I have an account with this job platform and I am glad that I made it since the last job I landed was from here. I don't know about the other countries, but in the Netherlands this platform is getting quite popular. Many companies are posting their job calls here. Hence, a lot of job opportunities. It is good that you can adjust your settings and I receive regular emails about new job calls for the positions I have set. You never know when a good and better opportunity will come.
Anytime I had an interview set up by ZipRecruiter by the time I got there the position already been filled and ZipRecruiter did not let me know that so I wasted my time gas energy. And felt even more discouraged so thanks to recruiter! CG
I was having trouble logging into my company account and decided to us the online chat. Ericka was fast and prompt, we actually lost connection twice and she was the person I was connected to every time except the last time. she(Ericka) solved my problem within a matter of minutes. I am more then satisfied with the customer service that Ziprecruiter has to offer. Thank you very much for your help and efforts to put the customer first. 5 stars and a MOON...
When Robi finally came online in chat, my issue was taken care of immediately and with courtesy. 5 stars for Robi, 4 for having to wait for someone to help me. Ended up starting another task and having to go back and forth between the screens checking to see when chat was starting. Not Robi's fault. Overall, I have used Zip for the last 5 years (as a casual job seeker also) and find the postings to be timely. Have never found a "fake" one.

Shawana was great. I had a billing issue that Shawana Stuller was able to fix within 2 minutes by clicking the live chat feature. She was very nice and made sure I understood what was going on with my account. I could not have asked for a better experience and I was able to post my job and get qualified candidates without delay. Zip Recruiter has been one of the easiest sites to use for recruitment for my company.
Erika was great with helping to explain the charges and figure out that we were charged a full month extra. She was able to understand, explain and resolve the issue at hand quickly. So again, Erika is great and is an example of what customer service should be.

I appreciated the ease with which we could quickly review and categorize resumes. I could pull them up on my phone on the go and make quick changes to which ones i was most interested in. I could also review new one qickly and sort them for later review. Their online support was great as well. There at 3 in the morning when you have a late night question! I appreciated that I didn't have to wait until between 8 and 5 to get help

We are new to Ziprecruiter so I called in to get my password reset and get started on the site. I was lucky enough to get on the phone with a pleasant women named Tanya. She stood on the phone with me the entire time while we waited for the password reset link, to assure I got it. We also were able to chat about where we live and the weather! She not only helped me with what I called in for but she also gave me a quick tour of the site and even gave me a good suggestion on linking our Facebook to be able to share the jobs on our pages. Wish all customer service reps were as helpful and kind as she was. Thank you Tanya :)
