I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
This online boutique has incredible service. They treated me with respect when I wrote to them and my purchases were always on time and perfect. Besides getting a great price, they treated me very well. I'm always looking for good deals and this website has great options for buying clothes.
I ordered several items and discovered this is a UK company - no problem. But then I wanted to return a couple of things that just didn't work for me. Well, after I got there approval they sent me a label. Everything had to be returned to CHINA! And of course, I had to pay the postage - $28 for a package that weighed less than a pound. They sent me a note saying if I didn't want to bother with shipping to China they would give me a discount to keep the clothes. Let's see - a discount for items that did not fit!
Tip for consumers:
If you feel you may need to return something do NOT shop here! The return has to be shipped to China and it cost me $27 and change for a package that weighed less than a pound - - and you have to fill out a customs form etc. etc. Not like Amazon with easy returns - you spend more shipping an item to China than what the items were worth.

I have not after a month received all of my order. One item that I did receive does not match the picture or description! I order a cotton coat with a flared skirt. I received a straight long sweater made of nylon. Company said it is the same item.
I will never order from them again and I will tell everyone not to as well

I received my products. Two of the items were true to their sizes, two of them I need to return. I am still waiting for the information to complete the "no questions asked" returns. It's been well over a week since I submitted the request and the darn thing wouldn't let me more on without taking a picture. It's suppose to be no questions asked.
I would NOT order shoes again from them and I would be VERY cautious with the clothes ordered.
NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL FROM THEM.
Because I felt like the items were very attractive and I didn't think I had risk because it seemed the refunds were easy to complete. No the case...

The dress I ordered had a manufacturer defect. The sleeves were not hemmed. Just rough cut. Looked terrible. And the dress was at least 12 inches too long. Even a 6 ft tall woman would have to cut lots off. I could not get a total refund - the cost to mail back to China was more than the dress was worth.

First of all, I can't believe that I have never come across this clothing website until now. How have I not heard of you before? I had a question about the progress of my order and they answered the email in a matter of minutes! I just received my second order today. I have bought 8 dresses so far and have no complaints!
Quick, easy and affordable. I did my clothing shopping online here and everything was so simple and fast. The descriptions of each item along with the comments of other buyers help me to choose the item I want to buy. Very easy to use and not complicated like other shopping sites. Above all, it is of good quality at affordable and reasonable prices.
There are two items i'd like to touch on. When i first ordered, as a gift for my daughter, i did so because the merchandise shown had more style and character than the ordinary. I ordered, but didn't get the usual type of confirmation and followup. When i checked my banking i saw the money had already gone to a business under a different name. When i punched up this new name the reviews said rip-off, tokk money and no merchandise-so i called my card and stopped payment. Then the merchandise came so i called and repaid, confusing. I think i got some black colors when gray was ordered.

I bought a matching shirt and skirt on this website for an event that I was invited to. Both the top and the skirt have a very soft feel (the skirt feels like silk) and it fits me well. I had to wash the skirt because a glass of wine splashed my skirt that night and it still looks new after washing. Very happy to find this website, you could not find the same quality product for the same price anywhere else on the internet. Shipping was also fast, I received the product 2 weeks after ordering.
Very impressed with this website. I bought a dress, the size small in the previous order, although it fits me, the M is roomier. As for the pants, there is a bit of room to stretch in the crotch area. I got this for a workout and it's definitely squat proof. The top also fits very comfortably. I'm small but my shoulders are fairly broad so I prefer the way the M fits. I usually wear a UK size 6-8 or an xs or s. Therefore, I would recommend wearing this one for a more comfortable fit. It took.
I had a wonderful experience with this online store. I paid by PayPal and I accidentally selected the wrong address. Material is not as stated in descriptipn, Nor are there labels stating material on items. Site stated items were cotton and linen. No way was there any linen in these items. The clothes feel like polyester, maybe with a little cotton in them. Clothes also run small. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to China, so your're stuck with these items and the cost of them. I just threw away 50 dollars.

Ordered a dress, two pairs of jeans, and a pair of sandals. The sandals look very fragile. I'm waiting for a special occasion to wear them so if they break, which looks promising, at least I got a special wear out of them. The jeans were too big, and I wanted to exchange. Emailed cust serv, and never heard from them. So I'm out $70. The dress is ok.
I purchased a sweater for my wife and the sweater titled "Women Casual Leaves-Print V Neck" did not even come close to what was pictured on Zolucky's website. It was a badly printed pattern on fabric, no texture whatsoever. Buyer beware.

Tried to return an item but I was unable to complete the return request, it stopped at one point and wouldnt go further, wanted a photo which I am unable to do.Not user friendly at all. Some items were of poor quality. And return costs more pricey than just keeping the items. So you buy, take a chance, and absorb the losses. I wont buy from them again.

I received two of four tops after a long wait. I liked the tops and they fit well. Last week I received another that is a present and it looks good. But still waiting for the main shirt I wanted for Halloween! Not sure I will order again :/
I was really happy with the items from my first order that I decided to come back to purchase the rest of the items I had been eyeing for a long time. Plus, the prices are affordable and reasonable compared to a few other clothing web sites.
I ordered 4 items. When they arrived there was no invoice or any paper inside the package at all. There was no email confirming my order and giving me an order number etc. I had no email exchanges with Zolucky and could not even remember for sure their name. When I wanted to return one of the items I looked up the name on the clothing tag which was Noracora. Found a website. Tried to start a return and was asked for my order number. I don't have one. I tried to log in and the site had no record of me, not a Noracora or Zolucky. I have sent an email asking for help with a refund and got a ticket number. By now I am probably past my 14 day return window. Very disappointed and will not order from them again.

I ordered 5 dresses. All were so badly cut. Looked like potatoe bags. So deceiving because the fabric were very nice but all polyester which also was deceiving but mainly the cut were horrible. I guess you get what you pay for. I returned all of them. On top of it the return is to China ( I should have guessed) and cost me tha half of my order in shipping. I am now waiting to get my money back. I hope I will.
They will reimburse me once they get my order returned . And I had to pay an outrageous price for shipping . Another very deceiving aspect of this site.

I get a email today stating 2 out of 13 items are shipped today. The order was placed 11/11/2022 and today is 11/30/2022. I placed the order on that date for a reason in hopes to get my merchandise by the end of November.
