I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.

Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

Good buys but horrible customer service. Once in a while I actually receive what I ordered but sometimes I get maybe three of the things four things. I try to inquire about the shortage but when I click on contact us, it says that it is not available. Sux, I have unsubscribed to the emails. I'm not getting ripped off again!

I just made my second purchase today and I am quite excited because my first package arrived in perfect condition and faster than I expected. The prices are great and I like that they have a great variety of clothes with the ease of ordering online!

The clothes are cheaply made and way too small. If you even attempt to get a refund, they make it next to impossible to do. Plus, you have to pay the shipping back to China which costs more than the clothes. Customer service is a waste!

I purchased 4 items from Zolucky. Two had to be returned because of the fit and poor quality of the materials. (I would have returned all 4 but the two I kept would work for one season.) The on-line return instructions included with the shipped order did not work. As soon as I clicked the "return" option on the on-line invoice, I was taken back to the log-in screen. This occurred 4 times.

The "chat" function and "talk to an agent" function did not prove to be any better. It took so long for Zolucky to respond, the chat kept timing out and the photos and my side of the chats would mysteriously disappear.

The only "lucky" with this company is them and Goodwill, certainly not the customer. What a rip off! Not a Xenophobe but did notice this company is out of China.

I won't be buying here again, am sharing my experience with family and friends. I hope you go elsewhere to purchase or have better "luck" than I did.

I had difficulty getting around in the site. After a couple hours of filling my cart with nine items, I went to bed. Next morning, my cart was empty; and I had to start over. After leaving a review of two circles, I received an email offering me $5 for deleting my original review and giving new one after receiving my order. I had difficulty doing this, but changed my review to four circles because each item had arrived correctly as to style and size. Then, as directed, I replied to the $5 email. I received an email back saying my email had gone to an unattended email. New site wanted pictures of product and receipt. I can't do.

I find your site difficult to maneuver. Last night I had put six or seven items in my cart to find this morning my cart was empty, and I had to start over. When I clicked on a particular color, the big picture did not change, I found it hard to "see" what color I was trying to find. Each large picture should be identified as to it's color.

I must say that I have a very different opinion with those who see this online store negatively. I bought three dresses from this online boutique and had a hassle free purchase and had the opportunity to interact with the amazing staff via email. I would surely buy again and again without hesitation.

I loved the clothes I bought from this website, the shipping to my country was really fast compared to other online stores. There are so many options, so many clothes, and the payment methods are great too. If you are thinking about whether to buy or not, you can definitely buy with confidence!

The Butterfly t-shirts have a terrible strong sweet chemical smell. I washed and soaked them even in vinegar and the smell won't leave. I fear it is a pesticide and dangerous.
Also the XL is not a 14 as advertised, it is more like a 16 or 18 because they are so large.

Tip for consumers:
The t-shirts run very large and they have strong bad sweet chemical smell that won't wash out.

The clothes that I have bought on this website are of high quality, the fabric is durable, and the colors do not fade after washing, I have been a buyer for a long time and in each of the purchases I have been very lucky, because always. I like everything they send me.

After finding two coats that I fell in love with in a store that will not be mentioned, they were not the size I needed in either one and they did not help me much to get them. Then I checked with this website and they had the same coats that I wanted in my size, they could send it. Everything was so easy and the email responses were so quick!

Zolucky is a marketing scam that does not honor its commitments for returns. They require an authorization letter for any returns and claim they will do so within 48 hours I requested this authorization twice: the first never arrived and the the second arriving 4 days after my request. Zolucky requires the customer to pay for the return -- to China. This was not mentioned on their website. Another $27 for return shipping (after paying $54 items). They also require that the tracking number be submitted. By the time I went to the post office (exactly 2 days after receiving the authorization), the system said it was too late to return. Their marketing scam is to make them impossible to return. I know I am out $81 (items plus return shipping) but I do not want this to happen to anyone else.

I had a terrible experience. The dress I ordered was damaged. The 2 shoes were too big. I sent pictures. I returned all three items. And I did not receive a full refund. Customer service tried to negotiate as to how much my refund would be and I declined. The pictures were proof that the products were poor quality.

They kept sending me negotiating emails for my returns. Unprofessional! Wish I could give them a ZERO!

I selected to shop here because I have friend in the Event Planning Business and I thought the shoes would be perfect for their client inventory, but I would not recommend them for a bulk order because of the horrible customer return process and they would never get their money back in the event something went wrong.

I have order numerous clothing from top to different pants. I have been satisfied w clothing I have purchased earlier. I am really disappointed w last couple of pants I ordered. I am 5'10 170 lbs. When reading description of pants & seeing model wearing them I ordered. Very much different than what I received. I believed they were for tall women NOT! They make it very difficult to return & get money back. I will no longer buy from this site.

Their product is sized incorrectly. This is Holiday season and when I tried to return the product they said it was past the 15 day window and refused the return. This is a silly reason for not accepting my return as now they will not get another order from me, my family or friends. They have some pretty clothing items, however if they don't OK a return, whenever the timeline, it looks like they are afraid they can't sell enough items and have to keep my money to have a success business.

Tip for consumers:
Be sure to ask about sizing and be sure to read all the fine print at the bottom of your packing receipt. I will never order from them again as it should not matter when you want to return an item as long as it has not been worn.

Products used:
None as they were sized wrong. I ordered right before the Holiday season, it took a long time to get my order and then when I asked to return the items I was told it was past the 15 day window.

I hope my blouses are a regular no PLUS side blouses. I don't know why it has plus size written on the sign- that's confusing. I want size to fit tight. No plus size... First time ordering from Zolucky. Had some great sale pricing. Hoping the products are good quality.
I really liked some of the pieces but some not as much. The return policy is not great. I'm used to Amazon with free return shipping. I kept the items, one of which is too big and another didn't fit well.

I wanted to return some items but the cost is more than the goods. they did give a price adjustment and I cancelled another part of the order that hadn't shipped yet.

I used the sizing chart for each item I ordered for my girlfriend. I took all her measurements so I could get it exact, but some items were too small and some oversized. Disappointed but too expensive to return. It is hard to shop overseas, but honestly, I didn't know I was until I placed my order.

When I needed a refund, the service was amazing! Absolutely impressed with the quick response via email when asking if it is possible to return a shirt for a refund. I have been taken care of and I would definitely recommend this website. All the clothes bought have been of a fantastic quality, I cannot complain about the service.

I ordered several dresses, hoping to wear one to my son-in-law's college graduation. It took the order over three weeks to get here, forcing to me buy a dress elsewhere. The quality of a couple of items was not what I was hoping for but the return shipping is not worth it so I just gave the items to good will. It is doubtful that I will order from this site again

My mom ordered two shirts. The didn't work. Fabric is not great. I have tried to return them. They give you 15 days to return but don't provide a return label. You email them and wait. No response! My son tried too - cannot reach anyone and no one answers the emails. My mom is stuck with these two shirts.

Product is of very poor quality, not at all what is described or pictured. When asked for information as to how to return, they responded with an information request. When I sent the info the asked for the email came back as undeliverable. I am unable to reach them or return my products for a refund. DO NOT BUY!
