I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
The material was very thin. Not what i expected. Looked like a cotton material. Dresses were not as flowing as expected either. One of the Dresses didn't fit, but to much hassle to send back. Usually by the time I receive them my 30 days are up.
I looked at many different types of boots from many different online stores and websites. The quality of the boots in this store was instantly apparent when I saw it. Shopping with this website is a very satisfying experience for me. And my boots are absolutely beautiful!

I just started using this website to buy cheap and easy clothes, so far everything is fine. I love this online store, for a great customer, they have very nice clothes and very interesting accessories.
The clothing choices presented in the internet advertising appeared to be attractive and generously well-made. The items delivered were made of cheap material and were poorly sized. Not one item fit me. The enclosed return instructions indicated that all returns had to be mailed/shipped to China despite the fact that the shipment TO me came from the United States. This company is fully aware that it is cost-prohibitive to send a return to China and actually offers a 15% "refund" if the purchaser will keep the items. I opted for the paltry refund, am discarding the clothing, and am reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau even though they are not actually regulated by the BBB. If I can warn even one other consumer not to fall for the "pretty pictures," my time filling out a report will be worth the effort. I spent about $100 on substandard merchandise. Unfortunately, I did not look for or read the return policy. Never again!

I liked the colors and the fit of the clothing in the ads. This was deceptive advertising as many of the items did not look to be as advertised and certainly did not fit as shown.

The package arrives very quickly, everything is correct and as requested. Prices consistent, they also make discounts worth taking advantage of, and the clothes are really beautiful. You have to think about the size that is requested, the delivery time of the order is the only thing that I would try to improve. It is sometimes difficult to find the right size on the internet, but here I had no problem.
I find it hard to know what size to order, due to different fabric, fitting differently. Ordered 3 tops all in the same size and 1 top is huge. I would like to return that one top, but am having issues with Zolucky!

The quality of the fabrics is very good, much better than it looks in the photos and they feel great. I also like how detailed they are with the shipment of the order, with a nice bag, just as it left the store. I am looking forward to buying again in a short time.
See above:)the only glitch was that when ordering, there were pics of two, different dresses - i could not tell which dress was what i was buying, as the confusion of 2, diff. Pics was a bit of an issue - hope i get the one i wanted! - otherwise, the order process was super - thank you

I've found that it's generally not the fault of the seller when checking out to pay, after going thru timely process of finding what you want and going to pay for it... being kicked out and not being able to resume order- it's due to ever changing browsers on your device or their website that change on the blink of an eye- I've found not only do I need to change browsers but often devices or contact seller to check for charges on their website. Updates sometimes change or there's a lot of competition amongst browsers, I don't know. But check that stuff out and don't assume it's the fault of the seller as I did that very same thing. It IS frustrating!

When I bouhgt from you the first time I did not pay shipping, I like this. I live in Guatemala and have to pay another shipping from Florida. So, I decided not to Shop any more from you because the shipping costs are too high. It does not have any sense your low offers or sales
Overall, my online shopping experience here was positive. I ordered my 1 dress and another for my friend. They shipped the product on time. When we opened it, we saw that the product is the same as the online pictures. Excellent client service. Amazing collection. I will order here again and again. Thank you

Some people have said Zolucky is a scam but this is one site that I have never had a problem with. Some things come from China and may take a bit longer but most of the items get her in about 2 weeks.
I had mixed success in ordering the right sizes. The inconsistency of how accurately Zolucky labels its garments' sizes meant I ended up with some items that were too large. Since it's so expensive to return, I accepted their offer of 15% refund.
I ordered in this online boutique a set of long skirt and top, two overalls and a skirt and everything is very good quality, they have a lining so that nothing is transparent. It also takes a few days to arrive. I am delighted.

I ordered many items, in two orders, at least one of which did not arrive. Packing list give limited information, in extremely small type, and not enough information to identify items in package. Otherwise the clothes I did receive are fine and prices reasonable.
