I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
They have nice looking items on their website, but when you get them they are not as advertised. Then when you want to return them they offer you 15% of the item price to keep them. And tell you that they have to be returned to China, which is a total lie since they are shipped from Jamaica Florida! Do not order from this company!

I bought clothes for 4 people in my family: me, my husband, 33 year old son and 29 year old daughter. Blouses sized L and 2X turned out to be identical in size. Men's corduroy pants sized XXL, were closer to a men's size L. The cotton-polyester blend fabrics were 95% polyester and only 5% cotton, very cheap fabric (the description of one of the T-shirts says "Printed Cotton-Blend Letter Men's Fashion Print Tee"). Colors were not always true to the pictures shown. I ordered 10 items. The items received came in 4 different shipments. 2 items are still missing. All items have been billed for. It has now been more than 40 days since my order was placed. Their invoice is unclear. I'm not sure if the unreceived items are out of stock and cancelled, but still billed.
One of the tops fit my daughter well and looks cute. A 10% success rate isn't very good. Some of the ill-fitting clothes were final sale and not returnable. Overall, this purchase has been an expensive disaster!
Tip for consumers:
You get what you pay for: ill-fitting clothes and poor quality fabrics. Don't be in any hurry to get the merchandise. Who knows how many months it will take to arrive.

My order was a disaster. Very poorly-sized, cheap-quality items. I got very sick with COVID before my order arrived and was unable to go to the post office by their 15 day rule. They would not even discuss granting me any grace because of being so sick with COVID, even though it was just a couple of days over. They said "Sorry, that's our rule. No exceptions! Next time submit your request within 15 days of delivery." Now I have $150 worth of very poor quality, ill-fitting clothing that I am stuck with. Unbelievably pitiful customer service. This was my first purchase from Zolucky, and believe me, there will be no "next time" with this cold, non-caring company.

The package arrives very quickly, everything is correct and as requested. The prices are consistent, they also make discounts worth taking advantage of, and the clothes are really beautiful. You have to think about the size that is requested, the delivery time of the order is the only thing that I would try to improve. It is sometimes difficult to find the right size on the internet, but here I had no problem.
Bought 5 items; tried to return 3. Support doesn't provide return address (in China) & offers a 15% refund if you keep the purchases, so they don't have to process returns. I kept items, but they don't fit & products aren't quite what is pictured on the site. Will not buy from Zolucky-or their other numerous companies-again.
I bought a few items from Plus size collection, labeled 3XL(a top and shorts) and 5XL(dress). I normally wear 2XL but none of the above fits. When I asked for return i received the following:
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
I am being blackmailed into accepting 15% refund. This policy is not listed on the website under "Returns and exchanges" - they reveal it in the e-mail

This online boutique is really a great place to go shopping. I was impressed with the reasonable price and it was so easy to choose dresses from here. So nice to look at me to wear the dresses. My dress was so affordable and the free shipping helped a lot! I already bought 5 dresses from here. I recommend it to everyone!
Site was not user friendly but I did finally live chat with someone. It took over a month to get the dresses. One was a Christmas present and the other I wanted to wear to a wedding this past Saturday, so I was very disappointed with that.

The clothes you are sent are unwearable and sized incorrectly. I did not even receive my full order and after 2 months I still have not received a refund. They say on their website easy returns... they fail to mention that those easy returns have to be made to China. This company is nothing but a scam... have reported to the F. T. C. Returns go to China. Purchaser pays. Also restocking. No phone #. I requested return instructions but never got them. My wife said the blouse cloth is too scratchy. The refund time has expired, 30 days. Probably wouldn't have amounted to much after return trip to China. Lots of scam reviews. Zolucky charges show up on CC statement as Chic V UK. They get lots of bad reviews also. The picture on line of the blouse looks really Hot! The one we got was Not!

Great again decent priced. Only I do not like - it took 4 weeks to delivered to my house.
You do not have the same sizing like in the USA. I ordered size XL as I always do and the shirt came smaller than all my shirts. I would like to exchange it to XXL but it will take another 4-5 weeks plus paying shipping again. I will find another grandfather and give it away.
I could spend hours browsing and shopping for fun clothes on Zolucky; I seriously have fun and find many good bargains. It may take a few days to get to me but the garments I have received have been well made and as shown. I will happily continue to order from this site.

I ordered a pink flowered dress that was stated as being poly/cotton/spandex and NEW. I got a cheap, plastic polyester purple dress with a hole in it! Looked to be used and returned! Seller offered a partial refund or to send back at MY Expense…TO CHINA! So not worth it! They do this knowing you can't return it as it would cost more than the items did. They know they can get away with bait and switch! DO NOT BUY!
