I have an account with this job platform and I am glad that I made it since the last job I landed was from here. I don't know about the other countries, but in the Netherlands this platform is getting quite popular. Many companies are posting their job calls here. Hence, a lot of job opportunities. It is good that you can adjust your settings and I receive regular emails about new job calls for the positions I have set. You never know when a good and better opportunity will come.
Anytime I had an interview set up by ZipRecruiter by the time I got there the position already been filled and ZipRecruiter did not let me know that so I wasted my time gas energy. And felt even more discouraged so thanks to recruiter! CG
I needed advice regarding my job posting for nurse practitioners and Rebecca reviewed my job posting and directed me with advice as how to get the most qualified candidates. She was efficient and her customer service was exemplary.
I had a question regarding some information I needed to find on some candidates that applied to my job. Randy was who I spoke with. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what I asked.
It's Sat morning and I decided to check on my recruiting and noticed a much larger charge then I expected. I open up chat and had a quick chat with the rep who was quick at assisting me and notice I made a simple mistake in my plan choice. She updated my plan and got me a refund for the difference. Great and simple experience in fixing a mistake due to my confusion.
I contacted ZipRecruiter to assist me with something and Randy was awesome in assisting me. In a day and age where there is little to no personal customer service, it was refreshing to have someone communicate with me who made an effort to resolve my problem. Thank you! Cathi
I called today because I was having trouble getting logged on in the office to get email from a prospective new employee that her resume fit everything I needed and she stayed on the phone to help me get the message reply from the person I had contacted from the data base. I was treated like I was the only customer in her line to help and I am sure that was not the case. That is unusual in these times
Called in with a billing issue, luckily I got Alice who was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Normal, not reading from a script, actually listened to me.
Took a couple minutes to resolve the issue.
Couldn't have been happier.

I got a marketing add to try a free trial at ZipRecruiter.
I've been burned in the past by "free trials" and wanted to make sure I completely understood the terms.
So I went to their live chat support. I was connected to Stacia M. She was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful.

I started off my chat being very angry about being charged for my free trial of ZipRecruiter. Rebecca helped me to understand that it is free for four days. I wanted to cancel because I hadn't gotten any good hits. She gave me a few recommendations for my posting including how I have 2 more postings that I could use to expand my reach for my position. She walked me through how to do this online. She also showed me where I could search the resume database. Just a little extra attention to my needs and now I am going to keep my postings active and see what I get. :) Thanks Rebecca!
I called customer service to ask a few questions and tour of their website. Paula assisted me and she was super nice and informative. I learned how to use their website and she answered all of my questions. It's rare to speak to a real person in customer service, but zip recruiter does. So it's awesome that they do so.
Tee: That hers name and her skills in helping me navigate the Zip-recruiter dashboard was amazing. In lest that 10 minutes she helped me understand the website and the to begin to use it to our good. Thanks Tee for all your amazing help and guidance

My company wanted to modify our plan on ZipRecruiter and I spoke with Greg H about it initially. He was amazing and also very helpful, but I had to follow-up after about a week or so because we had not seen our rebate check come in the mail and some of the features we didn't need within ZipRecruiter were still available. He had provided me an email address to follow-up with, and as soon as I did, Stacia came to my assistance. Not only was she polite and knowledgeable, but she gave me all the answers I wanted (which you rarely get in Customer Service, especially when it comes to the money aspect) in a very short amount of time. Would love her to help me out again even if she can't give me the answers I hope for!
I was frustrated with my account access and couldn't get it to cooperate no matter how I tried, so I called customer service and Katie Barlow talked me "down off the roof." Not only did she fix my issue, but also looked at my dashboard to see other areas where she could help and showed me how to fix my postings so they would get more responses. She was SUPER helpful. I find ziprecruiter a valuable tool for my HR job, and knowing their customer service reps are this helpful is just icing on the cake.
Your agent Shawana is an asset to your company. She helped me with a problem that has been bothering me for a while. I wanted to remove candidates that I had hired off of the candidate page. She helped me through the process and I am very grateful for her help. Kudos to your company for having agents willing to go the extra mile. In sending out my job ZipRecruiter attached the incorrect salary to a posted job causing us irreparable harm in filling this position. Erica saw the potential harm and did the best she could in trying to repair this problem.
I believed I was over charged on the products I purchased. Katie solved the problem within an hour. Her help was greatly appreciated as my hiring specialist I guess was not able to resolve the issue. Great service Katie

I use several job find sites. Ziprecruiter is by bar not great. After filling out my profile completely, 9 out of 19 job references are not related to my job search.
The worse part is, they give out your personal information on your resume to companies not in your field. They sell your information, this is not a sure place to provide anything personal.

Stacia helped me get my payment through. Then, we tackled even more things that I didn't expect to cover. We improved the visibility of my postings. Adjusted my questions. And I now understand what happens if I fall behind on payments. I feel more confident of my job postings and of Ziprecruiter. Soon I will have all my positions filled.
