I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
Great price but Christmas sweaters should have red and not dark orange coloring. Also, size Medium was actually an Extra Large on me.
At first they asked me to send the item back at my cost to China and couldn't guarantee that Customs over there wouldn't confiscate it. So I said no to that option and eventually they offered me half my payment back and I could keep the shirt/sweater that I offered to donate to charity. I credit Paypal for this outcome as they stayed on it with me.
Their items for sale are pretty in the picture but not in reality.
Needed a Christmas shirt/sweater for an upcoming ladies luncheon.
The shipping price for one sweater was steep but I love the Christmas sweater so much; couldn't resist!

It took months to receive the order, not acceptable. AND, YOUR SIZING IS NOT RIGHT. I wear a 1X but ordered a 2X to be safe. It still doesn't fit. I will not order from you again.
Got no reply to my complaint. The matter has not changed: customers still can't see the message on the yellow bar that begins the ordering process. Your loss!

The yellow colored bars to click on cannot be read and should be replaced so customer can read them. You lost an order last week because i could not find the bar to place my order.
Beautiful dress, very nice. Take into account the sizes, I am M (1.84m / 70kg) and the S fits me very well.
I can NOT believe how bad everything I bought was it will go in the trash.

The long dresses that I ordered in this online boutique are adorable, I love them, I love their colors and how they look.
They emailed telling me returns have to be shipped back to china or I could get 15% back only =$9.00 when I paid $46.00 THAT IS NOT FAIR.

Easy to pick
One of the items w received was not the correct size and I was not allowed to exchange for the correct size. I will NEVER shop here again.
I was told that I received the items I had requested and since they were on sale they could not be returned. One item was not the size I ordered, but they said no return anyway. I am guessing that this was the only size they had left so they sent it and then would not exchange it for the correct size. Not interested in dealing with such a company.
