I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
Your website changes prices and pics too fast! Your products do not have item numbers assigned which would make your search easier. You should allow all items to be returned to the same address in the same country that the order originated. Material is not as described.
The product dose not match their picture at all-it is a cheap rendition with printed lace rather than the lace pictured on the picture. The colors are completely different. The return instructions are to send it to CHINA at my expense and await return for minimum of 6 wks. This is a bogus company with false advertisement. For a rating of 4.5 they must be writing their own. They should not be allowed to advertise on google! I have lodged a complaint at the bureau of consumer affairs

DON'T it is completely bogus. Terrible product and you must return it to China at your expense! Who knows if a refund would ever arrive and the postage to China will eat up 1/2 that.

This is the worse crap clothing I've ever seen. They are taking pictures of legitimate site's items and then shipping materials with the photo look alike printed on them. Customer service stated I had to ship the items back to their company in CHINA at my cost and they would refund me the difference! I stated I would donate the items rather than incur more cost than they were worth! They offered me 15% back since I was unsatisfied with product!. I had to give them 1 star just to post this. No better than SCAMMERS. Cost me $161.00 to learn a lesson not to trust what you see in a photo v. s. what you really get.

The clothes I picked out were so cute in the picture. However, when I received them, they did not look like shown on line. The fabric was the same on all pieces and feels very cheap. Some of the pieces didn't even have a hem in the sleeves or bottom.
Shipping was another big disappointment. I received 3 shipments and the first one was almost a month after my initial order.
I chose Zolucky because of the ads I saw on Facebook.

I bought some shirts for my daughter on this website and she liked them a lot. We buy your usual size and they fit you perfectly. They adapt well to the body, they fit well so that they do not fall but not too tight. I do not know anything transparent. Nice design. Good quality fabric!
I returned my items which took forever to receive from China. Not only do they make you pay for shipping back to China for a return but they never give you your money back. Most of their stuff is junk. The leggings were see threw and the boots were made of plastic! Beware of these people!

Clothes look nice but hoped. They would be as beautiful when I got the actual clothes. They don't look good on me. Nor do they fit well.
They look much better in the pictures and on their models. Other then one pair of pants everything looked bad and. Didn't fit well. Tops were Big and Baggy. Sleeves were too long. The dress was too tight across my chest. I cannot wear these clothes.
How about free exchanges on first orders if the problem is size/fit. Not sure how your clothing runs on that. Some are a bit small and others large. With you using stick figured models it hard to tell how things will look on a size L or XL, let alone fit. So this is my trial order. You need to add some models around the 160-200# range. Like it or not, America has an over weight population. Not that I'm not working on my weight but I have a long way to go to look as trim as your models. Update as predicted 1 shirt was too big and the other was not as loose as it appeared in the picture on line (but it will do) and the material was silky which was not how it looked in the picture. The dress was perfect - long story short - I'm going to JC Penny's where I can see what I'm getting. If you have a physical store on the east coast please provide an address. My girls and I could make a weekend of it.

The order arrived earlier than estimated, good quality of the fabric, it is very beautiful, as in the photo, only that the model is very thin and she looks much better, I measure 1.72 and use size 40, I asked for size L and great because I like the baggy shirt, but the dress has a rather short length, so I will wear with tights since I do not have the thighs as thin as the model in the photo. Buy again, the designs are original, nothing to do with what they sell in other chain stores or websites.
Beware of these scammers. The photos are very nice but the actual item you will receive looks nothing like the photo. And if it says it is made out of cotton do not believe them. It is usually a very cheap, very thin poly material. Not even a nice polyester. I would not even give these away as gifts—they are so cheaply made and of very poor quality. I If you see positive feedback for them, I would bet lots of money that those reviews are also a scam.
If you want to return your items, you have to return them to China! This would cost you as much as the item originally cost, plus they do not refund shipping charges coming or going. After much back and forth, I received a refund because I am a lawyer who knows how to deal with these situations but the vast, vast majority of folks would not have a favorable outcome. They work under many of the names that you see on pop-up ads, not just Zolucky.

The clothes look cute in the NY Times advertisements. However, they are of cheap quality. The boots have no arch support at all. The dress I ordered was totally shapeless. The coat is very lightweight. The buttons are good. I wanted to return two of the items, but was told I had to pay the shipping and customs duties to Guangzhou, China. I was offered a 15% cash refund. Given the lack of alternatives, I accepted that.

I am so obsessed with this online boutique. I can't think of a more stylish and addictive way to dress up and look pretty. Also, their customer service is really friendly. Now I have bought it 5 times this year and I can say that it has been really satisfactory. Now I'm in love with a red dress... They really make me feel like a princess.
Your return policy is the worst - either pay postage to ship back to China or take a very low percentage like 12% or 20% of the cost. You also do not make it clear when you have just looked at an item or when you have actually purchased the item. And you keep sending emails after you unsubscribe many times. Please stop sending me emails immediately!

I made my first purchase here about 3-4 years ago and I still wear the shoes to this day! The quality is perfect considering the prices and I have always had fast and smooth deliveries. My only issue might be that the one size fits all items is intended for little people. Other than that, I love this site and will keep ordering from here forever.
