I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
The clothes as viewed online look really nice but the actual clothes are very cheap looking. The material is polyester-like and remind me of the 70's. The sizes are also way too big. I normally wear a small and the tops I got look more like a medium or even a large. I was really disappointed because the print patterns were really cute and the fit looked so flattering in the pictures. I'm bummed that I wasted money on shipping both ways.

I would stay away from this site. The clothing is very cheap, unflattering and the sizing is off. I have no idea if I will get my money back for the items I am returning. I will have to wait and see. I've already lost money on shipping both ways, which really sucks.

I ordered 8 items on 9/17/20 and just received these items 10/22/20. Not one item that I purchased looked anywhere close to the on-line picture. The pictures were very cute but a lot of the detail was not on the actual product. Beware if you do want to return items, which I will be, you have to pay the return shipping in order to get a refund.
I did contact the company and they agreed to refund my charge card and did not require me to return the items.

FINALLY received all the tops - received the items in multiple bulk packages (few in each rather than one full-quantity package.) Took much longer to get the last of them. Enjoyed the tops I'd received - very nice. A few did not quite fit. A bit disappointed to learn shipping charge would be charged to return them. Had been told that I'd receive 25% refund versus full refund without returning the items; but still have not learned how this will be handled. Do I fill out form of the ones that didn't fit? Will the 25% refund, each, be credited to credit card; or, will I receive check for this full amount?

Excellent website I am impressed! First time buyer and I feel like I got a great bargain! I had some doubts, however my clothes arrived faster than expected. I bought a blouse skirt set. The quality is excellent, nice feeling rich fabric. The size I chose is fine, although I could probably have gone down a size, but I wanted to play it safe. I'll order another now and go down one size.
The actual products are NOTHING as pictured on the website.
The long floral dress had no "bodice" like pictured on web, and it was 6" too long for a normal 5'6" person. The boots ordered look like they would fall apart after one wear.

All the clothes and shoes I received were extremely large, weird material and overall poor quality. Trying to return the items is a challenge. Be aware that if you want to return, you have to send the merchandise back to CHINA on your dime and that there is no guarantee you will be refunded. They offer you multiple discounts discouraging you from returning the merchandise. No where on their website do they state that returns will be to CHINA. They also tell you that it will be a long wait to get your refund. I have numerous emails and they ignore every time my comment about the misleading information on their return policy. I filed a claim against them. If they state the truth about their returns on their website, I would be satisfied. Attached is my return label. Even though they shipped to me from San Francisco.

I had ordered an outdoor jacket in size XL, and a long-sleeved top. When the order arrived it was obvious that the jacket was way too small for me to even try on. The label said XL, but it looks like a medium. In addition, the top was nowhere near as attractive as it had looked on the online picture. I love this online clothing boutique! What is there not to love about this website? There is a wide range of clothing to choose from, the dresses are beautiful and highly flattering, and the quality is exceptional! I've had bad experiences with shipping from other online stores before, so I was surprised at how quickly my items arrived. Excellent and efficient service, I will place an order today again at my new favorite online clothing store :)
It was easy to navigate, however I'm still getting used to the difference in sizing.
I was surprised by the care directions after I got the products. So many of them said hand washing or wash individually. I haven't done that type of washing for a long time. I'm a very busy mother of 3 daughters and I don't have the time to do individual articles of clothing. I'm going to try the delicate cycle on my washington machine to see if I will order many more clothes. I like the styles, but that might be a red flag for me as I just don't have time. I will give it a try however.
This is the worst product I have ever ordered. Took forever to get here. When it arrived sit was not even close to what was represented or that I imagined it was. It did not fit. Also, upon attempting to return it they would not refund the cost nor would they not pay for shipping. They only offered a 15% of the purchase price as and offer to correct the issues. I ended up throwing the item in the trash and vowing to write this review and never purchase from them again!

Very disappointed to find out that the items I ordered does not come close to how they appeared on their website! Also, I don't know that this was coming from China! It took forever to receive. And if you want to return for a refund, it would be at your expense and can cost at least $70! The quality of the material is poor and cheap. The bright colored blouse seems to be made of thick drapery material and the "sweatshirt" was a cheap thin cotton blend material. The maxi dress is more of a "Muu muu" dress. I wish I had done my research before I ordered from what I thought was a "Boutique Shop." Don't waste your time or money. I'll be donating these or trashing it.

Decent clothes at a reasonable price, but here's my experience... I ordered and received 2 tops. First off, they advertised them as cotton, but they were more of a stretchy, rayon type of material. But more importantly, they were way too big (not true to size) so I asked about returning. They said that their returns department is in China and I'd have to pay for shipping, and that it takes at least a month for the refund to go through, so I opted not to do that. I am also opting not to order from here again. They did offer a 15% refund to use for alterations, which I accepted, but it was such a small amount that it didn't even cover half the cost.

Keep in mind that returns go to China at your own cost, shipping to and from is slow

Very good blouse, of good quality, cotton, very clean and accurate colors, which happens that after a while of wearing them the fabric gives a little bit, besides that because I was left over I took one more size, but they fit perfectly. I have loved this website.
When you put in tracking you find that every item was sent separately and it is a nightmare to try to keep track of all the different orders and when they will arrive. Some seem to have stopped at one location and be stuck there for a week.

My experience with this company was excellent. Managed to get the information to send the item back & got my money back. I placed an order that took several months to receive. When I did receive the item, it was not even close to what was advertised measurements have nothing to do with the cheap, disgraceful, poor quality I received. The quality of the dress is extremely horrible, nasty, disgusting They are also about 3 inches shorter than on the model. This company is a total scam. Do not buy from them. I ordered four items. First item that arrived was garbage. Nothing like the picture. Poorly made. Poor quality. I asked for return instructions. I sent a picture of what I ordered and what I received. Company response was that they were working with their suppliers on the quality of their products. After several email exchanges, I was told that returns must be mailed to China. A 15% restocking fee is charged on returned items, after YOU pay shipping to China. They offered offered a 15% refund to be used for any necessary alterations. Their website showed that my other items had not shipped and I asked to have the order cancelled. Company responded that items had already shipped. I received two more items that were also garbage. That's where items ended up—in the trash. Not even suitable to donate. After several weeks delay, a 15% refined was issued on the first item. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER from this company.
