I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
Quality of shirt fabric was poor. Shirt was several sizes too small though I ordered a size larger than I usually wear. Your return policy is a farce. Having to pay for return to China is ridiculous. You've got a real scam going here.

I ordered in this online boutique a set of long skirt and top, two overalls and a skirt and everything is very good quality, they have a lining so that nothing is transparent. It also takes a few days to arrive. I am delighted.

I ordered many items, in two orders, at least one of which did not arrive. Packing list give limited information, in extremely small type, and not enough information to identify items in package. Otherwise the clothes I did receive are fine and prices reasonable.

Out of 5 items received want to return 4 of them for being too small. Size charts are incorrect. Put in request for returning the items 4-5 days ago, still no response and than I'm suppose to pay for the postage returning to China. I don't thing so. Not a relievable company. So sorry I purchased from them.

I purchased what was supposed to be a "sweatshirt." The material it was made from could not be called sweatshirt material, but I decided to keep it. When I looked at it more closely, I found it was damaged. They agreed to accept a return, but I would have to send it to China and the cost would actually exceed what I paid for it! They offered a 15% refund as an alternative. So I accepted that, and am determined never to purchase from Zolucky again.

The amount of time I spend here is insane! There are so many clothes and accessories that are amazing and very affordable. The website is simple, convenient and easy to use. One of my favorite online shopping websites!
I decided to give Zolucky the benefit of doubt because their pictures looked so amazing and they promised returns are welcome. What could I loose?, I asked myself. 85% is the answer. Much of the fabric was undesirable. The clothes were not made to match the size charts. There is no way to speak with them except chats. During both chats I was disconnected from the chat. Then hours later I got a copy of the chat that stopped conveniently where they wanted it to stop and accused me of not finishing the chat. Finally I agreed to a 15% credit for only the items not on sale. Just to test, one of the sale items was huge. I very careful measured myself and reordered two sizes lower than my supposed size on the size chart. It arrived and it's still much too large. I like it so much that I decided to use it as pajama top. The results of $250 order was $15 credit and a pajama top.

I have been looking at your catalog for a long time but never had an occasion to buy anything. I am going to a wedding and found a lot of things to wear. I only hope they fit me. Your checkout was fast and easy to understand. I am writing this at a later date and I still have not received my order and it has been 5 weeks. I have no way of contacting this company and speaking to a representative. They have already taken almost $70 out of my bank account and still no Products have been delivered. I will not order from them again.
