I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
I absolutely love the two shirts that I rec'd, and if the shipping wasn't so high, I would order more!..
My second shirt came swiftly after I emailed them and said that only one had arrived.

The interactive pages weren't very interactive & the pop up helper covered the larger size chart
Item was not as described- very disappointed
The pages were heavy/ not very interactive at all. Then when i went to order the pop up helper joined in & stopped the procedure altogether. I had to go back a few times & repeat the order procedure to not get her( i almost gave up!) Obviously a glitch in the system, where I think you would lose alot of customers.

I bought two sweaters. Excellent fit and very comfortable to wear. Excellent price. I would not hesitate to recommend this wesbite. Good price.

I open the package tired it on and it fit good. The time for delivery was on time, being my first time buying from Zolucky I was very satisfied

I am a new customer of Zolucky, I only made a couple of purchases, a dress and a shirt, I hope to do more! I love this online store.
Product was not as pictured on the webpage. The dress showed it had a lot of flare on the skirt. It had none.
Did not know it had to be shipped back to China even though it showed it was mailed from Texas. Would cost me more to ship back than the item was worth. So they offer instead a 15 percent refund which amounts to nothing.

I had been looking for a very soft house jacket for my mother in law. Zolucky had what I was looking for. It was perfect.
The product was crap. It was not was i thought it was. Then found out I couldn't return it. Never ever but anything from you again

The sewing could have been better. A better discription of material could have been used. Overall I'm happy with everything.

The customer service department was very helpfull. They resolved my issue right away. I would recommend buying from them again.
