I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
None. I couldn't WAIT to get rid of the STINKY shoes! I returned them to the address they were shipped from, which was still $8.50. Altogether I lost $30 just from shipping alone. If I'd mailed them to China it would have cost another $10. They acted like they'd give me my $31.99 back, but at a cost of $27? The real refund is $5. Scam artists!

I love how cute the clothes I buy here are! It was an impulsive online purchase, but I love it! The shirt is a bit thin for the quality of the material, so I found that if I just wear a skin-colored bra, nothing shows. I tried a white t-shirt underneath, but then it was showing the outline of the t-shirt.
The clothing arrived and I was expecting it to fit me as I ordered XXL and XX2. However when it arrived I was horrified to find their products say XXL but are nowhere near the mark. The extra large turned out to fit a 10 year old. Since I don't have children the girl next door got my order. I will not be buying from Zolucky again. Their clothes are pretty, and the material very nice but they have no idea what the correct sizes are for the U. S market.

Great selection of clothes. I've been looking for an online store that has a good variety of clothes and I finally found a gem. They have a great selection of clothing and are reasonably priced. I can't wait to receive my order!

I had ordered 8 items. The sweater smelled like chemicals and 3 of the other items were not of the quality for what I had paid for. 2 of the items looked like polyester and not cotton (seemed like a bait and switch... did not even look like the picture). When trying to return... because they are out of country was discouraged. I did get a partial refund but had I actually known what I would get I would never have ordered. On top if it it took over a month to get the full order.

Greatest clothing, prices, selection, colors, and prettiest clothes. The material on some of the clothing is so soft. The way each item of clothing is individually packaged is like no other company. You will not be sorry.

I loved the look of the dress I received but asked to return because it did not fit and I wanted to order something else. I received a reply telling me I would receive instructions for a return and it must be done within seven days. I have never received any further correspondence. While I didn't pay a lot for the dress, it does me no good to not be able to return it and order something else. I won't order from them again.

My order took almost 3 weeks to receive and then it still was not my full order. Nothing fit! I ordered the size I normally wear and it was so small. The items I did not receive were on back order which I was not notified of until I contacted them. It cost $18 to send my order back, so I spent $18 dollars and got nothing! Horrible Return Policy. I tried to send back 6 Tops out of 15 Purchased.
They wanted $ 60 to Return. Then I requested a $ 25% Refund on a $ 100 Return
And never received an answer! I will never recommend them to anyone.

My experience was major disappointment.
The shipping was long, the sizes were different for each item making only one shirt a good fit.
I am keeping it and the red long dress (not the quality it appeared) and for a medium size it was extra large size. But I think I can alter it.
Also, it would be nice if all the clothes were rated and stated how they were after washing and if they needed a touch up with an iron.
The clothes did not fit as pictured and the quality of the fabric is not good.
Great at tracking. Now I would like customer services help retuning most of the clothes I purchased.

Bought a pair of shoes... when they arrived they did not match up color and pattern wise... cheap and they smell like gasoline. They claim you can return within there policy... which is such a joke... Don't order from Zolucky as this company it a cheap nasty company! Run Run Run!

I like tje style of the tops and like pockets in 1 dress. The other dresses do not fit as well as the tshirt material. Tje silk material is more binding

The dress was unacceptable. The material was thin and cheap. It had very large armholes. I just gave it to Goodwill. The bra had little or no support. It was more like something you would wear under a Hirt to give the false impression of a slip under a dress. It went to Goodwill also.

The web page kept saying my shopping bag was empty but I had placed two items in it. Finally after several tries, at least 4 or 5, it showed my order, but with too many bras. I corrected it and finally i was able to place my order.
I want to share my good experience with this online boutique, they send me my package the day after placing my order, the package arrived in good condition, the clothes were also in good condition, I fall in love with my clothes, the fabric has a soft touch, true to size chart and pictures
I received my order; however, the dress was huge and I wanted to return it. I was convinced to keep it and get a 15% discount because return shipping charges would be astronomical. I did choose this option but now have a dress I can't wear.
