I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.

Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

Disappointed returns are not possible because company is in China and shipping and import fees make it too expensive for returns. So be careful what you order and hope that it fits and is same as pictured.

Email only and only 15% credit for items I would like to return because postage to China and import fees prohibitive.

Everything I received was the same quality as if I would have ordered through Wish. Clothes too small, bad stitching, off fit... overall, bad, bad quality. To top it off, I can't return anything. Everything says final sale. Never again.

The online customer service is great. Last month my order didn't arrive (it got lost in the mail) and customer service sent my order back with free express shipping. The clothes are also of great quality. I was not disappointed.

This website really makes me very happy with their online service, they recover well when something (rarely) goes wrong. On average you check it once a week and I know what you get and I know it will get to where you ask for it to be shipped, it's simple.

I am a standard size 8. I ordered 12 pieces of clothing in medium. I looked very carefully at the measurements they gave and measured myself. Out of the 12 items only 3 fit at all. Their sizing is completely off and makes no sense. In size medium some pieces of clothes were like child size, so tiny my 10 year daughter couldn't fit into and an adult size 8 and then other size 8 adult clothing fit me like I was wearing a tent. I would NEVER order from them again. It gets worse...when trying to do a return they only allow a return of 40% of what you paid and you must pay for your own shipping for the return. Basically out of an order of almost $200 I got 3 usable pieces of clothes and the shipping cost me what the return would have been. This company is a scam and I hope nobody ever uses it.

Tip for consumers:
Yes, I would never order from this company again and wouldn't have in the first place if they stated in their return policy that they only give you back 40% the value of what you paid AND you have to pay for your own shipping on the return. This is a totally deceptive scam. Please avoid this company at all cost.

Products used:
3 pieces of clothing out of 12 actually fit. Sizing is crazy. I orderded all size 8 womens. Some pieces couldn't fit a 10 year old child and some pieces of clothing fit me as a tent.

The size of different items is not comparable because the sizing standard of different items is different. If the actual dimensions of the item we have sent you are not the same as the ones stated on our size chart, then please send us the photos of the real item with size measurements. Your product was too big and I've been waiting for a response to tell me what to do, I've had them ready to send back for awhile now. Please look into this and give me the address to send the items back. I love your items, but they were too big. I ordered an extra large bc I usually wear a size 14 shirt... it said USA size 14 is an extra large, but for me it didn't work.

I ordered tops. Took forever to get. None of them looked ANYTHING like the photo (colors were not even close and shapes were WAY off). Customer service is horrible. I returned the first part of order, they would not refund me. Wanted to return 2nd part but they made it insanely difficult. I disputed charge with my bank and can not get it reversed. I paid for clothes that I do not have and ones that I will NEVER wear. False advertisement, I recommend saving your money and sanity. After this initial review, I was told by Zolucky that removing it would "encourage" them to better serve me. They offered a lousy 30% refund and said I could keep the shirts. 30% for 3 items that were ALREADY returned and the rest that I will never wear.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it. Quality is not good and they make returning items difficult. I returned 3 tops and was never refunded. I want to return the other half of my tops that I got but there are too many hoops to jump thru and already lost money on shirts i do not have. Been a very frustrating experience.

Products used:
took several months to receive all my tops/blouses. I kept a plain t-shirt. Returned the rest as was falsely advertised in every way shape and form.

I loved the items displayed on the website, however the quality and fit of the items were NOT as pictured!. Most items came in a print-on satin type finish rather than a woven cotton or tweed, as pictured and described. I had to order 2 sizes larger, then the sleeves hung off shoulders, or neckline too short or long. NOT made to USA measurements. No point in returning... to CHINA!, even though company address was in California as a shipping front. NOT IMPRESSED.

Ordering was easy and quick, BUT I would not quality what I received as quality products. The shoes were Not what was represented online. At all. And I am a true size 7 shoe, no more, no less. These are very large, probably at least a solid size 7 and not even close to the same color featured. One of the shirts looks like... I don't know, just junk. I tried to bleach it to be a more tone down color yellow, no dice, will not even bleach. Not sure I will ever wear it. I read the reviews and ordered anyway, so it is on me. READ THIS!

I love the clothes on this website, it is unique, comfortable and cheap. They look great and are true to size. I love all the clothes I have in orders over 20. The images consist of the actual clothes, each outfit including pants, jacket and shirt, all cost very little!

My order arrived I was happy with the sweater until I opened it up and saw what a shabby job they did of putting it together. Very poor workmanship the side seams are loosely sewn that you can see the stitches right through the right side of sweater. Wanted to return but was told it would be very costly as it ships back to China and customer pays shipping and other expenses, I was offered a 25% refund and keep the sweater. Very poor business practices. It would have been more costly for me to ship it to China. If I'd been aware items come from China I would never have ordered anything. I am very dissatisfied with Zolucky and will not be ordering from this company again due to the workmanship of product and return policy.

I was told it would be very costly for me to return item for a full refund as I would be responsible for shipping and customs expenses to return item to China. Their offer was a 25%refund and keeping the item.
I will have the seams re-done so it can at least be used.

Their products are cheaply made, the quality is less than zero. The have terrible customer service. And the are not even close to the right size... seriously I ordered a 3x capri and my 9 year old granddaughter can wear them. I would not recommend them at all

I ordered a size 2X which I have been wearing. I could barely get either of the 2 items I ordered on. Charging $17 for shipping was excessive in my opinion. It took more than 3 weeks to get it. My 1st time ordering and probably my last!

I tried everything on the website to return an item the was sent in a size small. I need an xxl or size 16. I finally got a response from Sitejabber after sending three return request. I'm suppose to hear back from them, but all I got was this Customer Satisfaction Survey.

I cannot contact you. I click “returns” and the website just keeps going back to the previous screen that asks what I want to do. Click “returns “ again and same thing! So far I’ve heard nothing from Sitejabber or Zolucky concerning a return label to return, exchange or receive a refund. I know you’re in China, but if you’re going to do business in the USA, an in-country phone number would be highly appreciated.

I found an item I thought I would like, but because of the size that was sent I cannot even try it on!
