Zojirushi makes some of the best rice cookers

Zojirushi makes some of the best rice cookers. I have one and it's been very good. However the little pan/pot thing that the rice cooks in started to "peel" (the non-stick surface). So I had to buy a new one from zojirushi.com since they don't sell that part in stores in the US or on amazon. They mailed it to the wrong place but after I called they sent me a new one to the right address at no extra charge. It's a good place with good people.
