I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
Even though I had not opened the two bras on my second order, seeing my first order was only the same bra in a different color, that I found to be too flimsy to support my boobs. There was also a pair of pants that fit weird at the crotch and a short that seemed lopsided but the cost to send them back was not worth sending them back. Fortunately, Zolucky offered me a good percentage off to keep the products so I wear the flimsy bras over a supportive bra for that lacey look under my top.
I was overwhelmed and overjoyed when looking on line at the great selections! Upon ordering them and receiving the items, my joy turned to sadness. The poor quality was one factor as well as the poor fit. I wanted to return each item but was told that I would have to cover the cost of the return to China! Customer Service department appeared sympathetic and offered me a small percentage off my next offer. I chose to cancel my returns and donate the items to charity.
Very sympathetic and tried to remedy the situation.
Zolucky offered great selections at reasonable prices.

I was very impressed with this web service: after ordering, my dress arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was lovely too, I loved the fact that there wasn't a lot of plastic around and the return process can be very easy if needed. I will definitely use this clothing page on the internet again.
The merchandise from this company is lovely — when it finally arrives. Their shipping policy states that processing time is 3-5 days with an additional 10-18 business days for shipping.
I ordered on Sept. 11. Processing continued — with no direct communication from zolucky except when I submitted several requests for updates — until Oct. 17. So, short processing time is greatly exaggerated.
The shipping time was indeed done promptly.
And as I said, the items I purchased appear to be lovely.
All things considered, I won't do business with this company again. Too much aggravation.
Over all I am happy with the order. My problem is with the quality of 2 pairs of capri pants. They are less than paper thin, not happy at all. Another issue is with the website. I have signed up but every time I hit the sign in it does nothing. Not a big deal but, BTW... did not receive my free item.

The shirt I ordered was much larger than a normal medium and so is way too large for me the two expensive to send back. Also, I thought the material was cheesy and did not look like the photo at all. I did appreciate everything else about the ordering process, just not the product!

My husband ordered some shirts for me from this website. They look nothing like the photos on their site, they are very cheaply made and ugly. He tried to contact them several times as he received one order with half the items he ordered. After multiple times of trying to get in touch with them, someone finally emailed him back to say, don't worry, you will receive the rest of your order. Three weeks later the rest of it came in. He gave it all to me, as he had a feeling something might not be right about the order. We had company, he showed them the pictures as I was opening the packages, all of the pictures everyone thought the items were cute, when I pulled them out, they could not believe how poorly they were made and how they looked nothing like the pictures.

I recently received the 2 pair of shoes that I ordered but, unfortunately was sent the wrong sizes. Now, I am still in limbo waiting to hear back from Zolucky to get this resolved. I would strongly advise anyone buying from this company to beware. If your items are not as you ordered, you may just be donating money.
I have bought three times and have loved each time with the clothes, always even better than in the photo, very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Even on one occasion my chosen dress was not available near the event, I was chosen as a fantastic alternative. I recommend them with all my heart.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

This website is great. Excellent customer service, someone always responded to me in a timely manner. I tried to buy a simple dress with a good discount, it arrived on time, it is very beautiful, I will definitely order more and recommend it to my friends.
Ordered several summer dresses and tops, in cotton or linen blends. Only one was linen - the rest were awful polyester or rayon or? Two of the dresses received didn't look anything like the images online. Sure seems like a bait and switch to me. Never again.

The item I was sent looked nothing like the photo. It was poor quality print on a cheap synthetic sweatshirt with weirdly short arms. I tried to return the item and was not able to get any response. DO NOT be taken in by this con.

One of the best things about this online boutique is the fact that they have a huge variety of clothing designs, it took days to go through everything! I usually buy the clothes that have feedback to make sure the quality is good. Overall I would say this is a website worth visiting as it has a great variety of products and reasonably fast shipping.
I don't like the idea of paying $20.00 just to try something on. And in order to get free shipping you need to spend more than I am willing to on a first time basis. I will not be shopping with you again

Everything I ordered was too big, so I am returning them and ordering in a smaller size. BUT what a run around I am getting in the process of returning the 3 shirts! Took forever to get a return label and turns out I have to pay my own postage which came out to $28! It goes back to China, so I had to fill out a customs form at the post office too!
A royal PIA if you want me to be honest. I was completed taken by surprise that I have to pay the postage that came out to $28.85!
The clothes look gorgeous on the computer and when I got them, they are just as gorgeous, the fabric feels very nice. BUT TOO huge in size and I have to return.

Was easy but hopefully will come sooner. I waited too long to order, and I have a birthday party for 7 days from now.
From the beginning it was a wonderful experience. In the end, and after seeing many designs, it was reduced to two dresses. A difficult choice as everything is fabulous. So since this special dress is for a special occasion, I decided to shop online again here.
Just received my order and it's nothing like the picture. The sizing is ridiculous, tight on top and huge on bottom. The material is so cheap, and just disgusting, save your money, I'm giving this to Goodwill and they can wear it or use for rags.

I bought a dress for a wedding and was very impressed with the service. I got so many compliments that it was great to be able to come back a few days later to buy another. I would definitely use this website again.
The quality of the clothing fabrics in this online boutique is very good, much better than what is seen in the photos and they look very good. I also like how detailed they are with the shipment of the order, with a nice bag, just as it came out of the store. I am looking forward to shopping on the internet again in no time.
I kept my expectations reasonable because of the pricing, but one item was a very wrong size, one had sewing errors, and one was not cut to drape the way it did in their product photo. I would have ignored the different fit but asked to return the one that was supposed to 47"at the bust but was 38", and the one that the neckline was stretched and puckering. There response was that their return facility is in China and it would take a long time and be expensive FOR ME to return the defective items, so I could choose to get a 15% refund. On two obviously defective items. I have stated that is not acceptable and their response was that they would improve their items in the future. And be forewarned - the fabrics are VERY lightweight.

The November order has not arrived yet. I ordered 3 tops and 1 has not been delivered yet.
Update: I received my Christmas tshirt on January 17. The size is very big for a small. I like the design but will have to hold it for 10 months before giving away. I ordered a valentine T-shirt in late December. If it doesn't arrive before Valentine's Day I'll never order from them again.

Do not order from them. They are scammers. The products are substandard in material and inaccurate website. They also sell out of items that you have ordered and do not tell you and will not refund your money for the items. They also create a shipping label the minute your order to make sure you cannot return the items even though they do not ship it our for at least 15 days which is the time you have to return the items.
There is no way to contact them and no information on where to return your items. BUYER BEWARE.
