I have an account with this job platform and I am glad that I made it since the last job I landed was from here. I don't know about the other countries, but in the Netherlands this platform is getting quite popular. Many companies are posting their job calls here. Hence, a lot of job opportunities. It is good that you can adjust your settings and I receive regular emails about new job calls for the positions I have set. You never know when a good and better opportunity will come.
Anytime I had an interview set up by ZipRecruiter by the time I got there the position already been filled and ZipRecruiter did not let me know that so I wasted my time gas energy. And felt even more discouraged so thanks to recruiter! CG
Took this for a trial run and think its a great tool. Will definitely consider it for future hires. Excellent customer service from Courtney, super helpful.

I signed up for the free trail of ZipRecruiter, and got more resumes that I needed in just a couple of days. When I went, on the last day of the trial, to put the service on hold so I wouldn't be charged, I saw that ZipRecruiter had already assessed a monthly fee earlier that day. I called and spoke to Tara B, who quickly, and promptly issued a credit for the charge. She was a pleasure to deal with, and is a large part of the reason that I will return to ZipRecruiter when I have another opening.
I too have had a very bad experience with Zip Recruiter. Their billings practice is very deceiving and deceptive. They have this box that you have to accept "Daily Subscription" that you think is for the ad you are running. Then the candidates that they send you don't meet the criteria that you asked for. You get frustrated and pull the plug on the ad. But then you realize after you keep getting billed over $500 that they deceived you and you are still getting billed even though you no longer have an ad listed. Heed my warning DO NOT SIGN WITH ZIP RECRUITER

I'm new to Zip Recruiter and the experience has been very good so far. The online chat has also worked well for supported that I've needed along the way.

I like the part that i am able to reach someone whenever i have a question. Erika did a great job today and resolved my adding user issue pretty quickly.
Did not flood my inbox with candidates that didn't make sense and made it easy to learn about and communicate with the good ones. Would recommend to other small businesses!
So many services that do Subscriptions try to hold you hostage but not Zip Recruiter They were kind, easy to work with, and very prompt in responding. I am truly blown away by the service I received.

I used this service a few months ago and we were very happy as in less than a month we found the person we needed who has become a great addition to our company.
Yes you can find and apply for jobs, however they constantly spam me with emails for jobs I'm not qualified for and ones in a whole different state. Hitting unsubscribe seems to be pointless.
