I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

I was not pleased with my items. Most were not correct sizes, poor quality. Your return policy became more complicated once my order arrived. Too many steps to keep track of. I ordered to save time and convenience. Not pleased.

Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I am a new online clothing buyer and originally was suspicious of the quality and size of the clothes, also that my money would be stolen. However, this online boutique has made it easy for you. All of my purchases have been beautiful and well-made garments and when I just received one that didn't look right, I was given the 100% painless online experience.
I imagine this was shipped from China. I will never again purchase anything from overseas. It has been my experience that it is impossible to return items because the shipping is so expensive, and then I have been offered a 20% refund for a product that doesn't fit. It's a complete waste of time and money. To my utter shock, the sneakers do fit.
This is a terrible, deceitful company. They used catalogue photographs from other sites (Peruvian and Sundance) but the items are nothing like advertised. The customer service run circles around you and refuse to help. Unless you are prepared to accept 20% of the original price minus shipping. Just know what you see is not what you will get and the quality is terrible. AVOID!

They have the cutest styles and are really affordable. And my orders usually arrive the day after ordering, which means I never worry if I need an outfit at the last minute. And I've never had to pay for shipping! I shop a lot online and these girls are definitely one of my favorites.
One item I purchase was represented as cotton and looked natural in picture. I received a bright, shiny, synthetic shirt only pattern was similar. You can't post a review on their site. Good reviews are bogus. The other shirt I purchased was also very cheap and thin. So sorry I purchased from this site.

I received several codes for discounts. But when i tried to use them it said they would not apply. I sent several emails to service and didn't always get really good info. In searching for items it was hard to tell what was a flash sale or other reasons the discount would not work

Hard to navigate between shopping cart and product- seemed to start me over looking at things I had already seen. Had to measure myself to make sure sizes were correct. Frustrating to be ready to place the order, add the 15% off and find I am now short. 87 cents from free shipping. Took me a full day to be ready to fight through everything again just to order something else to get the free shipping. Almost didn't go back to finish. Now I looked at the return policy and things can't be opened or I can't return them. How do I try on the clothing with out opening them up? This is my first order, this stuff better be good or I will never waist so much time again.
I received a dress which was pictured as 2 dresses, a sheer white over dress with a tan longer dress underneath. I only received the white dress. When I contacted customer service they would not pay to return the item and wanted to give me a 15% discount for the missing part of the dress. I could not wear the dress without the tan under dress. It took several emails and over a week to come to an agreement for a full refund for the item.
As for the rest of the order, 2 of the dresses I ordered are much too small for me, 2 other dresses fit fine. I ordered them all by using the size charts. I obviously can’t depend on using the sizing charts for accuracy. One dress was not sewn correctly and has a hole in it and can’t be worn as is. I have not contacted customer service as of yet concerning the items which do not fit nor about the item with the hole as I had such trouble with the one dress getting a refund I don’t know if I want to go to all that work and time again. I still am unsure if they have even refunded me for the 2 part dress at this time. I will never order anything from this company again. Their clothing looks deceptively nice in the pictures, but the items shipped look like a cheap knock off.

Product sizes were an issue. What we measured didn't always match what we received. The clothing matched the sizes listed, but not the sizing chart. Soft Clouds pants matching measurements fit but were slightly baggy. Men's polos we're slightly short on me. Not sure I'll order again.

I purchased two items and the sizing chart didn't work correctly. I measured myself and ordered 2 tops. 1 large was bigger than an extra large and the other large was a 3 to 4 extra large. Both were on a good sale, but to ship back would have cost me more than what I paid, so I donated them to charity. Probably won't order again!
Part of the order was missing and was basically told that items were shipped within the order. Sizes varied ridiculously from item to item. Cheap materials, not worth the time and money to shop. Very disappointed and the return process is such a hassle... I will take the hit, but will not be doing business with this co again.

Purchased 8 blouses and was only able to keep 2 which where not true to the color as shown online. If you want to return, you can only return with cash refund not exchange. Then they try to get you to not return the items and give you a refund of say 25% of your total return. But you get the keep the products. In my case I can't ware because they are to small and colors are way off. Good luck, I would suggest you only order 1 at a time or if you are a little larger make sure you order a size bigger or more because they run small. On the return policy they said: Fast Refund-We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week. RESOLVED :) Thanks

Cute clothes, made well, but their system needs updating. You can purchase an outfit and not find out for a month or so that part of it is not available anymore, so you are stuck with a partial order. Then have to start looking elsewhere for something to match with what you did receive. Its frustrating and time consuming. Should be able to tell right away if its in stock or not and if backorder, how long to wait. Also all discount codes don't work that they send you and they say they can't do anything about it. Holding off on ordering anymore until all b/o stuff is shipped. Been waiting quite a while already.
Easy shopping. The search option for plus could have more options to shop within plus for cotton, capri, tunic, etc. i would like to see better description of material ( cotton lightweight, cotton blend, light stretch, no stretch) also if prints are decals on top of material or heat painted inti material.
