I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
In November I ordered several items. The reviews that I found online were good so I took a chance. Of the three items I order only one arrived in time for Christmas with the other two still in transit, one just arrived on the west coast and is still awaiting arrival in the USPS system and the other is still on a slow boat from China. I contacted the company and was told that they were working on it. I am disappointed in a couple things. One the shipping time, they never indicated that it would take this long to get my items and in fact said delivery in 13-20 days. Second, the shipping charges are outrageous. I paid as much for the shipping as I did for the item. Generally I don't pay for shipping as I generally use Amazon, but I really liked these items. Never again... I guess that's what I get for buying from China...

So I thought I would get my wife some Christmas gifts and the clothes on the advertisement looked pretty nice so I went for it. I forgot about the old adage, "You get what you pay for." They arrived 17 days later, which wasn't great but I blamed it on the Covid/Christmas rush. When my wife tried the clothes on, 2 of the 3 items did not fit well, and they did not look at all like the advertisement — cheap looking colors, fabric and construction. We decided we wanted to return the 2 items, put in a request and were promptly told they do not allow returns more than 15 days after the package arrival. Since I planned ahead and ordered before Thanksgiving, that time had been exceeded. The thrift store gets another donation, I guess!

I had bought them previously before the pandemic, the blouse and skirt set was beautiful and perfect. This time I bought a plus size shirt, I was really impressed with how quickly it came. It is also beautiful and fits me well. Some tips when shopping online to avoid disappointment: always add a size to your usual size, then the clothes will fit you well.
Please listen this stuff is NOT what is in the picture, items arrived damaged, took forever to arrived, try and return something even if the items have holes in them! Return center is in china they try to give you 15% and than 25% back... well on a very large order I do not want the garbage sent I want my money back! Dont do it! It is trash! Missing items from order half of the order comes in and 5 weeks later the other half, still missing a shirt

The products are advertised as cotton blend and they all came 100% polyester. When I tried to return them, i was told that i would need to ship to China, although the clothes came from the warehouse in US. Long story short, the parcel is stuck in customs for more than a month which seems like another game on the part of ZOLUCKY. Finally they decided to give me refund and they figured that they will give me refund for 1 item instead of 3... as in their system it shows only the las shipment that came for this order. I have no words, I was in communication with Zolucky for the last 2 weeks and I am very frustrated that they take the customers for the fool and do dirty tricks to keep the customers money. NO SHAME! I hope my review will save some people headaches to deal with unreliable company where the mission is to cheat the customers!

IT'S A SCAM AND FRAUD!!! Products are 100% polyester, don't look or feel nice and the pictures on their site probably were made with the products that were made from high quality materials that was made just for marketing!

I love my new dress! It was perfect. Very light and comfortable. I got tons of compliments for it. You can see through the material, so the right underwear is a must. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this clothing website!
It is a good store with good customer service. I loved the dress, mistakes can happen in everything, unfortunately, the seam of the dress on one side has loose threads and it was not finished correctly, so I had to return the garment, the whole change process was done without problems and quickly.
Scammed... Chinese company... If you want a refund, you pay for sending back, or, try to negotiate a percentage (low) of what you paid for the terrible clothing that looks nothing like the pictures. There are several companies all related... Nora Cora. Same company. Same fraud. I am immensely surprised and disturbed that the government agencies allow these thieves to continue selling online. The clothes on this website are of good quality, exactly as on the web, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order at my house the shipping took longer than expected, because I live a bit far away, but that is not a problem.
I am 5'5 with a medium torso, every top was above the beltline. Not for me... I just sent them all to the thrift. A huge waste of money. One scarf never showed up with the order, But I did like the colors and styles. I probably will not be a repeat customer.

go slow..order only one item...see if it fits. then, shop on!! For me every top was way too short...above the beltline on high waist pants...

I ordered a pair of tops that did not fit and they were very helpful with my return and he was very understanding of the service I have previously purchased from this online boutique and the quality of the clothing is exceptional. It will definitely be my go to for all my clothes.
Overall, Zolucky has good quality clothing at a reasonable price. The shipment was reliable and takes about 15 days to reach my country. It may be a bit high, however I love the selection and styles of their entire clothing collection!
I loved everything from an order in December of 2020. This order was a bust however. The green velvet advertised shirt had no velvet. A second small size shirt was HUGE. The ring was the wrong one and total junk. The other items were ok but not great. I'm not happy at all.

Very good material I had no problem with the sizes, even considering that they were not garments for me, but for my sister as a gift. What needs to be done is to be guided by the indications of the measurements according to the size. And meter in hand choose the right size, the design is very beautiful. Love the Shirt Styles and Patterns. Always a gamble about fabric quality but I'll know when I receive them. I needed long sleeve Top options. The fabric quality is different than I had envisioned, not bad just not my usual choice.

I ordered 2 blouses, a pair of casual pants and a pair of jeans. I have NEVER seen material like the first 3 items are made of - it is like something people would use for table linens; curtains - but definitely NOT to put on your body - they would cause a terrible rash I am sure - if they do not take returns - they are going in the mission box. They sure look nice on the web-site but the fabric should not be used for clothing, at least for me.

The clothes didn't seem to be off the same high quality as depicted in the online ad. I was disappointed and chose to return them. The return policy is convoluted to put it mildly and due to the high shipping cost, rather than returning, zolucky rep offered me a small percentage cash back rather than full refund: this is what Kathy said in an email to me, word for word, (I copied/pasted it) on 5/28/22 -> "We will process the 25% refund to your original payment method in one week." I'd gladly change my review to 5 if & when this happens.
