I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
I ordered a size 2X which I have been wearing. I could barely get either of the 2 items I ordered on. Charging $17 for shipping was excessive in my opinion. It took more than 3 weeks to get it. My 1st time ordering and probably my last!
The prices looked good and there was a vast selection to choose from. However, when the shipping charges were added, the price wasn't as good.

This is the first website I have come across full of unique yet versatile clothing that I can wear for almost any function and look comfortable and sophisticated. The clothes are of very good quality and the order is simple. I now do most of my clothing shopping on this site.

I have placed many orders for clothing here and many more to come. Any clothes I ordered were great. One had a defect, they fixed it immediately and made things better. I hope to continue ordering from this cute clothing website for years to come.
I ordered 3 blouses and a dress from Zolucky and received all 4 items. Two of the three blouses came with permanent creases in them but felt I could live with them. I returned the dress per their return policy but I have never received a refund. The only contact I got from them was an offer for a credit if I would keep the dress. I didn't want to keep the dress because it looked awful on me. They have a Contact Us on their website but no way to actually contact them. If you order anything from them, make sure you really want it because you will not get a refund.

I ordered 2 tops both in medium. One was way too tight and the other one was a little big but I will wear it. I considered sending them both back until I found out that I would have to pay to return them to China. The shipping cost would be probably be more than the tops originally cost me.
Customer service was very good. Always responded to my emails.
The clothes always look great on these skinny models it's very tempting to not order.

The shirt XXL arrived and was closer to US Med size & based upon return policy I'm not going to go through the hassle of trying to return or get a refund. No way you can justify charging $11 to ship a cotton shirt to North Carolina.

The shoes are poorly made with the inside lining of the shoe puckered. I had to return them. One pair is the wrong size so I'm definitely returning them. I love the Jesus shirt, but have no idea why I got 3 all the same size. Must return at least one shirt.
I never talked to anyone and had to email requesting a return authorization that wouldn’t be available for 2-3 days. Not good.
It’s best to talk with someone.
I really liked the look of the white glittered sneakers and wanted them for my granddaughter. Sad they didn’t work out.

The package arrives very quickly, everything is correct and as requested. The prices are consistent, they also make discounts worth taking advantage of, and the clothes are really beautiful. You have to think about the size that is requested, the delivery time of the order is the only thing that I would try to improve. Easy to complete purchase. The layered skirt is better than I expected-and cotton! The plaid skirt was a disappointment as it is a different pattern than pictured. So, it does not meet my needs, but it will be okay. May use it to pattern a version and make it in fabric that I like.

"Outerwear" had a hood and was shown in an outdoor setting. It was a robe with snaps. The armholes were too small to be able to put it on and certainly could not be worn over something. The dress material is see-through. The 2 blouses were okay. The map one does not have any darts and fits poorly as a result.

I was disappointed to see that some of the items were not as depicted on your site. The tailor work was very poor and the material used was not good quality. I will be returning most of them and i expect money back. The first ones I bought from you were very good. This time you did a bad job, the cloths did not fit, not good material..

I was skeptical that with the little information I was asking for on this website about dimensions, it would really fit. But, for once in my life, I have some collared shirts that fit me. The neck collar was a bit big, which I will adjust for the next time I order with them.
The date of my order was November 18. As noted on my receipt. My request for refund was on December15th less than 30 days. Only reason I waited to return was because you did not notify me that the other two tops were out of stock and you charged me for them. Not refunding those two is sterling. I am Unhappy!

Bought several women's clothing items last autumn, tops, sweatshirt, a cardigan. First off, the shipping takes months, literally. Last item arrived 3+ months after ordering. Okay... I get it, factory in Asia but no email updates or info on the site. Then each item arrived, one by one, and I started to wise up. What garbage clothes. The very cheapest polyester fabrics, flismy, tissue thin, poorly constructed with crooked seams and uneven hems and underarm seams that twist and wander. Sizes were ridiculous! My oversized tee was only 2" wider in a size 3x than the "Small" size sweatshirt I ordered my daughter. The sweatshirt was not fleece, no bottom hem, stitching torn on sleeves and RBG would be embarrassed if she could see her image on such a shoddy garment. All the sleeves were terrible, some 8" past our hands and too narrow for most human arms.
My sincere advice is to completely AVOID this retailer. These cannot even be donated unworn.

Absolutely the worst online shopping I have ever used. Ashamed of myself for being duped. A great example of "you get what you pay for" Stay away from Zolucky and purchase clothing that can actually be worn by humans.

All 6 items were not wearable clothing and too poorly constructed to be donated to charity. These cannot be returned, return policy is very limited as each shipped separately and return shipping to China is terribly expensive.

The jeans were defective. The buttonhole was sewn shut so you can't button the jeans. They were so shredded that I would not wear them. Not as pictured. The sizing charts & information provided is incorrect and you should not trust it. To return items you can't use YOU HAVE TO PAY more than the clothes are worth to send them back.
They want me to keep the clothes that I can not use or wear because they are defective & do not fit me
To return for exchange or refund I have to pay more than the clothes are worth to ship them back.
