I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
Don't be fooled by their ever-present ads featuring nice looking clothes at very nice prices. The item I ordered looked nothing like the photo. The quality of the fabric and design were very poor. The website offered no information on returns so I had to contact them. The company replied I could either pay to ship my return to their headquarters in China or take a 15% credit in lieu of a return. I chose to take the 15% credit and vowed never to shop at Zolucky again. Lesson learned. I rarely provide reviews for sites, but I thought this might help other shoppers.
My word is truth not like Zolucky.com July 2022 I got took. Don't order from them. I ordered 4 shirts. Three came and two were too small. I gave one away. I'm a senior but like to look as good as I can. Really poorly made. The 4th one came yesterday and it also was too small and was really puckered up at the neckline. I tried to return and was informed that although paper inside package said I could return and receive refund. Not true. Don't be fooled like I was. Product is Not good. I don't know how to add an image - sorry I'm a 73 yr old senior. Info says return to Guangzhou, China for $60.00

Buyers beware! I have ordered twice from this company. I only did it again to give a second chance. The products I recieved do not match the products description or picture. Wrong colors, wrong sizes, unfinished hemlines, wrong materials. It seems they are stealing designs and remaking very poor copies. As far as I can tell they are making bad knock offs and digitally printing on weird shiny spandex material. Oh did I mention that everything is weird shiny spandex. Think you ordered a sweater? Nope it's spandex. Think you ordered a linen dress? Nope its more spandex with terrible oversized prints. And getting a refund is impossible since you have to ship back to china and costs more than the crap you bought. Never again! Horrible experience! This place needs to be shut down!

Was the size of a small and return information and order number was not included in the package. I was traveling snd by the time I reached home to get the order I could not return as there is a2 week window on returns.
I'm stuck with over $100. Of items that do not fit. Very unhappy and do not recommend this company to anyone. It took several weeks to receive the order. No address enclosed where to send returns or a shipping return label.

The clothes are oversized and not what I expected in quality. They ship from China so it can take months to get what you ordered. When I complained about late shipments, I got canned responses about being patient. They have no offices or warehouses in the U.S. You can't speak to anyone in person. WATCH OUT. You have to return items within 15 days, which is expensive because they ship items separately and you must ship directly to China which could involve custom duties, fees and taxes. When they respond to your email, they use different first names and boilerplate responses. When they offer to refund a small percentage, they refuse to refund for the entire purchase amount, and instead pick out one item($3.52). They do not deal with their customers in good-faith.

It is so difficult for me to find new clothing, that's why I rarely go shopping in order to buy something for my outfit or even refresh it for the new season. Well, I understand that it's important to change clothes, beause people meet you by your clothes, however I can't persuade myself to start doing it. I decided to acquire some new clothing from this store, and I was pretty amazed with the quality of the clothes here. Moreover, shipping was very fast and I didn't have to wait for a long time. I guess, I would apply to this store once again to buy something.
I am sure my Wife liked her Christmas present, even though they were a little large on her. The ones she received, she like but I am still waiting to receive the green one which was apparently on back order.

I came across this online boutique when searching for some dresses online and quickly discovered that it is much more than decently priced clothes. Wide variety of accessories that are difficult to find or much more expensive in a physical store, this online boutique is very complete and reliable.
Ordered several things. The one item I ordered in Large, came in as small, even extra small. Very disappointing. Another piece was too large so I gave it to my sister. So... then I got an email saying that it would be more trouble to send the small item back to CHINA, so would I take 15% of the price paid... 3.54? Not really happy. Won't be ordering from them again.

The quality of this skirt is excellent. I have bought some clothing from this online boutique throughout the pandemic months, but it is seen to be worn at high profile events. It also irons well and is easy to maintain.
The online support service is very friendly and I am very happy shopping here. One of my orders arrived after 13 days, the other arrived in less than 10 days, but it says 15-25 business days, so I was warned.
My order took forever to be delivered. I understand that is the norm these days. Too bad the customer has to wait a long time for their orders. I could have chosen a faster delivery for more charge, but there is no guarantee my order would have arrived earlier.

Bring on the sunshine I ordered 2 things. One arrived and needs to be returned, but I have not been able to get my return permission following the instructions included. My sis loves this sight, but I'm not so sure.

The service at the online clothing store was great. The clothes arrived on time and looked like the photos. The dresses are very high quality, especially the material they are made of, the price is not indicative of that, so I can say that it is the same as advertised. For now they endure the use, I decided to buy again.
