I have an account with this job platform and I am glad that I made it since the last job I landed was from here. I don't know about the other countries, but in the Netherlands this platform is getting quite popular. Many companies are posting their job calls here. Hence, a lot of job opportunities. It is good that you can adjust your settings and I receive regular emails about new job calls for the positions I have set. You never know when a good and better opportunity will come.
Anytime I had an interview set up by ZipRecruiter by the time I got there the position already been filled and ZipRecruiter did not let me know that so I wasted my time gas energy. And felt even more discouraged so thanks to recruiter! CG
This company is a farce. They send you emails of jobs that are old and outdated. They also send you jobs that are completely outside of the industry in which you're looking for and in which you are not interested in. Don't waste your time.
Erika not only answered my question, she also explained how we can appear in Google searches by adding a salary range and location to our job posting, both of which were missing. She was a great help.
One thing that makes life so much easier is someone's ability to know what we want before we ask. Morgan actually provided me with this type of service today when I called. Good job Morgan and thank you!

I had a great experience using their online chat help. Tatiana was very quick and responsive to my needs about adding deal breaker questions to my job posting. She even offered a YouTube tutorial for future reference!

I found my new job through ZipRecruiter! Consequently, this required my firm to cancel the job posting, which was overlooked. Our account manager was no longer on staff, but Erika helped me to work around the problem, enabling us to complete the process. She also went the extra mile to help me receive a credit for the unused month.
The owner of our firm was pleased with the service received from ZipRecruiter, and will be our go-to for future personnel needs.

Ziprecruiter organizes the applicants well and makes it easier for a busy hiring manager to manage the process on their own without losing track of candidates. The screening questions tool is very helpful for filtering unqualified applicants out quickly and the mass mailing tool makes closing out the job quick and easy. I would have given it 5 stars if the price was more in line with other job boards.
Also, the online chat was very helpful when I had questions. Melody was able to quickly answer my questions which is great for me because hiring is not my regular job duty so the less time I spend wrestling with hiring tools the better.
Morgan Byrd was an exceptionally articulate and smart advisor. She constantly saw the situation from my side and was able to give me work around solutions to best meet my needs. I was so fortunate to have her answer when I called back a second time and the service was even better! Note to management... Find a way to KEEP Morgan as she is great for your brand. A fantastic customer experience.
Katie was great when I called in yesterday with a simple billing question. I knew exactly what I was signing up for with ZipRecruiter and she gave me some additional tips about refreshing job postings. Really quick service too, I was connected right away.
Great customer service. Erika was very helpful. I think $10 is a little steep to just still have access to your candidates, but we chose to do this instead of having the headache of creating a new account if/when we do another job posting.

Alex F has helped me by staying professional, engaged, understanding of my situation, respectful of the sensitivity, very positive attitude throughout. Rather than stopping and not helping me since the protocol for this situation is in place, he has submitted this as a case to investigate any opportunity to remove it from being visible through the link that is being circulated through social media. Ziprecruiter is a site that helps in finding job opportunities or vacancies from recruiting managers. All you need to do is register for free, leaving all important information that would help them find job vacancies in your work domain. Immediately they find any, you are notified through a mail, so that you can apply. Their service are free yet, very satisfactory. I commend mostly their promptness.
She was very polite and helped me without any questions. Got the job done. When I called she took her time and explained to me about anything that I asked. She had real good manners and I really do believe that she is in the right place. We need more people like this whom seem to love what they do. Thanks!
I called to put a hold on our account and Katie Barlow was very helpful and professional! She gave me several helpful suggestions. She also sent me an email confirmation on what we discussed. I also had a great experience working with Keith several months ago. He helped to get us set up and got our job opening ads out quickly!
Tara Brooks was able to help me to access a resume left by a potential employee.
She also went a step further and refreshed my ad. She explained to me that since it was placed about one month ago it showed up lower on the page. She refreshed it for me and sent me an email with instructions on how its done so i could do it myself next time.
