I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

I enjoy shopping here. Fabrics aren't always what I expect. Size 7 US shoe size is a little tight. Changing to 7.5.

To receive a refund…You are required to pay the shipping costs to return the items to CHINA! Which is ANYTHING BUT, an easy return!

Please just look at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating and the customer reviews on that site! I had the exact same experience... clothing is cheap and unwearable, NOT AS DESCRIBED!, return policy is ridiculous (you must pay for shipping back to China... even though the packages are sent from California and have a California return address on the outside label!... all within a short time frame, even though it takes weeks to receive anything in the first place... and they won't refund your money until they receive items back in China and inspect/decide... if the items don't get sent back to you first!). There is no way to review items on their site, so all you see are fake 5 star reviews! There is no number for customer service, just an email system that, if/when answered, is numerous different people trying to get you to keep items for a discount! I was also told that they sent return instructions, but I never received them and they wouldn't re-send info when I asked! THIS IS A SCAM!

When I place an order in this online boutique, I never worry about my items. They are always delivered when they should and are always well packed.
I found this company online. I think on Facebook. I ordered some items but started reading reviews. Most are not good at all. The policy for cancellation was a 24 hour window. I followed the process to cancel my order within 24 hours via email to the company. Unfortunately they sent me an email saying they would be back to me in 48 hours. So because they did not respond for more than 48 hours a partial order was shipped. When I received the email that items shipped I emailed them back to ask why they sent the clothes when i asked for the entire order to be cancelled (several times). So then the games began.
They offered me 20% off the items that had not shipped yet. I told them i would continue with the order if they gave me 20% off the entire order. They said no, so for the 3rd time I asked them to cancel my order. I also asked for a free return label since they never cancelled the order when I asked and instead played a dirty trick by not getting back to me within the 24 hour window. They said no.
After 13 or more emails of going back and forth they basically told me to take a hike.
I have written 3 bad review in my life to include this one. I plan to spread this all over social media and my friends and family are joining in to give bad reviews. I told the company i planned to do this. I told them they are making a bad business deal by not allowing me to send the clothes back for free. They never answered many of my question, they just kept distracting me with this offer and that.
In the end they did cancel the part of the order that had not shipped yet. I told them several times in several emails that they were scammers. Not once did they attempt to defend themselves so clearly the company is a scam. I read this in several reviews. I know people are quick to say bad reviews when something goes wrong rather than writing reviews for something you like. That is not me. I write several 4-5 star reviews mostly, but not with this company. They got a 1 star from me and if i could have put no stars or a negative star, that is what they deserve.
