I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

No, this company has not replied to my email has not sent a refund which they said would be 2 weeks the most time to refund. If they would kindly send me a shipping label or even a correct address in which I have been trying to return for months! I mailed it back to the address they gave me it returned back on my front porch! The cost was $70 to ship to the wrong address?! At this point they said they would refund it back at 50% in which they haven't done anything and never contacted me in my email? Now they are saying Sitejabber email was never answered? Seriously how hard is it to return my money back on my PayPal they never intended refund my money! So, what excuse do they have now? Order HBIIE******* Now that's the order number to refund my money back let's see what excuse they have at this point?

I returned merchandise back paid for the shipping myself they returned it right back would not give me a refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THE BAD THING IS THEY ARE IN SEVERAL DIFFERNT NAMES! Tip for consumers:
The merchandise is not what it appears to be online it looks very nice then you receive it the colors are not the same as the pictures! Fabric is very cheap and discolored not as pictured! I ordered a pair of boots they were like plastic made never seen a boot like this ever!

Yup. Customer must pay for returned merchandise. The cost is over $80 for shipping to their center.
Please note that "Xinjiang detainment center" is not true. Please do not be manipulated by the media and only see what they want you to see.
Customer must pay shipping for returns and it is a whopping $45 for shipping to China. The company uses a US URL to deceive you and they won't tell you the return address until you place an order, but they are based in China. Sizes are often wrong, so you are likely to need to return clothing items. RUN SCREAMING FROM THIS SITE! POSITIVE REVIEW POSTS MAY BE FAKE.
