I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
This was the first and last time I will order from Zolucky. The dresses were nothing like the pictures and the smallest size is small. I wear a 0 and I can't return them because they are in China and they don't accept returns. My fault for not checking first but if you order from them, please know that the sizes are huge and the quality is less than acceptable.

Wonderful online boutique :) I have found the most wonderful dresses here. I got some more clothes like skirt and a cute top for halloween! I was exceptionally surprised by how fast the delivery was and how easy and simple the return process was. I will keep shopping, a wonderful selection of clothes and so easy to shop :)
I ordered a dress that looked so cute in the picture! The dress was nothing like the picture! It was awful and of poor quality! I got authorization to return it but was told it had to be returned to China even though it didn't come from there. I was offered 15% refund instead of returning it. Since I was responsible for the cost of returning it, I took the 15%! It would have cost more to mail it to China! I'm sure they're aware that many will not pay to return it and they wont have to refund cost of item! I will never order from them again! Poor return policy and poor quality product! They don't deserve even one star!

Zolucky emailed several times with low ball refund offers. They finally stated remove review and they would refund 100% without shipping merchandise back. I refused to remove review first. They did refund - but it is illegal for them to offer a refund in exchange for removal of review. I am updating so you know, yes, they refunded but only after 4 emails back and forth with ridiculous offers.

Do not order from this company --- the product description and photos are not accurate and you too will be disappointed and realize you have just thrown money away. I was very disappointed. Material is a poor polyester not a cotton blend or sweater material. The construction of the garment is also very poor - just sewn together into a misshapen garment. The order takes over a month to arrive and then it arrives one piece at a time. To return the items they counter with a 15% refund so you can take them to be altered. Really - alterations cost more than $3 a garment. Besides they cannot be altered to look like the pictures and why should I... Returns must be sent to China and when they responded they did not provide the return authorization nor the China address. They are insulting and they do not accurately present other products. I would not even donate these to Goodwill that is how cheaply made and the material such poor quality. The return shipping for $130/8 items is $40. I have comparative photos and emails between myself and their customer service to verify every one of my statements The photo on theleft is what I received. Bought 6 items, including a pair of boots and flats. Love the boots, flats were not quite the blue color shown on site. Other clothes looked just as they were shown on site.

Loved how the items looked and was excited to receive them but was disappointed in all of the items. Unfortunately i expected to love them so much i did not save the tags etc as required and cannot return them. Hopefully I can find someone to pass them on to. Very sad.
UPDATE: The company contacted me privately and offered me a 35% discount IF I removed my poor review. I'm sure that's what happened with most of the other good reviews. They were bought. I said I would consider if IF they posted their Return Policies clearly on Purchase page BEFORE someone clicked to submit the order. Never heard back from them. They want to continue deceiving Americans about their poor/non-existent return policy.
BEWARE: Very long shipping delays. Contacted customer service twice and kept being told "it's on the way." It took 5-7 weeks and I still haven't gotten all the items I ordered November 14. Today is December 20. Quality of items is very low, thin material, poorly made, not what was shown in photos. When I contacted Zolucky for a refund, I was told I had to ship back to China and pay any custom fees. Or I could get a 15% refund. Both options are terrible and very aggravating. I will NOT purchase from this site again.

Ordered two shirts. Didn't arrive. Contacted the company, the only way allowed, via email. Was told they were delivered. Explained to them that we had locked mailboxes and never received the items. Was told to contact Post Office. Did so and was informed that Zolucky addressed package incorrectly and was delivered to that incorrect address but was never returned to Post Office. Contacted company with updated information and requested either refund that the amount paid or to send new shirts to correct address. Neither has happened for 3 months. Poor business practice. Do not recommend.
Update: Although the company replied to this review. We were offered 30% discount on order if we changed our review to 5 stars. That was not helpful. Bribery to lie? We asked to have merchandise sent to correct address or refund our payment. Neither has happened. We are extremely disappointed when it was a $54 purchase. It's not like we are asking toomuch.

This website was very easy to navigate. I had no problem finding the items I was searching for. However, when some of the items arrived, they were much smaller than they appeared on the website. I decided to keep them because I do not want to spend extra money to return them.
I bought a Undress and cotton linen pants. Neither fit as described for my wife to attend a trip to Mexico. The extra large on pants was like 2xl. The sun dress needs too many alterations to make it worth altering. I was told for return is to China. Shipping cost from Canada to China is like $80. So not worth it. They did not return e-mails either. My email was very polite Asking for solution or ideas? ZoLucky made 1 offer to fix problem. 15 percent back.
My new dress is elegant and unique. I ordered this sweater in white and was worried it would be too white, but wanted it to match the lace. Turns out, ivory is the perfect color for this sweater. I am very excited to wear it, I love the website and its clothes!
I really liked the online experience with this website, my new skirt is the perfect length, I was a little scared that it was too mini, but it does not reach the knee. I also liked the fabric very much, it is not thin or thick. And it doesn't wrinkle.
The sandals I purchased don't look anything the picture when I ordered. I normally take an 8 1/2 shoe but I go to a size 8 for sandals. These are too long AND very wide. When I contacted them, they told me to keep the sandals and I would get a 25% refund! Unacceptable...

Hoping the quality is good too
I ordered 7 items and only 3 of them fit me well. The dress I ordered was supposed to be a medium and looked like it would fit my hour-glass figure based on how it looked on the model, but it looked like a tent on me. Another item looked as if it were a Walmart-quality top. I probably won't order anything from Zolucky again. I did appreciate that the items arrived in a reasonable period of time and were packaged well though. Just not for me.
The prices seemed to be reasonable for everyday clothes.
I am built like the models, so I thought they would fit me well, but the pictures are very deceiving.

I was given the wong tracking number on atleast 3 separate emails from zolucky. Once I received the correct i was able to contact usps and get my package. It had been sitting at the post office for over a week and was within days of being returned. Happy with content. If i order again and tracking # doesn't work they will be getting lots of emails from me.

I first found the sight on my phone ordering was difficult, I would want 1 item but the site thought I wanted multiple could not reduce quantity so I just canceled and tried the next day on the computer, easy. Shipping was a little high, yes I know it is free over 100 but I am a first time buyer and it is hard to tell quality
The ordering experience is fine so far. I ordered something from them earlier and it didn't fit me. It was way too small. I had to give it to a much smaller woman. I would suggest you go up a size. That is what I did with this as it is a gift. We will see what we will see. I always give someone a second chance.

These sandals looked really nice online The uppers were made out of okay material and we're comfortable but they're unwareable The soles are made of this hard plastic that you can't walk on and also they're very slippery so you can't go up and down steps they're not good shoes at all
The package arrives very quickly, everything is correct with my order and is as requested. The prices are consistent, they also make discounts worth taking advantage of, and the clothes are really beautiful. You have to think about the size that is requested, the delivery time of the order is the only thing that I would try to improve. Sometimes it is difficult to find the correct size on the Internet, but here I did not have any problems.
