I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.

Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

Very easy to navigate site. Excellent range for older girls. Quality always very satisfactory for my needs. The size of the clothes is perfect for what I am used to. I have used the website before and it always delivers promptly (even during this time). A very good online boutique to deal with.

With much deliberation I chose and bought several pieces of clothing. As it turned out, two of the heavier weight pieces were a tad too small. Trying to return them, I was told I needed to send them directly to China! No where on Zolucky's website had I seen that. If I had I would never have ordered from Zolucky.

The order arrived on time, I could see its status at all times, also when my article arrived I was delighted, the color, the fabric for my perfect. I read the size recommendations and the perfect one would have been s / m, but for fear that the garment would be just right, I asked for m / l and this one is quite loose, I still love how it looks.

What a bunch of crooks! Avoid this company! The clothes took a very long time to arrive (over a month!). When they finally did, they looked nothing like the pictures. Everything was cheap and poorly sewn. The sizing on the website was completely off. And they put so many restrictions on returns that they will never give any money back. Everything has to be done within a ridiculously short time, and you have to mail the clothes back to China! They stole $150 from me and all I have is a pile of garbage that I will have to donate to charity because it is such poor quality, I would never wear it. Never order from this company!

I bought here the blue lapel vertical striped blouse for my wife and loved it. It was easy to order, I just added it to my bag, selected a size, then checked. I also loved that they had so many photos of the blue lapel vertical striped blouse, not just stock photos, but also of actual customers using the product. I also appreciated that there was free shipping regardless of the order amount and that I got a 40% discount on my first order. My order arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I would definitely recommend this online boutique to my friends.

Do not buy from Zolucky! I placed a large order on Oct 2,2020 which included several items and never received it. After many emails, Zolucky continues to deny responsibility and refuses to replace my order or refund my money. All I get from them is 'give us a little more time please'. I write this review on Jan 20,2021. Save yourself the headaches of dealing with an international company that takes your money and refuses any responsibility.

Update: company responded within hours of this review being posted and offered a refund but they asked that i remove the negative review first so they could be 'encouraged' to help me. I pointed out that I've asked for months and they refused so this review will stay as is until the refund posts to my account, so when can I expect the refund? On January 28 I received a reply: have you removed the negative review yet? Needless to say, I have not received my money but they want me to remove my review.

Tip for consumers:
FRAUD! Do not buy from this company; they refuse responsibility for items not received by purchaser and keep your money

The items are definitely not as nice as pictured online; colors are dull and lack quality.
Foreign sizes are MUCH larger than US sizes. I consistently wear medium tops, and Zolucky medium-size is more like XL. Size 8 shoes delivered look huge-- probably US size 12.
I'm disappointed in service and unrealistic return/exchange policy. Returning to China costs more than the items are even worth.

Disappointing feedback regarding returns has ensured that I will NOT be a future Zolucky customer.
I'll make sure I share the negative shopping experience with friends and family.

The shirt I was trying to return was so very close in print and color. The return process which eventually went to offering a discounted price to keep it. I did that and have learned my lesson. This is last time I order from here.

Nothing looks like the pictures. Ordered 3 shirts, I sundress. Looks high quality in the pictures. Blow the pics up and everything is photoshopped. Looks like embroidery, is actually cheap print. Walmart has higher quality clothes. 2 weeks wait for shipping from China. Buyer beware.

I ordered 5 items from this website and they are all TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, I didn't read reviews until after the clothes arrived. They are basically not returnable, otherwise I would send them all back. A total loss of money. The clothes are a cheap knockoff of the items pictured. The fit is terrible. The quality is the lowest possible. The photos show nice variations in the fabric and fancier seems. The actually clothing doesn't have any of this. What appeared to be a sweater was actually white polyester with printed design color on it. Felt more like a Christmas decoration. Do not buy anything! This is a scam.

Poor quality clothing. Polyester plastic! What a waste of time and $$. And don't even think about trying to return! Must ship back to China, at your own expense, and may be subject to customs fees! What a scam!

My only protest is that I currently can't seem to see a maternity area. You need to take a look at everything and see what can work. There are such good deals that I plan to buy to prepare after giving birth, which is magnificent.

The clothing quality was pretty good, the sizes are all over the board, I had to be sure to check the bust size so it would fit my wife, some shirts she would fit a Medium some XL, sweatshirts and sweaters were the same way. More uniform sizing would be much nicer and your consumers wouldn't have to go through the hassle of trying to send back clothing that doesn't fit correctly

Ordered a XXXL tshirt. Received one of poor quality that was not even large enough to be considered a medium. Filed return request and was only offered a 15% refund. Items are shipped from U.S. based warehouse, but returns much be sent to China. Was subsequently offered 50% refund if and only after I remove this review.
