I really appreciate the patience you had with me at this online boutique. I know I had a lot of questions, all answered promptly and courteously by email. Thank you for my order, I am super satisfied with my new dress!

I have made several purchases with Zolucky, and have been generally satisfied with my purchases. My last purchase I ordered a pair of sandals, and the third time I wore them, within a couple of weeks of receiving them, one of the bands broke. I took a picture and have sent 3 emails to them, and have received no response at all. Apparently once they have your money, they are done with you! So never again will I order from them!

Some of their products are good quality and some of it is not. The main problem is you really can't return anything because the shipping charges are so high and they than charge you a restocking charge. Also the delivery is very very slow. So if you don't have time to wait don't even bother ordering from them.

Gorgeous clothes and impeccable service. I started shopping at Zolucky, which gives me confidence not only because it is a serious online purchase, but also because of the variety of interesting things that I hardly find in the place where I live. I love being subscribed for updates. I love it and I still love it, I would recommend it to all girls who want to be in the latest fashion with high quality clothes at affordable prices.

It was disappointing when I needed to return my order because the shirts were all too big. I tried to follow their sizing guidelines. Then I learned the clothes go back to China! I was offered a 15% of cash return if I didn't return and pay for shipping. The quality of shoes and sport bras was poor.

It was online and I felt like I was communicating to a computer not a person. It told me that people like their clothes baggy. I do not believe that Zolucky is a good company to deal with.

Since I found this website, I was a bit skeptical. Either way, the first time I shopped, they gave me a tank top and a pair of sweaters and they fit me really well! So, I decided to buy more a few weeks later, for myself and my daughter.

I bought a simple shirt on this website, the quality was just what you would expect from any good shirt. Comfortable, soft and itch-free. I am usually a size S on shirts and this fits me like size M shirts usually fit me. Even then it is a bit larger so I think it could fit various sizes.

Zolucky's return site is China, if something does not fit you must pay return postage with tracking, probably over $60. The tops I purchased were only remotely like the picture. I would never have purchased them if the picture was accurate.

Fast delivery, excellent communication and very accommodating. I needed a dress for a very special occasion, they quickly answered my questions by email and helped me find what I needed. Now I consider myself a regular customer of this online boutique.

I found this great site to shop for clothes I like. Ordered about 9 things and can't wait to received them! Easy site to follow and order what you like great visuals. When they finally showed up most were great one of them the seams were not sewed right.

After trying to cancel the order twice they finally sent the order most of the items were good one was not sewed right seems not finished.

I don't know whats wrong with your website but I had three different orders, one with all my items, a second with only one and another that had none. Then the number of items kept going up as many as 20 items. Things just kept changing. It finally took me almost 2 hours to finally get it straight! And the first day I started my order I had issues with not being able to update items so I finally came back to it to fix it tonight. It's almost 1 am, my time! All I have to say is everything better be right. I keep swearing that I'm not going to order from these sites. The product better be quality and not junk. And the items better be true to size. Because going by my experience with this order process I am not too sure right now.

There are a lot of items to choose from, but I was hesitant about ordering from this on-line company. I could not get to the chat on-line to ask questions about potential returns. I followed the instructions to make a return but nothing ever came of it. I tried several times. I will not order from them again. Too bad, some of the items were very nice.

I was not able to reach customer service even after several attempts. The on-line chat never worked either.

All the pictures they showed you looks beautiful but the quality of very very bad. Do not buy! The T-shirt I ordered was size m. The actually size was S. The shoes has glue and the end of a thread on surface. The size was not right too. I ordered a size 38 They sent me size 40.

They are sensual and seductive stilettos with a pink platform and the ones I bought in the Zolucky online store. They make me look beautiful and the compliments I have received are countless. Pink patent leather material makes this heel stand out from the crowd, thank you, shipping took normal time due to the pandemic.

Not crazy about the Jersey material, but I have liked other items. So far many of the items I had to return because they were used material that I didn't like. The return process is a headache. I will not be buying from these types of companies again.

Long wait for the order to arrive, the sizing of the women's top are wrong. I ordered size small on some and they were huge in the shoulders and sides. One top I ordered was a medium and you could fit a moose in it. It was not worth sending it back as I would have to pay for the shipping. The stitching was irregular and cheap. The jewelry pictures with stones looked bigger in the picture and when the earrings arrived they were small and cheap looking. I will never order again from this company.

The woman I had talked to about where my order was was rude. I then sent an email and did not receive any feedback or response from your company. I will never order from you again. The products are cheap for the sale price, it takes to long to receive it, the sizing chart is wrong. If you order a size small its more like a size medium. Can't send it back because of postage for return shipping is not worth it.

I ordered several earring sets and also 3 cute necklaces I know my niece will just love! Also I ordered my husband a Long Sleeve Light Weight T-Shirt, with a saying on the front, which he loves! But I must say I was very disappointed with all of the blouses I ordered. They all looked so nice in the pictures and made me feel like I would sure look forward to my order arriving! But every single blouse is made out of very, well I'm not sure what word to use except cheap looking material. I did look up at each blouse to see what they were made of and also if they were machine was and wear, but I am afraid, although not a picky person, none of these are something I would even consider wearing. It just happen one of the companies I make donations to, to help the needy was making a pickup just several days after my order came in and I decided to make a donation of all of these to the "HOPE" collection people. I truly do hope they like them and get good use of them.

I love my new dress that I buy from Zolucky, the quality is excellent and it has easily become my new favorite. Customer service is exceptional too, I was allowed to use a promo code even though the discount had ended the day before. I would definitely use this web page again.

Zolucky.com is a scam clothing website I bought from recently... Additionally, their review section on the website doesn't even work as you can't put in a product or order number in order to actually leave a review on an item, so it's impossible to leave a bad review and all the good reviews are likely fake. The items did not fit, even though I followed the fit chart. I tried to return, but was informed they go to China. This was not known when ordering, and according to many complaints I found, this happens a lot. I opted for the 15% cash refund (which is no different than stealing by Zolucky), but haven't received that either.

Easy to order, check out, and pay; however the merchandise was too small, the bottom of the dress dragged the floor so that I would trip on it, and most importantly, the print, color, and material were not as the picture in the ad, making it impossible to return to China!

E-mails were standard letters with my name typed in and did not address my problem directly.

I am so obsessed with this website! I can't think of a more stylish and addictive way to dress for events. I have bought 5 times and I can say that I have been really satisfied Now I am in love with a coat, They really make me feel very good.

The clothing looks nice online, however, when I ordered them, and received my items, the quality of the material was not what I expected. Also, the patterns were not the same as pictured. I wanted to make a return for a full refund, but the cost to ship the items back to China was astronomical so they offered me a 30% credit and keep the items that I do not want. Lesson learned and I will never order from Zolucky ever again.
