I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

I placed my order on 1/28/21 and received it over 6 weeks later on 3/15/21, ridiculous. After I wrote my initial review I got an email explaining their shipping cost and asking me it change my review from 3 stars to 4 stars BEFORE I had even received the shirts. The shirts are poor quality, the sizes are way out of wack, just a waste of time and money all the way around. Do yourself a big favor and shop elsewhere!

Shipping is long and expensive
Photos are simple one image, sometimes a close up. Can't see back or hemline of shirts. 'Cotton poly blend' means many things as far as softness, durability etc. I feel like this is a chancy purchase at best. Now that I've received the clothing, there is quite a disparity in sizing. I ordered 3 tops all size small (I normally wear a misses medium). Two of the items were HUGE, the other fit everywhere except the armholes (it cut off my circulation). There was a chemical on the fabric that water does not penetrate. Even after washing the fabric does not feel like a 'cotton/poly blend'. The prints themselves are beautiful, but none of the items are wearable. It was worth a try.

This website sells a variety of quality clothing at incredible prices. They have regular sales and with free returns and shipping it's easy to get your items. Even when there was a problem when I paid for a t-shirt and it sold out, they not only made an immediate refund, but also sent me a discount coupon for the next purchase. I love this boutique.
I've tried this site several times now, and each item has been ill-fitting and not nearly so nice as it looked online. And they make it difficult to do returns. I've learned my lesson - no more Zolucky for me no matter how good the pictures look!

Excellent I've been shopping at this online boutique for years and have always loved the incredible variety of items. Truth be told, some of the clothes here are cheaper than other websites, but for quality, it is better worth buying here.
Shipping was faster than other websites. The shirt I ordered was too small. Customer service refunded my money because there was no longer a larger size. They were quick to help and gave me several options that I could choose from that best suited my needs.
I will NEVER order from Zolucky again! I ordered 14 pieces... nothing was like the pictures. The cut, flow and color were way off... on every piece! None of the pieces had the same fit or quality shown online... very deceiving! The fabric was cheap, the seams poorly sewn... NOT worth a fraction of what I was charged. And the fit was terrible on everything! I can usually can wear a Misses size 8 or 10 right off the rack and have learned to size up for some online companies, but even accounting for the sizing, the design is not meant to flatter anyone. Total waste of money and time... such a disappointment. It's all going to Goodwill where I'd be surprised if they could give it away.

I wasted almost $200 in different items for Christmas presents. It took forever to get the complete order. All items came in different packages with at least one week apart. So disappointed to see how bad quality they all were. They all looked very nice and attractive in the pictures but they were just horrible. If despite my testimony, you still would like to give it a try, I would recommend you to buy the cheapest item you find and judge by yourself. Good luck! It's up to you now. Don't say nobody told you so!

Received 3 emails, none gave me a delivery date or tracking number. Ordered 3 items, liked one a lot, one is okay and third, is more like a large than a small. I'll probably just take it to the thrift store. I won't ordered from this site again.

Have never had an order take so long to arrive. After a week went by with no shipping/tracking information I was assuming I'd been taken in by a scam. Zolucky customer service asked for my patience during a difficult global shipping situation. It took about 3 weeks to start seeing tracking information from CA. Probably arrived on 12/29 and my wife is very happy with this belated Christmas gift. My only complaint is that I had to wait so long to get any tracking information. Otherwise, Zolucky was a good supplier.

Expect a long delivery interval. Our product was ordered 11/23 and delivered 12/30.

I made a large order ($130), including several gifts, to avoid shipping costs. Most items arrived in a couple weeks, but I am still waiting on one. So far, of the 10 items I ordered, only 4 were the quality I expected. For all the rest, sizes were weird, some too large, some too small. Fabrics are very thin and flimsy, not at all as pictured. I should have realized that prices were too good to be true. I haven't yet attempted returning things, but I don't have high hopes, based on other reviews I have read about the process.

I was happy with my first purchase. It was "as pictured". This most recent one is quite a disaster. "one size fits all"... maybe if you are a tiny boned 8 yr old girl. I can't wear it and neither can my daughters or granddaughters - all of whom are of small stature. So disappointing.
For the two order I have made, was concerned about slow shipping. I was given a quick reply updating me.

Really this place is a rip off, they put a shipping date in your order so you cannot challenge the order with your credit card company or paypal. The shipping date they put in will say. Internal logistics... which basically means they contacted their warehouse you ordered something. It took 5 weeks to get my order, and it did not contain everything. The expensive items, none were delivered. So I paid way too much for a few t shirts and a free junk necklace. I have contacted them and they are doing nothing about it. Chinese owned and thus they ignore the law...

I had the best internet shopping experience. I'm usually hesitant when it comes to buying things online from abroad, but after reading a ton of reviews, I finally decided to take a chance and ended up buying two dresses from this company. Shipping may take a while, but they clearly state that it may take some time to complete the process of shipping your mail order, although surprisingly my order arrived much earlier than expected. And when I received my package, all the clothes were exactly as advertised, they fit perfectly and are made with high quality materials. I am so glad I decided to use this online store!
Sizing is so inaccurate, a 3x =usa large. Fabric is cheap with patterns looking like a photo. They charge shipping and when it doesn't even match THEIR size chart measurements they make you send it to china when it ships from new york. They offered me a quick return of 10.79 on a 89.00 order. Pay pal will do nothing for you so don't waste your time

Nice web site, cart functions well. Cannot tell from web site that items are shipped from China. Order took a really long time to arrive. One item was not in stock, but the price was not updated online. So it looked wrong and was annoying. Email inquiries were slow and hit or miss. Final bill was accurate. We got a charge for $1.05 from our credit card company for ordering from a foreign country (which we had no idea we were doing.) Products are nice.
I received most of my orders, still missing two items. Delivery takes awhile but it's coming from China so expect this. I ordered all clothing as size Large. Two of the 6 were way smaller than the others so i requested instructions on how i can do to return them as there is nothing in any of the delivery packages but the clothing.

I just received my package from this website today and it has been about a week, well 9 days to be exact, but it is said that delivery must take between 7 and 14 days for them to do what they promised so I am satisfied. All the clothes I bought are received in the expected quality.
