...

They did get me a new writer after some confusion but it looks like my Linked in profile writing was closed again when I told them details were wrong. I'm totally unsatisfied. What I have is unusable. They pasted my notes explain my position in as the actual job description. I told them... and it looks like they closed my case. Positions were in the wrong order... I gave them my resume. I want a refund!

Very clear process with responsive resume writer and no pressure. My new ZipJob resume already has three interview requests and my revamped LinkedIn profile had a 200% increase in views! Thanks ZipJob!

I attempted to sign up. Entered card info. Got a no go ( yes card is good). Entered different card, also got a no go ( also good acc't) Never got any confirm of purchase, but charged 3 X on two diff act's. Contacted by fraud units from 2 banks. Contacted Zipjob. Promised response next day. Heard nothing. Do not recommend.

It was good. I am happy with my new resume. It looks professional. Also the writer was cooperative which helps a lot and she let me know whenever she finished the resume and asked if I wanted to add more stuff or is it okay.

Lori, my writer, was extremely helpful and even though I have a background in writing, she was able to tailor my resume to target the exact types of positions I wanted to pursue, after having been out of the "job-hunting" game for nearly a decade.

I purchased and first writer was so unexperienced. I raised a request got another writer it was same. No interview nothing. Its been 90 days and sometimes they don't even respond. Asked for refund but no reply. Its scam guys don't pay!

I purchased a package for over $300 online and uploaded my resume. There was zero contact after that. No resume, no return call, no return email after my continuous outreach. I "chatted" with Vincent online before my purchase and he assured me a writer would be in contact right away. This is absolutely outrageous. This company stole my money.

ZipJob did a great job of cleaning up and focusing my resume. They helped me get organized and trim off the excess material I didn't need, and really gave me a nice resume. Most importantly, it really worked. I got multiple interview requests the first day I sent it out and one of them turned into a new job.

Overall I had a great experience! I have been a stay at home parent for 16 years, and working on reentering the job market. My biggest issue was getting my resume done correctly and to current standards. My writer did a fantastic job with very little to work with and I will be sending resumes out this weekend! This was an okay experience, it did have a quick turn around but my resume is cookie cutter. Although I expressed my intentions, we only made it halfway there. Also, there were quite a few typos in my material.
