I have an account with this job platform and I am glad that I made it since the last job I landed was from here. I don't know about the other countries, but in the Netherlands this platform is getting quite popular. Many companies are posting their job calls here. Hence, a lot of job opportunities. It is good that you can adjust your settings and I receive regular emails about new job calls for the positions I have set. You never know when a good and better opportunity will come.
Anytime I had an interview set up by ZipRecruiter by the time I got there the position already been filled and ZipRecruiter did not let me know that so I wasted my time gas energy. And felt even more discouraged so thanks to recruiter! CG
My technical person (Tanya) walked me through every step to ensure I regained access to my account. She was very friendly, personable and professional. She was the best.

I had heard about ZipRecruiter but was not sure I was ready to pay full price for services. I decided to try a free trial to familiarize myself with the software and process. A day or two into the free 4 day trial, I received an email offering a free 3 day extension to my trial period if I filled out a survey. After filling out the survey, I used the live chat feature to confirm that my trial had been extended and they did not have a record on my account. I spoke with Tatianna, explained my situation and offered to forward her the email for confirmation. I expected to receive a generic, "we're sorry, but we're unable to help you with your request at this time" type of message, but Tatianna offered her email address, reviewed the survey email and added the 3 extra trial days to my account. She was so helpful, quick and eager to help! Her willingness to help a non-paying customer was very much appreciated. I am looking forward to using this company to help support my business, especially when their customer service is this good.

Easy and VERY HELPFUL team members on the Chat Now feature! The Ziprecruiter system is easy to use and has many neat features for you to find your best candidate. If there is anything that you find that needs an immediate response, the ZR Team is there to assist 24/7 on the Chat Now feature! I had the pleasure to chat with Zaheed and also Rebecca. Both of them assisted with explaining set-up and also account enhanced features.
