I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
It is very difficult to place an order. You cannot narrow down your searches for items. Also, the system is always requesting me to complete an order even if I have done so already. I just hope I am not charged more than once for my items.

Excellent customer service from this online boutique! I'm always nervous about shopping online because I'm between sizes. But I did email their customer service before ordering and they were so quick to respond and give me great advice! I ordered two dresses and they are both perfect!
I purchased a shirt. It arrived and was the wrong size. I immediately contacted them and they told me that I would need to pay for the return shipping which turned out to be as much or more than the value of the garment. I asked for an exchange and they said no. I paid for the return with the label from them on the front of the packet. Eight months later, I have never been reimbursed. Do not work with this company period. It is a wilderness and they under no obligation (because they are overseas in China) to do the right thing. Avoid them. Do not support this type of business.

I fell in love with this website from the moment I visited it on the internet... Spectacular! The size was right for my foot, they are soft and very beautiful. I would like the shipment to arrive in one day hahaha but hey, it's worth waiting a bit:=)
Order a size 8.5 shoe they mailed a size 5 shoe. Asked to exchange it and they said they don't do exchanges. Told me they would give me a 10% credit. I will never do busy with this company again. Took over a month to receive a pair of shoes that are way too small due to their mistake and want to give me 10% back. Save yourself the trouble and don't use this no good company.

I had to fiddle around quite a bit to get the app to recognize that I wanted a black and a rust version of the same sweater. Instead, it kept taking me to other pages. I did get it to work, but it took perseverance which I expect many don't want to have to use.
These were advertised as sweaters, but are actually t-shirts. Good for the price, but not what advertising led me to expect.
I wrote because they were so long in coming that I had given up. I received an answer the next day. Ironically, I also received the items on the day of the answer.
Pictured items looked very nice. Are not as substantial as photo indicated. What appeared to be appropriate for office is really appropriate for the beach or a picnic. Misleading description and photo. I will wear them, but not order from this company again.

Website has been easy to use. Not very happy with the product. Would not have bought it if I'd physically SEEN it. Not really my style. I didn't realize the print pattern was so large. I think I'll use it for lounging. Or find a friend for whom the style and patterning would be loved.

Very happy and satisfied with this page. Very good material of my skirt, I had no problem with the sizes. What you have to do is guide yourself by the indications of measurements according to size. The design is very beautiful. Surprisingly, the day that indicated that it would arrive. A success without a doubt, it is already my favorite online store!
Two tops are still undelivered. Those I've received fit nicely. Only one was too large. Because of the time it took to be delivered, I dreaded the time it would have taken to exchange it...so I donated it. The styles are very cute and different from what most store have to offer.

I love the clothes that are sold on this website. I am very satisfied with everything, as a recommendation, check your size very well before placing the order. The rest is a highly recommended online clothing store.
The sizing charts for the 3 items I wanted to purchase were difficult to understand so I ended up changing sizes on my order. However, the changes I made which showed up on my screen, somehow didn't get changed on the order. When I realized what had happened, I got in touch with customer service and was informed that they couldn't do anything about it. I now have items that don't fit and it's a hassle to return them. Great looking clothes on the website but ordering is not so great.

Also, I do not like the fabrics -- all man-made, which means 2 things:
-- they Don't breathe while wearing them
-- the fit is 1-2 sizes too small

This sight is a fraud. You do not get the item pictured, I ordered US shoe sizes and their conversion chart is way off and received shoes that are a size and a half larger than what I ordered. The quality of the products or worse than dollar store items. Customer service response but with crazy answers. The shipping us to return is more expensive than what you paid for the item, because it Hass to be shipped back to China. Do not order from this site you will regret it. It is a total rip off. I am convinced the other reviews are fakes.

They spend a lot of time between emails, like this one, and on their own website. So my experience has been on the front side. #1 is not having the items in stock. #2 The other is the sizing. I purchased all items that were ordered at size 3xxx.
When the order came I was shocked at the look of the "shorts". I got angry after I looked through the entire order all of the pants looked like my 10-year-old grandson would fit them just fine. Needless to say, I could not even fit one leg into the shorts and the pants. I'm very disappointed with this order but I'm hoping things will get better soon.
I ordered 4 dresses that were advertised as cotton. They are not. Very cheaply made. Something you could find in the. 99 cent store. I only recieved one of them after waiting months. I asked for a refund and have not heard back from the company. Don't get suckered into buying from them like I did. I will notify my bank and see if I can get a refund. Lesson learned. Don't buy from Facebook!
