I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.

Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

Why buy from this company? Your payment goes to a different company.
Your purchase is all smaller compared with US sizes, and none has the material they promise it has.
They do not answer your request for return RMA, then they write to you that " HBIIE*******
We have replied to you 10 days ago and we did not hear from you within 7 days. Sorry that we can not accept your return request this time since you have missed the deadline."
Everywhere the purpose is customer satisfaction but in Zolucky, they intend to make you mad.
They never wrote back to me. In fact after a request for RMA, I opened two more tickets as follow up. They all waited till the magic 10 days to say you sneezed so you lost... Tip for consumers:

Online shopper here for the first time and was very impressed with this website. The skirts arrived super on time and the size was perfect. I am excited to shop online with confidence again. It was easy for me to find what I wanted and it had a wide variety of patterns and styles.

The shirt I ordered in medium was much too small-even though that is my usual size. The postage to return it to China was more than I paid so I donated it and learned my lesson. I won't buy any more products that are shipped from China.

Zolucky refunded $3.00 of my purchase price of about $28. Not a satisfactory refund. Returning the shirt to China would cost more than I paid for it.

I ordered this dress for my mother and it arrived yesterday. It is absolutely dazzling. It was not personalized, so it was a little big on the back, but it is absolutely delighted with the cost and the appearance of the dress. She plans to buy another, we are both delighted with our orders.

So far so good. I wish I didn't pay so much for shipping, but I need this really soon. So I paid for the express shipping. It wound up being too big and I had to order another top in a smaller size. Doesn't fit like your model shows. Doesn't hang nice.

I asked about the fit, does it run big or small or just right. I was only told to go by the size charts, no other input.

My first time shopping at Zolucky, I'm sorry to say, will be my last time shopping at Zolucky. I ordered the
Women's Summer Half Sleeve V Neck Floral-Print Casual Shirts & Tops $17.99 (full description) in pink and what I received was not the same garment as pictured on the website. I wasn't expecting to receive a totally different item than what I ordered! Zolucky obviously uses photos of beautiful merchandise on it's website for the purpose of advertising, but don't actually sell the advertised product. I'm disappointed with the product, but I won't bother to return it. I'll either give it away or find some other use for it. I also ordered earrings along with the top. I like the earrings so far. I do find them to be cheap in quality, but at least they look more like the product pictured on the website. I was excited to shop at Zolucky, but now I know first hand that it is not a store that I choose to spend my money at.

It took me several tries to complete this order. Every time I went to my cart it had items in it that I did not put there. I unchecked them, when I came back to the cart they were in there again. Very time consuming and not user friendly.

Without any problem. I had to make a size change and it was very simple. I will send an email saying that it would take a while to answer but I think it was only a couple of days and the whole process of change was not more than a week.

I did 8 reviews of the products I bought, and they only showed the good ones and none of the bad ones. Many of their clothes are not of the quality shown in the photos. The sizes are also much smaller than an American regular size. Be careful because the cost of returning the merchandise costs more than the product you buy. In other words, they always win. This picture are just some of the product I bought... if you try Zolucky: Good Luck!

Tip for consumers:
The size are not what it shows on the picture . Like yellows sweater , was literally wide but only cover my chest. It suppose to be long ( to my hips I expected) . And remember this not have return policy very clear, and once you bought the product and try to returned it will show that buyers are responsible for return shipping, and it cost $13 /$14 dollar

I am enjoying wearing some of the items. Some, however did not meet my expectations.
I can still use those items as well. Overblouse was not true to size. I can wear open.
Those items that I do enjoy wearing are my "go to" items -- very smart and comfortable which makes me feel it is worth tolerating the small inconveniences that I may have encountered. Among those inconveniences, as I said before, some items don't look exactly like the picture. Also, the order did take longer than I thought. While shopping on the website, it was a little cumbersome trying to place an item again -- customer support did help a little -- I had to make sure to jot down code to locate it again later.
I am glad I did order the merchandise. It will be putting everything to good use. I do look forward to continue wearing my "go to" items. It is hard to shop for women my size.

I spent over $100 on various items- all looked great on the site - I bought 3 decorative "back pillows" which are pillow cases only and only printed on one side; a cotton/polyester long sleeve t-shirt which has no cotton (nor any labels other than the size) -it feels like smooth microfiber; a portable pet gate that is not at all what was pictured - picture showed white tube framing inserted through the 4 side seams - it is just a loose piece of mesh with 4 hooks to glue to your wall in order to attach the mesh - no returns allowed (OK I get why now); everything is cheap cheap cheap - including items not mentioned. I have tried to review items on their site, but am restricted from even accessing the review box. I tried each item - no luck. So, if you want to believe the good reviews - that will be your learning curve. BUYER BEWARE!

I found your sizing confusing. For each item a size was highlighted when I brought it up, confusing if this means highlighted size is only size available or something else. Also, disappointed that your sizes are mainly for tall, larger women. I am 5'2"/34" bust/28" waist. All of my selections are for my daughter's birthday which is on 6/5 (hope I get my order in time) she is 5'9" and slim so hope they will not be gigantic on her.
I received all but one item of my order the day before her birthday, very disappointed. The small size of each item except for one turned out to be between a small & a medium. Too small to fit my daughter & too big to fit me (I wear a small generally). I am so disappointed that the cat & dog shirts especially were too small for her, she was too. The higher neck is too high and uncomfortable. The floral top I loved the most on the website is very wide and the colors half as vibrant as on the website.

I received a response within 2 days and a clear explanation of the shipping shipping process which I did not read through entirely before placing my order. I would not have ordered due to the complex, lengthy shipping process. I received all but one item at the same time and was notified when it was on it's way.
I was sent a notice that I would be receiving tracking notices, but never did.

Return of defective and wrong-sized pieces was impossible due to seller's failure to follow the Return policy they included in the order. The tee shirt had open seams and the dress was way small. I've tried to reach the Zolucky folks and have not turned this over to my credit card for stop payment.

No response after three attempts.

I laughed and laughed with my husband when I received my "knit top" when it was advertised as a sweater and the return policy a living nightmare. This company is from China and impossible to get $ back. Luckily I have $ but tried it for the prices

3 pair of shoes and 1 shirt did not fit. I tried to get authorization to send back for a refund but your end did not recognize the statement number so after I got sick of the hassel, I gave the items away. Won't order again.

I never could get ahold of anyone to talk to. Very dissappointing!

Nothing is as it appears online once it arrives. Everything is a knock-off product of extremely poor product. You are not purchasing the product that appears online in the photos. All shirts that have arrived claim to have "cotton" in them but they are 100% Polyester. Shoes that are glued together and smell of horrible chemicals. BUYER BE WARE! You are being scammed into buying crappy product!
