I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
I bought a dress here, it is top quality and goes perfectly with everything. This website also has excellent communication and fast shipping. Very impressed with the packaging and the handwritten thank you note. Exceeded my expectations, I will definitely order again. Everything is perfect.

Ordered a pair of pants. Material is horrible. Feels like sand paper. Size was all wrong. Attempted twice to obtain a return number after 2 weeks they told me I could pay for return shipping to China (which I found out cost over $45) OR get 15% back on my return. I've always been fat, tried diets and everything; Nothing worked for me. Shopping was frustrating; the clothes that I liked there were no sizes, those that were sizes, the clothes were classic and boring. Until I found this online boutique; My life changed, I no longer try miracle diets, I simply accepted myself as I am and now thanks to the designs I find here I can wear a look like anyone else. I love their models, their colors, offers, promotions and the best, the prices.
From the beginning it was a good online shopping experience. In the end, and after seeing many clothing designs, it was reduced to two dresses. A difficult choice as everything is fabulous. So since this special dress is for a special occasion, I decided to shop here again.
SO DISAPPOINTING! My husband was so excited to find this website and purchase my Christmas gifts. He was so excited! Regrettably, when we opened up my many presents the look of shame on his face was so sad. I pretended to love everything as he put so much effort into choosing everything. BUT THIS IS FRAUD. The pictures are nothing like the quality of material, color, shape, flow that you get. I would shop at Walmart before I shopped here again! This dress for summer. It's cotton it's got pockets Awesome. That said the shipping time was unreal and I've never had anything I've ever ordered come directly from China. I bet some poor thing got like 2 cents for making this. I'll never order again for that reason.

I continue to be in contact with CS over an inaccurate order (size, condition, wrong product). I told them I don't want a refund if it hinges on my changing my review. I am still getting offers of a refund for a review change. I can't in good conscience change a review and have another buyer be subject to the same poor workmanship and fulfillment. Warning... looks can be deceiving.

That's why I always buy on sale items. If you're looking for the unusual or something completely out of your comfort zone, this is your go to place. Expand your horizons, enjoy the fabrics and colors. I enjoy the long length shirts over leggings now that I'm retired. And, the hat's and scarves selection. But beware, I lost out on four shirts that sold out immediately after going on sale.

Your merchandise is so unexpected and memorable. I always find that "must have" item. Today I ordered road trip clothes for an adventure with my younger sister who retired. I bought her a key ring, "I'm a Nurse. What's your superpower?" Perfect!
I ordered approximately $200 in merchandise and after waiting a whole month didn't receive. The company said they could not give me a refund. Don't do business with China companies.
There response was I submitted the wrong address but I did not and I had proof of the initial email of order which I sent them but they didn't want to listen. After going to my main post office (not my shipping address) the post office had a partial order, however, the remainder of the order was sent back to China. It was a disappointment to receive my order. Merchandise looked so inferior to what shows on website. Loose threads, cheap fabric. Just looks really cheap. If I'd been able to see merchandise prior to purchase I never would have bought.

I tried and tried to put in the 10% off or the other codes that were offered to me and it just kept coming up with a whole lesser amount. I communicated with someone who got back to me 3 or 4 times and said to put change by my order--nope never worked. Not a good shopping experience. I liked the pants I received but the jacket was more like polyester and I did not really like it. Mittens were OK.

My long coat arrived on time! And it fit perfectly. The measurements were in disguise, and I even added another measurement and they were very good at correcting my measurements because they were actually wrong. I can't really say anything negative about the dress or the service. Usually I don't write reviews, but I was really satisfied with this clothing website.
Unfortunately, service, quality and trust don't seem like a priority on many websites these days, but Zolucky is the exception! They have sent me my new dress, the size I chose, very good quality, and without complications or excuses! It was absolutely amazing.

Ok, I'm always one to read reviews before buying from unknown online websites, so I always try to give an honest one, no matter how brutal it is. When I came across this online boutique I was skeptical. First, there was so much to choose from, second, the prices were too cheap even for the internet. Then I read the reviews and I must admit I was not convinced. The clothes from delivery to quality are spectacular and highly recommended!
11.14.22 I ordered just 1 item, a T-shirt for a trial run for quality. Tee was marked down onsite for $13, entered delivery info and a POP-UP gave me 10% OFF (1st time buyer). They showed: $13(Tee)+9.99(ship)=$22.99. After entering credit card info and agreed to buy: $18.99(Tee)+9.99(ship)=$28.98 Total invoice $28.97...$0.01 (penny) savings. Contacted BBB also. In case this is an affiliate and not be posted, I will go to next site and give my review.

Poor quality materials, uneven cut (all their items look lopsided, like cut out by a preschooler), cheap looks that definitely do not match the posted pictures. Gave 2 stars since at least shipping to Oregon US was timely (within a week this February 2023) and all items ordered arrived. I don't recommend buying from them, even at "sale" pricing (which they have all the time, along with the psychological terror messages "buy now, going fast"). I order more item's than originally planned just to get the free shipping - but all those extra items landed in the trash. The desired "piece de resistance" which looks so cute and well-shaped on their website is also poorly shaped, with a longer right back side visible no matter what you do and wouldn't be worth $5, never to say the $38 they charge for it. Buyers beware!

Everything was disappointing! Ordered several shirts and 2 pairs of shoes. Cheap materials, poor quality and the shirts especially, are so tacky! They looked beautiful on models, but the material is more like a swim too, sheer and shiny! Wish I could warn people away from this stuff, will not. E ordering agsin!
