I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
The clothing quality was pretty good, the sizes are all over the board, I had to be sure to check the bust size so it would fit my wife, some shirts she would fit a Medium some XL, sweatshirts and sweaters were the same way. More uniform sizing would be much nicer and your consumers wouldn't have to go through the hassle of trying to send back clothing that doesn't fit correctly

I usually buy XL from stores but I looked at their size chart and decided better safe than sorry. Boy is their chart way off... couldn't even get an XXL over my head. Then the material WAS HORRIBLE (like an outdoor table cloth and super scratchy) so I didn't even want to give it away. And then they sent the wrong color ta boot! Also, they basically don't accept returns! They offered a 15% credit and when I refused then a 25% credit. I have to pay for mailing the item back to china. It's ridiculous. I guess you get what you pay for. STAY AWAY!

My first time buying from the site and was looking forward to receive my order. It turns out wrong color was shipped and they wanted a picture of tracking, product outside the bag and inside the bag. In my whole online purchase experience, this is the worst product return experience. I guess you can never compare to Amazon, Macy's, Sephora, Walmart, Sasa, etc or any online companies. I ordered to items, neither fitted, one would have fit a gorilla the sleeves were longer than my insaem on my pants. The other shirt in a larger size was way to small, and was not the material listed. Avoid them at all cost.

1. The article I purchased looked NOTHING like the photo. It was also cheaply made with bad fabric.
2. The return policy is terrible. They want you to pay for shipping back to China, which is the cost of the item, and then they will reimburse you 100%. Which of course is a non-sequitar.
3. When you ask for a refund they nickel and dime you. Supposedly I got a 50% refund - their "final offer." I say supposedly, because they also tell you the refund will take up to 3 months.
4. I tried to unsubscribe, but there is no unsubscribe button. I finally found one and they continue to send email. I put them in my junk list and somehow they've gotten around it.

The pictures on the website are nothing like what you get. The descriptions of the clothes say they are sweaters or sweatshirts and they look like that in the pictures, but are really just polyester shirts with pictures of sweater patterns and/or sewn like a sweatshirt with bands on the bottom and the sleeves. The sizes are not consistent, the shipping takes forever and returns have to be paid for by the customer. Below is the picture of the hat from the website (on the girl) and a pic of the hat I received. The hat on the girl looks like a crocheted, textured hat. The one I received is a cheap attempt at a copy. The shirts are the same. I ordered light gray gloves and the ones that showed up were dark gray - almost navy blue. It would cost me as much to return the items as I paid and they probably know that. Don't waste your money like I did.

Poorest quality in internet shoes purchase ever. They sent the wrong size in the 4 pairs of shoes I ordered. The material is cheap. Two of the pairs were broken. No matter was the company's fault they only refund a 40% of the price.

I bought a sweater in this online boutique, it is top quality and combines perfectly with light colored sandals. Zolucky has excellent communication and fast shipping. Very impressed with the packaging and the thank you note, it exceeded my expectations.
I requested to return my previous order last week but so far I haven't heard from Zolucky. I have ordered 3 items from Zolucky and have requested a return of all three items. I never received any correspondence regarding the returns. There isn't anyway to contact Customer Service and the return window has passed. The sandals were too big and the two tops are also too big. Overall it hasn't been a good experience. I won't be able to recommend this company.
I tried ordering 3 wide legged overalls. I have ordered from Zolucky before easily and successfully but this time the address came up with my granddaughter's name and 6 year old previous address. I tried several times to change it to my address unsuccessfully. I called customer service and was told that the address could NOT be changed because I live in a different state! That was repeated several times with no other explanation. I am done with all things Zolucky forever!
I had to enter the same information 3 times before it succeeded. Annoying!

I did not like the blouses I had ordered. Silly me, spoiled by other online policies, I presumed I could easily return (at no cost). They have terrible communication, and of course, "return" is at my expense. It's easier and cheaper for me to donate these shirts to a NFP for someone else to maybe enjoy.

Seems odd to ask for feedback as soon as I click "buy," with no opportunity to assess speed of delivery or quality of items! All this 5-star reflects is that they do online sales!
I saw Zolucky's ad on my Facebook feed and thought my wife would appreciate some of their clothing as a Christmas gift. I placed an order for a gift for my wife for Christmas that was ordered November 27. At the time of order, the shipping terms indicated I would have everything by mid-December. I've asked their customer service to give me a specific delivery date, but they just keep giving me the same answer that everything is on its way and cannot give a specific date of delivery. The data from the tracking numbers show no progress since the 18th of December, and appears to be stuck in Greenwood, Indiana. I've now asked a half dozen times for them to just return everything and cancel the transaction. They say they cannot do this until the items deliver. I'm now disputing the charges with my credit card company. Zolucky is nothing but a scam.

I ordered an item from which they debited my account, but I never received a confirmation email. My banking account does not show an order number or a phone number to contact them. Therefore I am unable to track my order or email them for an update. YOU CAN'T do anything without a confirmation number? I would never never order from them again. They entice you with there beautiful designs and then take your money. So frustrated.

As my title states, my experience with Zolucky is that it's good when things go smoothly, but very difficult to resolve when they do not. For example, they sent me a dress that looked NOTHING like what I ordered. It's been weeks and they have yet to either send the right dress or authorize my sending back what they mis-sent for a refund. Their responses were like "we don't take returns on sale items", and they totally missed the points I was trying to make. Their error was why I was trying to make a return. After weeks and hours of my time, they finally agreed to a refund... but I have yet to receive it more than a week later now.
I purchased 3 dresses and 1 strapless bra.
1 dress did not look like the photos at all and does not fit. 1 dress looks good but was way too big the last dress was fine.
I reached out to customer service and I was offered a partial refund for the 2 items that I wanted to return in exchange for keeping the items and saving the trouble of shipping.
I never received a response from anyone about ill fitting products and how to return them. I sent 3 emails.
The items looked good, the prices seemed fair.
They looked attractive online.

I ordered 3 items. First item took 1 month to be delivered. Second item took 2 months to deliver. Third item had nor been processed after 2 months. When I asked for this item to be refunded plus shipping charge I was given a run around. The item was finally cancelled and. The dresses that I bought in this online boutique are well made. I have two that I have had for months. They will never go out of style, and if you take care of them, they will last for many years. I just bought another dress today, I hope it is as good as the previous ones.
Clothing is bigger than stated - small is more like M-L. Clothes are made from some material that is heavy and coarse. Prices are too good to be true…because they are.
