I have an account with this job platform and I am glad that I made it since the last job I landed was from here. I don't know about the other countries, but in the Netherlands this platform is getting quite popular. Many companies are posting their job calls here. Hence, a lot of job opportunities. It is good that you can adjust your settings and I receive regular emails about new job calls for the positions I have set. You never know when a good and better opportunity will come.
Anytime I had an interview set up by ZipRecruiter by the time I got there the position already been filled and ZipRecruiter did not let me know that so I wasted my time gas energy. And felt even more discouraged so thanks to recruiter! CG
After multiple billing issues over the years - i had a recent experience with Melody, via their chat line and SHE was great. She listened, took care of it timely and was pleasant. I wish all representatives were like Melody.
I called to cancel my account for the time being while I am not hiring and the my representative was so helpful it making this and easy pain free experience! Thank you so much! I will certainly come back to zip recruiter in the future once I have a position that needs to be filled.
I discovered a billing issue with a recently closed job posting. I jumped on line and did a Live Chat. I was kind enough to have Melody help and she had the issue resolved in 3 minutes. So easy and prompt. This is why I use Zip Recruiter. The back office support is awesome. Cheers.
In my position, I call a lot of support lines and Tanya was by far one of the most upbeat, helpful, and positive representatives I've ever spoken with. She was personable, polite, and incredibly helpful. If she answered the phone every time anyone called, all of the reviews would be 5 stars.
Any time a service I use on a consistent basis has a chat option for help, I am happy but when it is handled like Ziprecruiter, I am thrilled. So much easier than calling and waiting and being transferred.

My office received a promotion code in the mail for a free job posting. When I went online to redeem, the option was not given to me. With the Chat Now option, Alexis was courteous and answered my questions quickly. She helped me out with a 4 day trial to see if our new type of job would yield any results. I used the Live Chat feature for the first time today in reference to a membership question and was overly impressed with the level of service I received. My question was answered immediately followed by an alternative option to my current plan which allowed me to make a quick decision. The rep made the requested change before I ended the chat session and I was good to go. Don't hesitate to click on that Live Chat button if you have a question!
I encountered a problem today with my ZipRecruiter account; Tara Brooks took my call. She was extremely helpful, polite and patient. All my questions were answered and my problem was resolved. Katie assisted me when I chatted in today with a technical question on applying boosts on the website.
She was able to quickly answer my question, and in addition she provided several additional resources.
I finally had time to try to sort through and organize the candidates for my job and was confused with some of the capabilities so on a whim I decided to try chatting with Tara at support. She was great. Pointed me right where I needed to go and got me more productive again. Quick to the point but polite answers enabling me to get done what I needed. That's how support is supposed to be.
Filled four searches in three weeks and two off the positions had so many good candidates we hired two for them. Really impressed with this service and the people at Zip who help. Emily is the best account Rep and Erika is a service dynamo!
For some unknown reason, I was all of a sudden unable to log in to my Zip Recruiter account. I tried everything I could think of on my own before reaching out to customer service. My expectations were very low, and I figured it would be similar to getting help on Amazon - can't find a phone number or someone to make a difference. I was happily very wrong. The customer service phone number was easy to find - no scrolling required - and Tara, a live, helpful, and friendly person answered the phone. It took a few tries, but in the end and in less than 5 minutes, she had me up and running so that I could get back on the site an in contact with my candidates. Thanks Tara!
Although I was using the online chat to cancel my free trial, Melody was very professional and courteous. She was not insistent or pushy. She helped me cancel my trial after ensuring that I had every opportunity to take advantage of all that Ziprecruiter had to offer. And to be honest, the only reason that I cancelled was that there were not very many people looking for my specific job position. If I had a more generalized position, I am sure that this would have met my needs. Thank you Melody for your help and your professionalism.

Called Friday evening because thats what small business owners DO. Dejoun at Zip found my problem, solved it without interrogation and I was on my way. This is the 'added value' marketing tries to communicate

I did a live chat with Tatianna regarding scaling back my subscription to the Hiring Pause level. She took care of it quickly and gave me some good pointers. ZipRecruiter is especially good for smaller firms and recognizes that there are times when hiring is paused.

I was very upset because of the promotion that said using your service was on a 'free trial basis' and you just needed my credit card to make sure I was a 'real person', and then you started charging me without notice (silly me for believing).
Myra talked me off the ledge and showed me all the advantages of using your software - if the bait and switch hadn't occurred, I'd be using it now because of Myra's excellent presentation.
But the bit about 'have to cancel within 4 days' that must have been written in VERY small letters somewhere other than what I read, still has me turned off from using your otherwise extremely useful service.
Myra should get a raise for dealing with me so professionally.
Tanya helped me with editing a job posting. She was professional, friendly and easily walked me through what would have taken me quite some time. We've used ziprecruiter several times now and will continut to do so.
I called to get help with my first real job ads on Ziprecruiter. After going through about 3 phone prompts I got quickly connected with Maika. She was very helpful with setting up my adds, and I'd definitely want to talk to her again for more help. I would say that I've communicated with several reps from Zip and it seems like I get conflicting advice because they emphasis different areas of the job posting they feel is important.
This entire team makes the hiring process so much easier! From start to finish ZipRecuiter has been right there to answer any questions that may come up. Easy to get started and stay on top of things. The live chat option is invaluable, I just finished chatting with Randy who had an answer for me right away. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to this team! PS-Received excellent candidates immediately and the interviews have been great!
