I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.

Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

It was not obvious that the product was coming directly from China to the customer; therefore, taking a longer time. The worst part was the return policy. Read it first before ordering. Not easy and can be costly.

The best thing about this boutique for me are the pants and suspenders where everything is of good quality and fits me well, I just had to shorten the crotch of the pants to make them fit. Very comfortable to wear when driving.

Sizes do not conform to U.S. sizes. Return system is terrible. Have to pay for shipping again to return it to China, which exceeds the purchase value, or they offer a refund of 15% of purchase price to keep it! Total rip off!

My cousin gave me a dress bought in this online boutique. It is long and the fabric is very soft! It has a shape that fits very well at the waist as seen in the image, I am very happy with this detail.

Buy a wool coat in this online store. I am pleased to see that wool is once again a more popular fabric. I refuse to buy or use fleece because it is basically a petroleum product and it is bad for the environment.

I ordered two items on December 14th. One item was finally shipped December 27th and the other has been "delayed due to back order" for another 15-20 days. It is now Jan. 5th, 2021 and my "shipped" item has not yet entered the US based on the USPS tracking number given. I requested the other item be cancelled and a refund issued twice in the past five days with no response.

The illustrations are excellent, but one cannot judge it until I receive the goods!
I guess I ordered the wrong size since one of the tops I ordered were very wide and large. Sleeves did not fit. However, they gave me a 15% credit, which helped since I had to hire a seamstress to alter the top. It cost a great deal more of course, almost as much as the top itself. However, the last casual top was a medium and was packed in. A L size bag. A mistake?, but it turns out that the medium fits me fine. The third top, I had to shorten the sleeve and top.

I received some of the tees I ordered thru Zolucky. This was my first order. I found that the sizes on the tees were inconsistent. One brand fit well and the other I couldn't even get over my breasts! All the same size. I don't see any way to know what brand it is when you order it so I will not be ordering anymore. Also they are coming at different times and you only have 15 days to return. Don't want all the individual shipping costs to return.

After a 3 week wait to receive, the items were a huge disappointment.
1) The shoes are similar but, not identical colors to those pictured on the website and they were too large.
2) The shorts say linen and cotton. Instead they are clearly polyester. They are stiff and do not have the hand or the drape of a linen cotton blend. The weave is very tight and the thread is very fine unlike linen and cotton where the drape is created by using thicker yarns and a looser, airy weave. They don't have the shading and textural interest that is a natural characteristic of linen clothing.
3) The shirt is see through. On the website it's depicted as opaque. In reality, it's poorly made, the design is surface printed to the fabric and the polyester fabric is see through.

Once a return was initiated, they sent me an email saying the return shipping address is Guangzhou, China! Offered a 15% refund for product that was clearly not as represented. Unbelievable.

Initiated a return. The response clearly indicates that their business model counts on purchasers deciding it's too much hassle to return:

The eligible for gifts banners seem poorly placed. The direct to paypal prior to entering shipping info and prior to completing the shipping choice is unlike any other shopping cart experience. I'd prefer to lock in all shipping choices before going to paypal.

Usually I love shopping Zolucky but this time things went a bit awry. Two of the tops I ordered for a friend were just as pictured and described. The third too, a long sleeved one suited for colder winter weather, was substituted with a different pattern than was ordered. The colors and geometric pattern was not something my friend would wear so I donated it to a charity. The substitutions are not always as good as the ordered product. I would like a credit to my account instead.

I like how the fashions look, and the fabrics are great, but they are low quality in how they are being put together. Strings dangle, the coats are not lined. Another problem I have found is that the sizes are much smaller than American sizes. So if you are a medium size, order a large, rather than finding the clothes are too small.
However, I have found that most of the fashions are good, and at times the quality is excellent.

The entire purchase process was perfect, without any problem. I had to make a size change and it was very simple. I will send an email saying that it would take a while to answer but I think it was only a couple of days and the whole process of change was not more than a week.

I do like looking at your many coices, and ordered twice now. I guess I'm just too old, because nothing looks the same on me as it does the models. I'm 58,5 foot 6 and 122 pounds, but I had to order large pants, so the legs are way too big. It's disappointing. The quality is pretty good, and I kept all but one pair of pants. But I sure don't look as cute as the women modeling the clothes.

Finally, there is a way for ordinary people to enjoy beautiful dresses easily and inexpensively. What I love is that you can choose to wear a dress for one month and thus easily buy another one for the following month. Very happy to shop here.

I ordered some shirts and earrings which finally arrived 70 days after I had ordered them. With the exception of the earrings which were exactly as the picture the shirts I ordered bore little resemblance I ordered shirts and blouses arrived mostly with a different pattern than was shown on the site. The site is in Italian deceiving the customer when the products are Chinese and of awful quality!

I tried to return some items due to the fact they didn't fit. I requested a password reset several times and it was never sent to my email. They give only 3 days from the date it is received to return items and there is not turn around time to return what doesn't fit if a password reset is never sent. The sizes aren't true to what they show and the quality is not what I thought it was going to be. A large is more like a medium compared to stores.

Tip for consumers:
They give very little time to return an item and then they don't send a password reset upon request.

2 blouses and jewelry. You can't return personal items.

Ues ordered sandles that looked good in picture but once I got them they were ugly tried to send back for return but I had to pay my own postage clear to China and you charged me almost $37 for them! This is bull$#*!! Thea Brown
