I would have purchased additional items but you only have standard shipping, so I did not have the option to receive my order sooner!
Also: I could not find a phone number so I was not able to clarify any questions in time for my order to arrive...

I ordered 3 sweatshirts but didn't realize they were plus size until after the order was placed. I called customer service but they were not helpful-did not offer any suggestions. I would have preferred to get a smaller size. The hat and the underwear I ordered were fine.

I didn't realize the sweatshirts I ordered with plus size. The person I talked to was not helpful at all. She just said that's the size they come in, plus size. She did not offer to change the order to something with a smaller size. She did not offer to change the order or refund the money. IIt was a waste of time to call customer service because I didn't get any service. I did not realize the sweatshirts were plus size until I had just placed the order and saw it on the receipt. I called right away to see if I could change it or change the order. I probably won't order from Zolucky again.

It would be helpful to be able to go back to a different page by typing in the page number I wrote down as a reference. Also my computer decided to "take a pause" when I reached page 71 and it opened up back on page 1. A bit frustrating.

Wanted to return several items and got initial response with offer to refund 15 per cent rather than return items. I sent email regarding amount of refund and when I would recieve it, to decide whether to return. Sent 2nd email today with same questions. Will probably agree to refund but not happy about it.

I was charged for 'expedited' shipping which I didn't request. The sites explanation of what constitutes 'expedited' delivery was unsatisfactory so I was out $30 +. I will not order again in spite of my satisfaction with the products.

Totally unsatisfied. They charged me expedited fees which I didn't ask for and I didn't get expedited shipping so I won't be ordering from this site again.

This was the first time that I used this clothing website, and I must say that I was extremely pleased. I used it to order a red backless dress, which was well worth it. The entire process, from ordering to obtaining the item, was straightforward. The sweater was actually as described in the specification and pictures and was of excellent quality in terms of fabric. The delivery was surprisingly fast, which is always a bonus. Being budget conscious, it was perfect for me as their prices are extremely low for the type of product they offer. The website is well built and responsive. Definitely a thumbs up!

I was disappointed with the fact that it took four weeks to be delivered. I see you have sent two more of my dresses both separate and different dates. So for all 4 dresses ordered, 1 delivered in 4wks, 2 mailed out last week of May (2 different days of that week) 1 not mailed yet.
So basically I shouldn't order from your company unless I'm willing to wait 4-12 weeks.

I emailed your company. You emailed me back giving me excuses for Super Slow Shipping. With all due respect, you need to inform customers that all items are shipped separately and items can be shipped 4 weeks apart, and maybe longer. I’m still waiting for my 4th item to be shipped. Giving me that information attached to an email after you have received payment in full isn’t exactly fair.

This website is like quicksand. You look at all these great styles and want to choose so many of them, but beware. It took, like, FOREVER for it to arrive and when it did, the material was cheap and it was too small, and it was a Medium. Now I have to go to the trouble of returning it. I'm now waiting for the rest of my order to arrive (some day) to see if I'll have to return it as well before I begin the process of returning what's already arrived. What a drag! I won't be shopping with Zolucky again in this lifetime!

It was a nightmare. Customer service continued to send me links whereby supposedly I would be able to track my packages, and none of them ever worked ... ever. And nothing customer service ever said or did was helpful in the least.

Some time ago I tried this online boutique and I LOVED IT! I have continued to buy probably too many dresses and they are absolutely beautiful! They look amazing and are the perfect size, I am 12-14 years old and size L is amazing! The clothes are incredibly flattering and look and feel great! Every time I wear them they compliment me on how good I look! Absolutely incredible! The delivery is very fast and I have not had any problems. Easily my favorite online store BY FAR

Although I always worry about the size and quality of the dress when shopping online, Zolucky will never disappoint. My order always arrive on time, I am always satisfied with everything I have received for now.

I ordered the leggings from this online boutique because it has a cool fabric for summer. They hold well what they have to hold. They are long up to the ankles and the pockets are very practical and large to carry for example the mobile. Posts look great and are comfortable

My daughters said I should have checked the reviews before ordering. After that, I got worried and went through the reviews, some good and some bad. Anyway, the clothes arrived on schedule and as advertised much to my relief.

I was so impressed by the blouses from my first order from this online boutique and the on-time delivery that I ordered 7 more blouses from them. About the quality, they have been worn and washed, they feel beautiful.

Of the last 5 dresses I bought, I loved all of them. Website easy to navigate, great for the customer when I wrote to them about a sold out dress, but they offered to let me know when it would be available again. Looks like they ran out of many of the dresses I loved

My experience with with Zolucky has been great. I have had no problem ordering or receiving them. I love what they have to offer. The price is amazing. Quality is more the great. Thank you The most recent dealings were surprising to me. I loved Zolucky. The sneakers arrived ok but were to large. I needed to exchange them for a smaller pair. I wrote many times with no response.

The shopping part is fun! It's the shipping process and time frame that I get frustrated with! It takes too long to receive them! And when I order the shirts it's because I love the shirts that I'm ordering! Then sometimes I get that they're discontinued or that they're out of stock! When I ordered them they were there and they were available and there was no problem! It did not indicate at the time of ordering that they were out of stock or not available! So I get kind of disappointed when I can't get the ones I order! I just wish that your shipping process was a little bit more refined and a little bit quicker! Thank you so much! PS I do love your shirts!

I do not think I will be buying products here again shipping was almost the same cost as the products I bought.
I would have liked to know where those products were shipping from as the cost of shipping is also a factor when deciding to buy for me.

This website is a misrepresentation of quality of clothing, size, and location. I have only written a handful of reviews in my life. I am 58 years old. I felt compelled to write this because of the websites misrepresentation. If this was a United States company or store in the United States I would have returned everything. It is very difficult to return anything. Thats because clothes are made in China zolucky makes it difficult to return items. Don't waste your money. Lesson learned. I would have love to purchase the clothes in the pictures on their site. Does anyone know where they got those pictures from?

Great variety of clothes. It is the first time I have bought here and I am completely happy with this online boutique. It's easy to find something you'll love and at a reasonable price, and so is shipping. The free shipping is worth it especially when you buy online and the shipping is also very fast. It is worth buying here!

The $18.99 Plain Warmth Casual Fluff Leggings in Black, size 2X was true to size and fit beautifully overall. The warmth value was decent to avert any cold penetrating to the skin. The Casual Fleece Lined Leggings Pants High Waist Athletic Pants Tummy Control Stretch Workout (reg 24.99, now 12.99) sizes were not consistent nor coloring correctly reflected. I ordered the 2X in Brown which looks like a heather brown in the photo but what I received was rusted chestnut color in the leggings. It was too bright of a color and unfortunately much too loose overall. In order to reduce the constant hiking up of the garment, I need to wear an additional legging underneath, namely from Athleta. The Gray or charcoal heather gray in photo in 2X is consistent in size but again not dark as represented in photo. It's simply a dove gray coloring. The warmth factor is alright but the very first Black leggings for $18.99 were far better.
