I have an account with this job platform and I am glad that I made it since the last job I landed was from here. I don't know about the other countries, but in the Netherlands this platform is getting quite popular. Many companies are posting their job calls here. Hence, a lot of job opportunities. It is good that you can adjust your settings and I receive regular emails about new job calls for the positions I have set. You never know when a good and better opportunity will come.
Anytime I had an interview set up by ZipRecruiter by the time I got there the position already been filled and ZipRecruiter did not let me know that so I wasted my time gas energy. And felt even more discouraged so thanks to recruiter! CG
I called to see if there was a way to email a manager multiple resumes. Erika assisted me and was very helpful. She was very thorough and proceeded to ask me if I knew about other features.
Is this ZipRecruiter.news, ZipRecruiter.news, ZipRecruiter.news. The only worse ads are Kars For Kids. Along with Jason Evens. OVER 90% have never read a sales book. We know, we know, we know.

I had an issue with logging in to my account because I set it up through my ADP account. Erika was able to close my other account and get me to my zip recruiter app on my ADP page.

Trial was OK. Service is to expensive to be practical for mom and pop small business. Site works OK and is easy to use. I don't like that they make canceling the trial so hard to find on the site
I clicked on the live chat button and Shawana was able to walk and talk me through the questions and issues I was having. She was very helpful and persisted until we figured it out.
Leticia was great and took care our needs to find the right applicants. She increased our exposure to applicants and showed us how to search resumes that fit our desired skill set.

I was confused about the terms of this site and was even a little frustrated. Shawana took the time to understand my frustration and clarify where I was mistaken.
I returned to the ZipRecruit platform looking for new work after about a 2 year hiatus. I logged in and updated my profile and attempted to apply for a job.
I received an error, however, that my current email needed to be updated to proceed. Not sure why, I changed it to a backup with the intention of reverting it back to the original email (I didn't want potential employer messages sent to my backup). Although when I tried to switch it back, the platform sent me an error message that my professional email was invalid, even though I had just signed in with it.
I reached out to their support department and they were dismissive of my claims, telling me that I needed to reset my browser's cache and cookies and that's all that could be done. I wasn't very happy with being brushed off and made another request, this time having my ticket reviewed by the internal team. After a few days, I was told that my problem could not be resolved and that I would have to live with using my backup email, despite their platform forcing me to change it. So now my resumé and my cover letters direct communication to my professional email, but ZipRecruiter points to a janky backup email.
I'm not inclined to use the Zip Recruit platform now because it will supply my backup email for communications which is not where I field new work opportunities.
Not happy that my profile was forced to be incorrect.

I called the 800 number and spoke with Tima Escarzaga. She was so friendly and helpful! I was able to get my login corrected and a new user set up in minutes. She is awesome!
