I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
The clothes are very cheaply made and do not look like the pictures. Returns, regardless of the reason, are the responsibility of the customer. The return process or address is not readily available. The hoops that you have to jump through eat into the amount of time you have to return packages. The online chat is maintained by bots, so you only get prepared statements that are no different than the ones found on their website. So, I would say to the buyer to beware. What you receive will definitely not be what you get. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

I ordered 10 or so items, and spent a huge amount of time reviewing garment measurements, fibre content, etc., Most of the times took about 6 weeks to arrive and as soon as I got them I knew I wanted to send all but one back. Fabrics did not resemble the photos, and several items were 4 to 6 inches shorter than measurements listed. I wanted to wait till items arrived to make a single return, but by the time the last item arrived, the rest were outside the return window. I am stuck with them and they are so far from what I ordered I will never use any of them. With a great deal of effort, I managed to cancel the one remaining backordered item and received my refund a couple of weeks later. The sweatshirt pictured below is a slimy shiny synthetic, not a snuggly warm natural blend, and it is very small. Green sweater isn't the same fabric pictured and is ridiculously short.

Pics don't represent items accurately. Garment measurements are way off. Fabric content seems false.

I purchased an item and was not happy with the quality or fit. When I tried to return it I was offered a refund of 15% to avoid shipping costs back to China to return it. I did not receive it from China I received it from the City of industry in California which is the same state that I live in. When I refused the 15% I was offered 40%. I still feel that this is unacceptable and I'm waiting to hear back from the company at this point. To avoid a similar situation I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I'm a little scared when I read some negative reviews about this online boutique, but there are some great reviews so I guess I never know until I try. I spent $100 on my order and I am beyond happy! The size of the dresses is perfect for me (it is Asian size, so maybe it is running a little small). The color as in the image on the website.

I have not received anything yet, and although it was probably the fault of the emails, the customer service was very helpful in finding me a solution and responding quickly to my emails. I have purchased a pair of shoes from this company. After finally receiving them, they looked nothing like the picture. I purchased a $20 (each) pair of shoes and received a $ 2 pair. Very disappointing and deceiving. Its too late to return them, because it took 2 months to receive them. Save your money and purchase through another website.

The picture on the site was beautiful until it arrived. It was too long, wrinkled, and I wanted a refund. Yeah good luck with trying to get your money back. The price of the item was 38.00 and they gave me a GENEROUS offer of 5.00! What kind of business are you running? I needed it for a shower party and it arrived the same day as the shower! My new sweater arrived, I loved receiving it and it is pure love at first sight, it is super soft and very warm, its size is unique, since it does not have buttons and pleats, it adapts to all bodies, and then the combination of white and gray, it's super cute. I do not know if this year they will be very fashionable but I do not care, it is worth buying.
Zolucky is a total scam operation. What you get will not be what you think you were getting, but a cheap, trashy facsimile. No free returns; you will have to pay for shipping all the way back to China, and if you choose to return the item, you will likely spend more on that than you did on your purchase.

One item fit perfectly. I am a size small(USA) or 4/6 (USA) or junior 5(USA).
A second item (a top) was a bit too large. It appeared to be perhaps a large or perhaps size 10 or 12 even though the tag is marked small. Third item was pants. The pants fit well except that they were very very long. Granted I am short (5'2") so I often have an issue with length. However this pair was REALLY long. My solution was to roll them up.
Is incredible! The clothes on this website are amazing, perfectly sized, beautiful clothes, every week they have news and they are always up to date with high-end fashion. There will always be something on your site for that special event you have on the weekend and the shipping is very fast! And their customer service is brilliant! I appreciate that sizing info is readily available. Though I was able to fit into the dress size using the chart provided, it was just a straight column. There was no shape or scallop to the bottom hem that appears to be in the picture. The material is cheap and the "jacket" that came with the dress looks like a choir robe. Really unfortunate.

Horrible. Tried to return a few things. They were not what I ordered. Shoes were too big. Had to pay to ship to China. Did not respond to my request. Never will order again from them. I felt stupid because I didn't look for reviews from this company.
My online order here came pretty fast. The fabric of my new blouse is of good quality, no matter how much you stretch it, it is not transparent. In case someone likes it, it is a size L and I am a tall person with a large bust.
I literally have no complaints about this online boutique. The girls are quick to answer my questions via email, they are very helpful and always go above and beyond to help their clients. I love clothes, and I have literally bought most of my closet from here :)
Im very satisfied with my online purchases here. I have never bought clothes online, I have been shopping at this store for two years. For my first one, one of the skirts had a defect and I was able to return it for a refund with no problem. The clothes are very beautiful and original. There will certainly be more purchases in the future.
This is the first time I've shopped on zolucky. There are lots of choices and it took me a while to figure out how to navigate the site. Still not completely sure how to get around faster, but will try again depending on how I like what I ordered. 5-31 update. Pros: Updates about the order were frequent and timely. Cons: The quality of the merchandise is not what I expected--the t-shirts I ordered felt like nightgown material. They looked and felt cheap, but then I guess you get what you pay for. They didn't fit well so I tried returning them which turned out to not be easy as promised on the site. I would have had to pay for shipping to China so chose the 15% return and gave the shirts to the thrift store. On my credit card I only got 10% back instead of 15%. Will not be purchasing from this site again.

I received items sporadically; the leggings were ok but the shoes were plastic. Not good quality at all. The second shipment was really, really late and the quality of the shirt was not good. I requested a return for two products - one for the shoes and for the one that came 2 weeks late (was a Christmas shirt that arrived on New Years). I never got an email reply for the first return request. Had to "Live Chat" then I received an email the next day - but it was a "return label only" to China and that I was responsible for the shipping. After many attempts, I did finally receive a nice email and an offer of a 40% refund and I could keep the items. At least it was something positive which was appreciated.

With much deliberation I chose and bought several pieces of clothing. As it turned out, two of the heavier weight pieces were a tad too small. Trying to return them, I was told I needed to send them directly to China! No where on Zolucky's website had I seen that. If I had I would never have ordered from Zolucky.
I read the reviews, they are mixed, but I couldn't be happier with my purchase on this website. Easy to use site, just beautiful clothing options. My new dress looks sensational, I don't wear it yet, but it looks like it will fit. Very good workmanship, the same quality as a store dress in a mall, but much better price

I ordered a few tops from ZoLucky. None of them looked anything like the pictures and they weren't even good enough quality to qualify as wearable. Crappy stitching and horrible fabric. Even the colors were wrong. I could not return them as I would end up paying for the return and be out even more money in the long haul.the first picture was the color I ordered which had the name of orange. The second picture is what I got! See the problem?

I read the size recommendations and the perfect one would have been s / m, but for fear that the garment would be just right, I asked for m / l and this one is quite loose, I still love how it looks.
