I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
The product I received was not the color that was described. It's more a purple rather than a gray. Also. I did. It like the material all. The underneath is white-that was a surprise.
I wanted to return it but found out it was sent from China. That would have been too expensive some to return. I contacted the vendor and was told that I would receive a $15.00 refund if I choose to keep it. I have not seen the $15.00 credit as yet. A not so good experience.

I would have appreciate an email confirming my order. When I wrote to check on my order I was informed I did not have one yet, my funds were dispersed to your company. I contacted my band and made a complaint. My order came a few days ago. Two of the dresses do not fit. I contacted your company and was told not to return the merchandise, as my funds have already been returned to me. I have since made another purchase and have not gotten a confirmation for that order.

The delivery time was unacceptable. It took over a month to receive this order.
Upon receipt, the printed top looked great from the front, but I was so disappointed when I turned it around to see that the back was a solid color, cheapening the overall look of the top. The second item on the order, the printed long dress, the print certainly did not look like the one in the photograph.
Overall, I was disappointed with my first experience with Zolucky. Hopefully the second order will be better, however, it has been almost a month since it was ordered.

First purchase I will know more when I receive my ordered item. Item was very very small for a 2X. I only wear a! X, but because of the reviews, I ordered a size larger. However it wont even go past the outside of my breasts to button it. I have checked the website to return and they make it so hard, I will never order from them again.
Based on the chart, I ordered a large, and it was more like an XXL. I should have ordered a medium. Very disappointed that it is way too big, and the cost and complex requirements to return the top for a medium size is prohibitive!
I would really like more detailed search to be provided. For instance, I wanted something with cats on it but I had to go through a lot of clothing before I could find something with cats on it. It would be nice to see all the items with cats at once.
Nothing about the product looks like the website. I am very unhappy with the product. The items did not look like the pictures. The sizes were way off. To make matters worse, you are only allowed 15 days (entirely too short) to return them. I contacted the folks to make the return only to find out that with the costs associated with the return the let me know it would cost as much to send them back as I would get. Really bad. I will never buy from them again. The pictures looks so good that it is nothing but deceptive.

If you wear an XS and think a S will work, it really doesn't unless you are closer to the S size. They have so many cute things but, unfortunately, out of all of the items I ordered in the Size S, only one top really fits—the others I will have to have a seamstress alter—sleeve length and a little through the chest area—since the items were not expensive, I can justify paying a seamstress to do some altering. I must say that the quality was better than expected.
The quality of the clothes here is very good, the measurements and sizes are correct, besides that the clothes and shoes they have are not found in the physical stores of my city and that seems to me a plus, since you can buy clothes in the internet at a very affordable and economical price.
I received my sweater and it is nothing like the description on your site. It is not white it is yellow, and the stripes are huge and ugly. I want to return this sweater, but I can not seem to get a person or chat to help me, I am disgusted with the whole process.

I ordered a sweater, a ring, and a pair of pajama pants for my husband. The sweater was okay, but did not look like the picture. The ring I received was not like the picture at all, and the pajama pants would only fit a child under 10. I was really disappointed as these were all Christmas gifts. Additionally, the items did not arrive until two weeks after Christmas. Will not order from this site again.

Greatly dissapointed. Not even close to the zoom ability illustrated in the advertisement. The $25+ connection to a cell phone is a cheap piece of plastic. I will be surprised if it lasts more than a handful of uses.

Great looking items, just wish the shipping time was not sooooo long.
I ordered an item from their website that was advertised on the weather channel on 12/10. They charged my account the same day. As of Feb 12th the item still had not been shipped. I had been in contact with them previously and was told if I still wanted to wait they would email when it was sent and give a credit when it came for future order. First it was very difficult to get through to anyone in service. Then today 2/14 I receive an email giving me a credit for an out of stock item but they did not give me credit for shipping. Nothing was shipped, I should be credited for that. It is nothing of my fault and they want to make money charging me $9.99 shipping when nothing was shipped. I will never order from here again and will try to spread the word to everyone I know not to order either.

So far, Zolucky did not do anything to solve my problem. They contacted me saying they would reimburse me but only after I deleted my review. This is not how things are done! It's clear that they had no intention of reimbursing anything.
Besides the poor quality of their products, they are not reliable.
I am giving one star because I can't give less. On the website, the shirts seem so beautiful: dressing well, beautiful stamps and the description of the product I bought said 100% cotton. However, I was extremely disappointed because I bought two shirts for myself and one as a gift for a friend but there is no way I am wearing or giving anything as a gift. The fabric is a very cheap synthetic material and the stamps, really? They are very pathetically horrible stamped. I mean you could wear them to stay at home if they were comfy, which they are not, but wearing such horrible products, no way!

I received email confirmation of my order. Tracking of order number indicated it was delivered, but nothing was delivered to my address. When I contacted zolucky via the online customer service chat, I was basically told nothing would be done.

Delivery took a very long time but the two dresses finally arrived. The dresses fit nicely and are as pictured. However, the material of the dresses is more like a scarf material than a dress material. Not what I expected.
