I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.

Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

It is easy And there are many pretty things to choose from! But i was really disappointed with my second order and it costs too much to return, especially after I paid as much as the dress was worth to get it delivered faster.

2 of the item I received did not look like the picture online nor was material near what it looked like.
The dress I ordered looked exactly like denim in the picture. The material was a thin cheap silky fabric. The same with a top I bought.
I tried to return the items but Zolucky return policy is so complicated. In addition it practically says they may never receive the package, if they do then it may take a very long time to receive your credit. Additionally you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
I guess Zolucky relies on 1st time customers because I am sure they do not get repeat customers.

I do not like it when there is not a contact # & it is online customer service only. Most companies offer both options.

I bought 2 pairs of slip on sneakers (Gray and multi) I liked both but the multi was defective so I wanted to return it. Zolucky said It had to be returned to China so the postage would be more than the value of the shoes so they offered me 15%of the purchase price so I will receive $3.00 and keep the shoes, which I cannot wear. So beware!

I will never buy anything from Zolucky again. When I received my items which were a shirt and a sweater
They ended up being too big. I tried to send them back but it was more trouble than it was worth. If you want to send something back to them you will have to pay for postage shipping costs and any other charges. They will not let you send back any final sale items either which I was not aware of when I purchased them. I was very unhappy with the way they do things. There are not many companies I have dealt with that treat there customers this way by making it so hard to return things. I will never buy from them again. I do not have proof of purchase because I do not have the ability to take any photos of items or receipts. I can tell you that one of the items I wanted to return was a long sleeve red and gray shirt with the words Don't piss off old people the older we get the less life in prison is a deterrent and this is how I feel now

I purchase three shirts from Zolucky. The first shirt arrived a month later and it was not what I ordered. The second shirt was of poor quality, but at least it was like the picture on line. I am still waiting for the third shirt. The company claims that that was delivered; but I never got it and all they tell me is to call the post office. It has been over two months.

I received ads online for Zolucky. Seemed like good designs for a cheap price. Once I ordered the product, I was expecting some level of communication. There were no emails about shipping, no emails with tracking information...nothing. I had no idea if I would ever see the times. They did arrive, but the fit was very boxy and not form-fitting at all. They fit like cheap, generic kid's clothing. We emailed about returning the items (which there was not really an easy way to do), and have not heard back, though we did get a satisfaction survey (this one). I am not very hopeful that they will allow a return or that they will respond at all.

I would definitely just shop on Amazon or another site that has some level of protection for purchases (this one is overseas which wasn't clear during the purchasing process either). I should have known that a catchy site name that I've never heard of before would be risky (and I guess I did suspect it).

There was no customer service. No response.

In sept 2020 I purchased 7 items, a pair earrings, shoes, scarf, purse, & 3 tops. All were of extremely poor quality. Some were purchased as gift & too poor quality to even give. The shoes were plastic (they even spelled the leather - "Letcher" the scarf was of an itchy poor quality material and the tops were thin and sewn very poorly —- Stay away do not purchase from Zulucky - prices are too good to be true!

Warning do not buy from this merchant, 1st based in china and the refund is the burden of yours, shipping back is costly. 2nd quality of clothing is bad, not properly sized and very thin. 3rd they will just want to give you. 25 cents on a dollar for the stuff, instead of returning. There a reason for that- keep you hard earned money.- Sc

They change the status of your order from processing, they actually charged my card, then to sending to logistics, then to carrier evaluating order... but its never really shipped. Its just crap. They now have my money and a month later i have nothing, not even a tracking number. They are in China and they are ignoring my requests to cancel my order. I am pursuing getting my money back through my credit card company

Descriptions of products are detailed and ordering is easy. However, I needed to return two items due to size and tried to contact Zolucky multiple times. They finally responded by saying they would give me 15% off a future purchase if I didn't return the items. This doesn't help me with the items that are too large and the original purchase price.

I tried contacting the company multiple times to return 2 of the items because they are too large. My attempts were acknowledged saying I could expect a response soon. The only response I received was an offered 15% credit for a future order if I didn't return my purchases. Why would I spend more money with a business that won't help with merchandise that doesn't fit and would rather give me a future discount?

I must say that I had a good experience with this website. I ordered a neck accessory. I have no complaints about the delivery time. The item was as described and I am happy with the quality. I orderd a dress from Zolucky. It was so mis- proportioned it might have fit a stick! Called customer service and never got an answer. I cant even find an address for their headquarters!

I wish I could give negative stars. The clothes are JUNK! The material is horrible I have never felt anything like it. You have to pay for return shipping which is more than you pay for the junk. It doesn't look anything like the website. Everything runs big even if you would want to wear it which I don't. The clothes come with a different tag not Zoolucky. I think this so called company is a scam. I have read many horrible reviews. I wish I would have read them before ordering.

I wish you had shoes in 1/2 sizes. I'm never sure about the size because some of them a small is a 42 bust and some mediums are 38 which is my size. It is also hard to return items if they do not fit properly because of the way the sizes run. Each top & dress are all different sizes. In other stores I am a medium no matter what but here I could be a small on one item and a large on another? It is confusing and that is why I procrastinate when buying from ZOLUCKY

It seemed easy for me (81 yrs. Old) to get the order completed, especially since I wanted to change sizes and remove one. It's good to have a size guide. However my gray shirt, which I ordered in 2XL was still way to small (I usually order XL), but wanted to wear it over short-sleeved pullovers and a couple reviews said it ran small, so I ordered two sizes larger. And it's still way too small.

A lot of the items seemed to be more for my age - wish the one would have fit - and that I would have received my Christmas sweater in time to wear it tomorrow, which is when I needed it. I still haven't received any notice about when it will be here, nor did I receive emails when the others were going to come.

The clothes are larger than their stated size. I ordered small sizes, and they appear medium. I ordered medium sizes and they looked like tents on me. I donated most of them because return shipping is too high for the value.

Additional views (back, side) of clothes would help deciding purchases

I bought a beautiful dress here, I arrived earlier than planned. Very soft material. It came in a very small bag thinking it was a joke, but when you take it out it surprises, it expands quite well. For a person of 1.70 it is a perfect size.
