I have an account with this job platform and I am glad that I made it since the last job I landed was from here. I don't know about the other countries, but in the Netherlands this platform is getting quite popular. Many companies are posting their job calls here. Hence, a lot of job opportunities. It is good that you can adjust your settings and I receive regular emails about new job calls for the positions I have set. You never know when a good and better opportunity will come.

Anytime I had an interview set up by ZipRecruiter by the time I got there the position already been filled and ZipRecruiter did not let me know that so I wasted my time gas energy. And felt even more discouraged so thanks to recruiter! CG

Our business needed dedicated employees whom already had the industry's background as we were hiring in a pinch. ZipRecruiter couldn't have helped us in our urgent need any better!

When terminating our subscription, as we no longer needed the services; I clicked the "live chat" and reached Rebecca who was over the top helpful with suggestions and answers to all of my questions!

Thank you so very much and if ever in need for multiple hires ZipRecruiter will definitely be the service I use!

As usual ZipRecruiter doesn't disappoint.

Just got off the phone with Stacia M. Not only did she provide great suggestions for how to automate the hiring process, but she looked out for my best interest with survey guidelines and went out of her way to suggest awesome alternative solutions.

Then she listened to me vent for 20 minutes and encouraged it.

If the World was more like Stacia, it would be a better place.

I opened a chat to find out how to copy a job link so that it could be shared elsewhere. Tatianna was very quick and helpful in answering my questions and also provided me a tip to make our experience better by using the thumbs ratings.

Leticia was able to refine the plan that I have with Zip Recruiter to help it fit better into my recruiting budget. As a human resources professional, it is appreciated when you are involved with on target individuals who understand the need for correctly targeted recruiting resources and their implementation.

They're customer service is very helpful. Tara especially was helpful this time, in giving me a free traffic boost and helping me to refresh my ad. Anytime I have any issue they are extremely helpful, and quick to fix my problems.

Just had a great experience on Live Chat with Rebecca. She was prompt, pleasant and helpful. I've had the opportunity to call their customer service team as well and am always assisted quickly and pleasantly. It's refreshing to work with a group that understands good customer service!

I chatted with a wonderful representative named Angeliqua today. I contacted ZipRecruiter to inquire about the Invite Policy. I needed to know how many invites I can send per day. Not only did she provide that information, but she gave me some really good tips on how I can make our job postings available to a larger audience. I really did appreciate her being pleasant and patient with me while I was asking all of my questions. Thank you Angeliqua!

Called in because I received two emails about our free trial offer and when (and how much) we would be charged when it was over. Tara B helped explain the 2nd email was because of our posting a second job and out account was upgraded. Showed me where to look on their site to verify our actual charge.

Tara Brooks was the young lady who assisted me when I called in several minutes ago. I called in order to see what needed to be done to access an account my business partner had set up for our HR Admin email. She was very courteous in responding to my questions, as well as letting me know how to go about obtaining access to the account.

I needed help logging in, and I was very happy to be assisted via live chat with Katie. She showed empathy and a friendly demeanor while making sure I wasnt left hanging. She even went through the system to send me the link herself. Wonderful customer service!

Tina was patient and helpful with assisting in resolving my issue today. My ZipRecruiter free trial was ending today but I had yet to have the time to review candidates and she extended the trial. Tina also showed me how to share the job post on social media to get the maximum out of it. Thank you!

Being new to recruiting online Ziprecruiter has been great to work with. They have an amazing support team to help even a neophyte like myself. They coached me through setting up the listings then when I've had questions I was lucky enough to get Stacia M (both times so far) to help me. She does great at figuring out what I'm trying to ask and helping me figure out the solution. At this rate with her help I'm actually going to get good at this.

I just recently ended my business with one of your competitors and I am so happy to be with you guys. We will call these rip-offs "Absolutely". When I was with Absolutely they charged me the mouse click on a position and there are different amounts to pay per position. The pay structure is all over the place and its certainly not friendly for small business owners. I couldn't budget and I was afraid to use the services not knowing what to expect in the billing. They finally convinced me to sign up for a program that would allow for me to post 3 positions interchangeably. I agreed and they billed me $505.00 for ONE position that brought 21 resumes. Needless to say I was beyond upset. I tried your trial version and love it. I can budget my fills, work easy with navigating candidates and feel good about posting positions and the price not changing.

I am pleasantly surprised that the call center is located in the US. Morgan B. Was very polite, patient and helpful. I am NOT the most gracious of inquisitive callers. Morgan B did her best dealing with me. There are several online recruiting companies that I, as a customer can go to but am very happy with Morgan B and ZipRecruiter. Even going thru the sales/buying phase I have been very very happy with the whole process. Peregrine Personnel Solutions has been with ZipRecruiter for about 6 months and have had no issues. The purpose of my call was more my ignorance and getting to know the ZipRecruiter dashboard and process better. Morgan B did an excellent job helping me find my way thru. Peregrine Personnel Solutions highly recommends ZipRecruiter.

Tip for consumers:
If your job includes looking for people, ZipRecruiter can most definitely help.

Today Tanya O'Toole assisted me and I'm very thankful for her help.

Ive been trying to reach someone at Zip Recruiter for 3 days now. I sent several emails responding to Laura Millers original email about our credit card however, she never responded to my request for help.

Tanya was pleasant and easy to understand when instructing me how to fix the issue. As well, she is very knowledgeable and did not make me feel like I was asking dumb questions.

Thank you, Tanya, for helping me resolve our Zip Recruiter issues! Excellent customer service is VERY rare these days!

They are clearly trying to please their business customers and earn their business. Used them in 2015 for a year. Trying them again. They have scalable subscription options. Tanya assisted me will some account changes. Very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.

I asked how to get my new candidates to the top of my list rather than mixed all in with my old ones (that's very inconvenient) and Erika helped me by letting me know i can hit the date button to put them in order. She was very helpful!

I am fairly new to ZipRecruiter, so am still figuring it all out. I have been very impressed with the online chat feature and how helpful the responders are. Today Rebecca handled my problem in seconds and was kind enough to send me links to videos and webinars to help our company in our job postings/searches. Great Customer Service!

Tatianna was very helpful. I had a few questions about how to use the account since I am a new user and she was able to answer all of my questions promptly and courteously! Also, gave me extra links for other training that may be useful. The chat option is definitely an advantage to other services.
