I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
Zolucky has changed a lot of their styles to aim to a younger generation. Fun styles! Great prices! Just be sure to double-check the sizes. What U.S. size medium would fit me well, the Asian size with quite large and long. And double-check the fiber content. What I thought was a cotton blend, turned out to be a polyester knit.
I bought a very nice shirt on this website, I had a problem with the stock of the chosen color and I had to change for another but the treatment was very good, personalized, friendly and solved very quickly by email.
My online shopping experience was great here, I'll put it on my favorites list, I was surprised by the free shipping offers. Overall this was the best shopping experience I could ask for. I would recommend this website to anyone :)
I ordered a jacket - after 3 weeks i asked what had happened to my jacket - they said they were backordered and had no idea for how long - i ckd back in a week and they cancelled my order - it was such a cute jacket - im so disappointed with the customer service - i cant recommend this to anyone
The sandals I received were cheaply made. The straps and heels were apparently glued on and I was afraid they would fall apart. Also they were too small. I will never purchase anything from you again.

I want size 8.5,NOT 8.0. I'm not sure I put that.
This is my 4th or 5th order with Zolucky and each has been painless and very economical. My wife is in Memory Care so is pleased whenever she receives new stuff. Actually, we have received ONLY a fuzzy brown sweater from the second order... which I assume was the one from the 27th. I await the rest of the order but It seems to be taking a lot longer than the other orders have taken. I have wondered if the remaining part of that order was returned to Zolucky stocks after some difficulties that we encountered with the order made previous to that one. (It's fine, if it has been returned!)

The quality was like swap meet apparel. Some things can be acceptable if that's what you're Shopping for, but the dress I received wasn't the same dress, the shoes were made of a smelly vinyl.
The shop was away for a couple of weeks for, I think, a new year celebration. I understood and hope they had a Great time!

I had ordered two tops and was not happy with the quality. I wanted to return them and was informed that I had to send them to China even though they were sent from within the US. It would have cost me as much as I paid for the tops to pay postage to China. I wrote a bad review on this site. They contacted me and said I could get a 15% refund. I chose that. The next day I was informed that I could not get the 15% refund if I did not remove my review. I am not removing it. They can have my $7.50. Do not buy from this company. The clothes are poor quality and take forever to arrive, and the customer service and return policy is awful. I wish I would have checked reviews before I bought from this website. Any good reviews from this company must be from employees.

All but 3 items did not fit. Shortly after I started the return process, I realized that returning the items would not be worth the trouble. They wanted me to take 15% off the merchandise instead of a full refund. After reading the refund requirements and that I also paid for the USA tariff tax, I decided not to use Zolucky again.

Too many times I order beautiful shirts only to get these horrible, unbearable shirts. But I keep on hoping these will actually be the sweaters I ordered.

I recieved a large shirt that was 8 inches smaller than the medium top. I can't wear either. The sweaters are beautiful but anything marked jersey is a weird fabric.

I've ordered in the past and loved the top so, felt good about ordering again. I ordered 2, received one in a couple weeks and it fits great. But, the second one took a month to receive, it is the same brand but is a bit small- I might return it.
I ordered a pair of pants but they were way too big and I did not like the fabric. I contacted them about returning them. They told me to return them at my expense and they would decide about a refund. I have not heard from them.
I guess it was a lie lie. They did not refund my money. The merchandise was in perfect condition. I am so disgusted with them. I will not use them again.

Love what I am buying for my wife's birthday
I ordered four 3xl sizes in tops, to make sure that they might fit as the sizing is confusing. 3 of the things will fit okay the fourth marked a 3xl is the size of a medium in American sizes. Not happy and had no way that I could contact them about this issue. So not going to make anymore purchases from this company.

A few items were satisfying (t-shirt, sweatshirt, and a mini dress). What I was dissatisfied with is a summer dress that was expected to be shorter in length and was also expected to be cotton (dress was not cotton and fell well below my knees) - totally unexpected. I was also not happy with an "orange colored" selection made to a blouse that came back looking more like a "pink colored" selection - totally unexpected. I was also not happy with a pair of bottoms that I thought would be more cotton like and ended up having a bit of a bulky look - also the color was much bolder than I thought it would be - a little too bold for me. Finally, I felt that a few long sleeve shirts were too baggy looking - not happy with the fit.

I ordered the same dress in two sizes: XL and 2XL. There was very little difference in the sizes and I've had to give both away, since neither fit me. In US I am size 16.
Other than that, deliver was quick and the dresses were as advertised.

Zolucky is a bait and switch scam. After a month or two, I finally got the shoes, just thrown in a thin plastic bag. They looked nothing like the photo on the Zolucky website, and were some kind of plastic, not the leather shown and described as "leather".

I love to buy my clothes in this online boutique, but also the accessories are beautiful, the jewels are beautiful and well made, they are plated in imitation gold or silver and I think they are durable if you are careful with them.
I ordered a shirt here and it is very stretchy so it fits me well, I usually wear a small US size but I bought a medium and it is perfect! There were some loose threads, but they cut easily and that's okay!
Nice looking dresses. Did not know they were made in China. They broke the order into 2 shipments. The first one took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The 2nd was going to take and additional 15 days. Trried to contact them vis their web sit but it was impossible. No response from using chat and was unable to email them. Finally contacted PayPal and they were able to contact the company and cancel my order. Thank You PayPal. Stay away from this company.
