I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
Worst online purchasing experience of my life. After I was given the price, they added on sales tax, which we do not pay in my state and then another charge to process their out of country charge to my bank. The clothing is to me sub par, horrible material, does not breath at all, HIGHLY do not recommend, I will only be purchasing from honest, strait forward American companies from now on.

Customer Service was sorely lacking. I i had to dig through the website to find instructions on how to return an item. They responded with a confirmation of receipt of my request, but I noticed that my home address and email address we're now incorrect on their site. Funny because I received the items to the correct address and email confirmations we're also previously received. It's been 3 wks now and still have not heard from them about a return receipt.

The items I have received were way smaller than their sizing chart says. Also, items come from China and they only offer a 15% refund rather than a full refund, saying it saves me having to pay to return the item to China.
My bathing suit had one of the straps sewn so it was permanently twisted around twice. I was told that there are no returns on bathing suits. I understood that I would not be able to return it if I didn't like the fit or color, but assumed that defective items could be returned. I knew this would be cheap clothing, but the fabrics that my dresses are made of are even cheaper than I had imagined. One dress is similar to the picture, but not the same and is not as cute as shown.
I was told that I could not return a defective item because it's a bathing suit. Instead I was offered a discount on purchasing something else, like throwing good money after bad.
Cute dress showed up in an ad. That was the one that isn't as cute as pictured.

Once the clothing was paid for, it was processed very quickly. Also had a good shipping time due to the distance that I am. The sweater was received in good condition and is as described, it fits me very well, I will return to this website very soon

There advertisements and photographs are beautiful. The leggings I bought for my wife did not resemble the photos, it was poor quality, and stitching was coming undone. For returns customers pay the freight and duties to send the item back to Guangdong, China. My bad for not checking the reviews prior, there is a lot of well deserved bad press about Zolucky
I buy clothes from this online store more than anything else on the internet, it's easy and convenient, if you don't like it, just reseal the bag and fill out the online form to return it to the post office to have it returned to me without problems.
This is my experience with Zolucky: I ordered some very beautiful clothing on their Website and I have been receiving items from my order in separate packages. The clothing I have received however is definitely not what is shown on their Website. I was very disappointed because the clothing is a cheap imitation; some of it didn't even have the same patterns. When I reached out, I was given the option to send my order back to China for a refund. This would have cost around $30 to $40. The person with whom I corresponded said they could offer a 15% refund if I'd rather not ship it. I took that refund and just decided I'd have to take a loss and learn a lesson. Their customer service is very nice but it's not honest to advertise one thing and deliver another.

When received dress the fit was NOTHING like the picture. From all reviews it would not be advantageous for me to try and get my money back since everyone says it will be expensive for shipping back to CHINA. I should have researched this company better since it looks like they are under a couple different names. Quality is lacking in the cheap materials and fit.

The prices are consistent, they also make discounts that are worth taking advantage of, and the clothes are really beautiful. You have to think about the size that is requested, the delivery time of the order is the only thing that would try to improve. Sometimes it is difficult to find the right size on the Internet, but here I had no problem.
Do NOT buy these clothes! They don't even come close to fitting, and several of my things did NOT look like the pics. Return/Exchange them? Nope. You must pay the postage fee to send them back to China and that's expensive. They offer 15% back if you don't send the products back, but don't actually tell you how to get that refund. Read the fine print and don't get bamboozled like I did. This is bad business, Joe Zolucky... BAD!

Read the fine print on the shipping. It takes forever (3 weeks) to get the clothes and then returning items is costly to the customer.

I placed an order with Zolucky, one item was not in stock, I canceled that item and only received a partial refund. The one item they sent me was supposed to be a knitted cardigan but I received a garment made out of sweatshirt material. If I wanted a refund I would have had to ship the garment back to China at my expense. Customer service should be called Customer disservice for this company. Don't do business with them, they practice in bait and switch and false advertising.
I responded to Zolucky, they offered 20% refund, up to 50% refund, I refused this offer as the goods were not what I ordered. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal, and PayPal after a review of the order refunded me the full amount. I did not keep the garment, Zolucky did not send a return label, it was not what I ordered, poorly made, so it went elsewhere. I repeat, don't do business with this company.

In July I ordered a number of tops and they arrived about three to four weeks after I ordered them. Because it's been so hot I had not tried them on yet. I love they way they look however once I tried on two of the tops to wear to work both were too small, too tight, even though I ordered them all in my correct size. I can't return any of them because I have throw the packages away. Since them I have placed other orders for pants that have not arrived yet I want to see if I can either exchange the size or get my money back because I will not be able to wear any thing. I can't afford to waste anyone of my money.
