I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
This is the biggest rip off site! From the fabric to the colors to the fit, the clothes are not "as seen" on their site. I show one piece I got lying on my hardwood floors and then I show how another picture how they advertise it. The fabric is so thin too. My husband bought me a pieces beginning of Dec for xmas. They did not come in until the 31st, yet they shipped from California. Their return policy also has you responsible for shipping items back to CHINA(vs.the CA location they shipped from) at your cost. In order to persuade you to keep their products, they offer up a 15% cash refund. If you don't respond to that email with 7 days, you get nothing. So your options are: take a credit for 15%, do nothing, get nothing, or send another email requesting a return at which time you will be responsible as to how you get items to china and the cost of doing so. The site is a scam. My items are going to be burned.

I am very intrigued by the clothing on this site. Styles, colors are beautiful. However, I did reach out to Zolucky regarding three of the seven items I ordered to return. Their site said I would receive and email response with in 24 hours. I have heard nothing. Plus it took so long to rec'v my order without any follow up comments, for example, "order rec'd," "order on its way with tracking number given," etc. So when I finally rec'd it I was glad. But three items from that order need to be returned with specific information that I sent through their Zolucky site and still no response after over a week! If I am able to successfully return my items I will definitely shop with Zolucky again.
This site is my style! Can't believe there are so many gorgeous styles and colors. I hope everything I bought is rec'd as ordered, as some say is not the case. I will consider changing my star rating if I get a response
I replied through Zolucky's site for a return. Your site says expect a reply within 24 hours. It's been well over a week and still nothing. I will only shop on this site again if I am able to return item without a problem.

They should post more fabric content information. Deceptive photos of product... cannot enlarge the photo to see the actual pattern or fabric detail. Look for an acutal description of fabric. All other items (tops) with small flower prints--very pretty and color-true, but the fabric is a very lightweight polyester.

Simple/minimalist/modern & pretty prints and color range. Price is very cheap---so thought--o. K. will take a chance. Ordered 5 items and received all -- 3 dresses and 2 tops. I had to return 2 dresses because the fabric was too thin and the print/material was not what was pictured.
They should post more fabric content information
Clothes received are not what is pictured on their website. If you want to return and ask for a refund forget it. They will tell you the clothes come from China and you're responsible for the postage fees for returning. The fees are more than the item. They will offer you a 15% discount instead.
Tip for consumers:
Cheap material from China. They know it’s cheap and looks nothing like the photos online. They make it almost impossible to get a refund because the business is located in China.

I love this online boutique. My only protest is that I currently can't seem to see a maternity area. You need to take a look at everything and see what can work. There are such good deals that I plan to buy to prepare after giving birth, which is magnificent.
After a similar orders from outside the U.S., I thought I had figured out how to make sure sizes more closely fit. But I was wrong.
Not only were sizes not true but photo samples appeared and stated they were made of certain materials and then switched to cheaper materials.

Very good! On this website They are fast, the clothes are very nice and of good quality. Just be careful with the sizes, if you are rather size 40 always wear an XL, but it will be small. Luckily I already have it and have never needed to return anything!
Ordered several items back in May. I got an email saying delivery would be delayed because of the Covid crisis. I waited patiently and continued contacting them over the summer, always being assured that the delay was due to Covid. One item finally arrived but when I wrote to ask about the others I was told that, after so much time had passed, they would be be unable to fill the order. Apparently my patience cost me my right to complain. I was offered a 30% refund.

I am happy to have discovered this great website, updated style garments with reasonable costs and free shipping for everyone. I live in a remote place, the shipping cost... is expensive. So because this online boutique offers free shipping and a great web-based shopping stage, it pays off for me.
The order was sent and all goods were of very inferior quality. The sizing was not proper and the material was printed. Sweaters were barely of t-shirt weight and looked NOTHING like the images - and the descriptions were inaccurate. Customer service refused to deal with these issues and would only offer a discount and/or have us ship items back - shipping costs too high - and at that they make final determination as to whether they will refund! Not at all impressed

It helped me find amazing clothes for my mom! My mother was disappointed to say the least because she couldn't go out to physical stores because of the quarantine. I loved being able to find a beautiful dress for her to set up an order right away. We will also have fun dividing the clothes when they arrive. This is my first time shopping with this website, but it certainly won't be the last!
The cute shoes I received was a size too big. I asked for an exchange and/or refund, but was informed that "don't do exchanges" and will only refund 15% of charge. AND I would have to pay for shipping back to China@ $33! Since the shoes were less than $30, I opted to give them away rather than return them.

Item looked nothing like the picture. Colors looked faded. Fabric was inferior. Came in an envelope and when it was opened the item was a wrinkled mess. Return instructions very complicated. Learned a good lesson-NEVER buy anything from a company you never heard of.

The team on this website is fantastic. They are very helpful and creative. They had my order at my house in a few days, without problems, what I wanted arrived. I plan to use this website to buy cute clothes for a long time.
I liked the items, except for shoes that were too small. I was not happy with the return options, possible extra costs to ship back. I was offered a 15% refund, to avoid tariffs, etc. I wont be ordering again, due to this policy/problem.

The sweater you buy here is well made and warm. The thickness is good for fall weather. Got compliments at work after wearing it with a pair of leggings. It sticks a bit after washing it a few times, but it's still super cute.
