I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
If I had known the clothes were coming from China I never would have ordered them. Everything was too small. I ordered my usual XL and they were skin tight. When I tried to return them I was told they had to ship back to China at my expense which turned out to cost almost as much as my original order! Although they offered to let me keep them if I would accept a 25% credit, I still lost money and have clothes that I can't wear. Will not order again.
Incredibly slow shipping with a full order often broken up pushing shipments out even further. It has taken about a month to receive 3 items. So, if you are odering for Christmas good luck. Your best bet is to assume you won't get your items for at least a month. However, that said, the quality has been great.
I am slowly learning that many of these online "stores" are actually located in China. Promises of one delivery date is typically not fulfilled such as my recent order for Zolucky. Now my Christmas presents are not arriving until January. I realize this is my fault for not researching further. Should we really be buying from Communist countries?

Product is well-made and has a distinct design. I love that part. Delivery time seemed excessive. Plus sizing seemed small. I wear a 16 so I ordered the XL in a long-sleeved, tailored shirt. The sleeves were too short and it fit too tight thru the shoulders. So my daughter tried it. It's a little snug on her and she wears a 12. But she can wear it.

I had an order that seemed to take a long time to arrive here and I usually receive it within a few days of placing the order. The tracking system was not updating so I could not track my package. I spoke on the live chat that they were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I also received a follow-up email saying what had happened and I received an apology even though it wasn't the boutique's fault, their service is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to buy my next item. Once I received my partial order, I guess I didn't understand a light weight fabric. My white dress will need a slip for sure. Everything fit and that was great. So far, I liked everything. I am now excited about receiving the denim dress. Shopping was easy and found the delivery time acceptable due to the pandemic.

Their products are very cheaply made. The shirts so thin you can see through them. The shoes are flat with no arch and the worst material I've ever seen on any shoe or boot. Plastic/rubber unbelievable.
The sizes are no where near advertised. I bought a large shirt hoping for room it was extra small!. The shoes where like clown shoes. Huge and no arch. The stretch pants I bough what should have fit exact but they were so large and baggy it was laughable. They will NOT... will NOT - Reimburse you your money. I Returned my goods with their shipping label. It took 4 months before it was NOT delivered! And then returned to me. I can NOT get back my postage because it was received by China but China didn't forward the package after sitting there for 3 months so they retuned the package.

They do not accept returns for a full credit like other well know stores do.

In this website there is a lot of variety and beautiful clothes. The online support service is very friendly and I am very happy shopping here. One of my orders arrived after 13 days, the other arrived in less than 10 days, but it says 15-25 business days, so I was warned.
I ordered cloth and jewelry for my wife. This should be Christmas Gifts. Unfortunately, the quality of all of them is VERY LOW, not worth anything! The biggest scam with trash I ever expired. When I started to make the packages for X-mas and saw this bad quality stuff I contacted Zolucky. They only answered that the time to return is 15 days only. That's it! So don't be fooled by the nice pictures on their website, and save your time and anger!

The pants were super comfortable. I bought two and they came super fast. They are tight enough to support your muscles when you exercise and will not roll up or tighten your belly until you can't breathe. Definitely the best pants I've owned so far. I will definitely buy again online here.

This company is a scam and the items are garbage; not at all what is pictured. I know from experience. They ship to you from San Francisco and if you want return the junk, they tell you to return it to China and pay all costs and fees. Scam site. Scam products. Buyer beware!

Their clothes look gorgeous but they come from China -- so if you order something and are surprised by the shoddy quality and want to return the items -- they send yu an email explaining that for a refund you are personally responsible for shipping the items back to Guanzhou, China. The postage will likely cost as much as the items were worth in the first place. If you balk, they offer a 15% refund on the spot. For me, that would have been about $ 7 on a $ 48 purchase. Their web site and their ads never mention that they ship from China or that you're stuck with returning inferior products at your own expense. Infuriating. A good lesson.
