I have an account with this job platform and I am glad that I made it since the last job I landed was from here. I don't know about the other countries, but in the Netherlands this platform is getting quite popular. Many companies are posting their job calls here. Hence, a lot of job opportunities. It is good that you can adjust your settings and I receive regular emails about new job calls for the positions I have set. You never know when a good and better opportunity will come.
Anytime I had an interview set up by ZipRecruiter by the time I got there the position already been filled and ZipRecruiter did not let me know that so I wasted my time gas energy. And felt even more discouraged so thanks to recruiter! CG
Was hiring for dental assistant, got multiple resumes for dentists (not helpful). Job was filled July 22nd, they e-mailed us asking if job was filled, responded it was, they continued to bill us through October when we called about the credit card charges, allowed one month refund for 2-3 months of illegitimate charges. Had used service in the past to place month-long ads, renewed as needed. They now auto-bill and continue job ad until you catch the charges, which makes no sense for a job ad company, should renew ad as needed-WILL NOT USE AGAIN, and do not recommend them unless you pay EXTREMELY close attention to automated charges to your credit card!
Maika, was a great help in answering my questions on candidates. This site offers many options to advertise for employee candidates and understanding it will take a little time.

We ran an add with ZipRecruiter and cancelled the add before the 30 days was up because to of the horrible candidates we were getting. However, unless you delete your existing account, they will keep charging you a monthly fee. This was an account that I had with them prior to posting an employment add this go around. SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, DUE TO IT'S LACK OF ETHICS AND INTEGRITY. This is NOT how a company should do business. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! I truly believe that this company uses A.I. And just out to take your money.
All I can say is that, I Greatly appreciated the Time and Help that I got from "Morgan" She was so Helpful and Pacient helping me reset my email address after Many attempts trying to do it myself... Thank You so much again Morgan;-)

Zip recruiter will sell you a single job posting for aorund 500.00 and you will get poor results. Then they start to up sell.You can end up spending 2-3K to get what you intially paid for. Very devois practice. Not an honset company.

I paid for hair stylist position and they sent me clerical candidates. Ran the ad for 3 days and only received one qualified, the rest were not. Will not use them agai.

I signed up for ZipRecruiter on September 18th and the process was so easy/quick that I forgot a lot of important information regarding my account...
I posted a job today and I was a little nervous that I may have boosted or posted too many jobs, and I did not want to get an additional charge for that. I chatted in and Shawana not only dived into my account and gave me the information I needed regarding my renewal but also reviewed my job ad, let me know I had 2 applicants already (boosting my confidence in the ad), walked me through how to post/close a job, how to find how many remaining resume views I have left, and how many people I can invite to apply to our job daily.
It was a very informative and helpful chat and I was able to leave that chat feeling confident and secure in the answers I received.

Do not hesitate to chat in if you have a question! The responses are quick and thorough.
